U Zagrebu je nedavno održan prosvjed mladih liječnika, specijalizanata i studenata medicine koji su, okupljeni ispred Ministarstva zdravstva, tražili reformu zdravstvenog sustava koji obuhvaća četiri točke: poboljšanje statusa pacijenata i liječnika, pregovaranje o njihovim pravima, reforme specijalističkog usavršavanja i izmjene uredbe o koeficijentima složenosti poslova u javnim službama. U Općoj bolnici Dubrovnik radi skoro pedeset specijalizanata, trenutno ih je 15-ak u samoj Bolnici, dok su drugi raspoređeni po klinikama.

Barbara Obradović je doktorica medicine koja je na specijalizaciji kardiologije u dubrovačkoj bolnici, a osvrnula se na prosvjed kolega u metropoli.

- Kao specijalizantica naravno da podržavam svoje kolege, ne bi bilo kolegijalno od mene da ih ne podržavam. Nadam se da će na miran način, kroz razgovor, svi skupa doći do nekih pozitivnih promjena. Kao specijalizantica kardiologije sam zadnje dvije i pol godine u Dubrovniku i stvarno moram reći da sam osobno zadovoljna, htjela bih se zahvaliti šefu Odjela kardiologije dr. Jerku Ferriju-Certiću i ravnatelju dr. Mariju Bekiću koji nam stvarno izlaze ususret, s njima se može pričati i stvarno sam zadovoljna. Dosta se radi, ali uvijek su mi svi prekovremeni plaćeni tako da nemam s tim problema, dobra je atmosfera, bolja nego što je u klinikama u većim bolnicama. Ovdje je više prijateljska atmosfera i gledaju nas kao pojedince nego što je to možda u većim gradovima i s tog aspekta mogu reći da sam zadovoljna, kaže Obradović te dodaje:

- Kolektiv na našem Odjelu i općenito kolektiv specijalizanata dobro funkcionira, nemam primjedbi i volim doći na posao. Što se tiče prosvjeda, mislim da bi trebali povisiti osnovicu liječnicima jer ta osnovica nije baš velika, bilo bi dobro da je veća jer nama bez tih prekovremenih nije baš neka plaća. Mislim da govorim u ime specijalizanata jer sam koordinatorica specijalizanata, sastavljam raspored dežurstava pa u globalu mogu reći da su svi specijalizanti relativno zadovoljni, izlazi se ususret liječnicima koji nisu iz naše Županije. Dosta su susretljivi i kod izbora specijalizacija, uvažavaju želje pojedinaca. Meni su dr. Ferri-Certić i ravnatelj dr. Bekić izašli ususret kad sam im se javila da bih htjela na Odjelu za kardiologiju tako da imam samo pozitivna iskustva, komentira mlada liječnica.

Doktor medicine Nikola Vujnović specijalizant je ortopedije i traumtologije za dubrovačku bolnicu koji je došao na krajnji hrvatski jug.

- U specifičnoj sam situaciji jer sam na kraju specijalizacije i moram položiti samo ispit. Zadovoljan sam svojom specijalizacijom. Uložio sam puno truda i vrimena, ali privatni život puno pati. Što se tiče prosvjeda, sve su to super ideje i bilo bi dobro da se provede bar nešto od toga, normalno da bi bilo bolje da se neki prijedlozi realiziraju. Što se mene tiče, ravnatelj dr. Marijo Bekić je stvarno izlazio ususret svaki put, posebno što se tiče smještaja. Jer, mi specijalizanti se vraćamo u Dubrovnik ljeti radi ispomoći tijekom sezone, svaki put mi je ravnatelj pomogao oko smještaja, a posebno je teško naći smještaj u tom razdoblju, teško je generalno naći smještaj. Kad smo radili tijekom najtežih dana pandemije, imali smo sve riješeno tako da stvarno ne mogu ništa loše reći što se toga tiče. Dubrovačka bolnica je specifična jer je daleko od svega i došlo je dosta specijalizanata iz drugih krajeva i tu je ravnatelj pomogao svima, meni najviše. Jer, ne možete cijelu specijalizaciju odraditi u Dubrovniku, ja sam mogao odraditi svoje godine, a kod nekih je manje, kod nekih malo više jer morate ići na obilaske, na klinike u Zagreb, Split... Zaista imam pozitivna iskustva s Općom bolnicom Dubrovnik, kaže sugovornik te ističe kako mu se čini da su se cijene u Dubrovniku i Split skoro izjednačile pa mu one dubrovačke ne predstavljaju neki ‘šok‘, odnosno, razlika u cijenama je neznatna.

U Zagrebu je nedavno održan prosvjed mladih liječnika, specijalizanata i studenata medicine koji su, okupljeni ispred Ministarstva zdravstva, tražili reformu zdravstvenog sustava koji obuhvaća četiri točke: poboljšanje statusa pacijenata i liječnika, pregovaranje o njihovim pravima, reforme specijalističkog usavršavanja i izmjene uredbe o koeficijentima složenosti poslova u javnim službama. U Općoj bolnici Dubrovnik radi skoro pedeset specijalizanata, trenutno ih je 15-ak u samoj Bolnici, dok su drugi raspoređeni po klinikama.

Barbara Obradović je doktorica medicine koja je na specijalizaciji kardiologije u dubrovačkoj bolnici, a osvrnula se na prosvjed kolega u metropoli.

- Kao specijalizantica naravno da podržavam svoje kolege, ne bi bilo kolegijalno od mene da ih ne podržavam. Nadam se da će na miran način, kroz razgovor, svi skupa doći do nekih pozitivnih promjena. Kao specijalizantica kardiologije sam zadnje dvije i pol godine u Dubrovniku i stvarno moram reći da sam osobno zadovoljna, htjela bih se zahvaliti šefu Odjela kardiologije dr. Jerku Ferriju-Certiću i ravnatelju dr. Mariju Bekiću koji nam stvarno izlaze ususret, s njima se može pričati i stvarno sam zadovoljna. Dosta se radi, ali uvijek su mi svi prekovremeni plaćeni tako da nemam s tim problema, dobra je atmosfera, bolja nego što je u klinikama u većim bolnicama. Ovdje je više prijateljska atmosfera i gledaju nas kao pojedince nego što je to možda u većim gradovima i s tog aspekta mogu reći da sam zadovoljna, kaže Obradović te dodaje:

- Kolektiv na našem Odjelu i općenito kolektiv specijalizanata dobro funkcionira, nemam primjedbi i volim doći na posao. Što se tiče prosvjeda, mislim da bi trebali povisiti osnovicu liječnicima jer ta osnovica nije baš velika, bilo bi dobro da je veća jer nama bez tih prekovremenih nije baš neka plaća. Mislim da govorim u ime specijalizanata jer sam koordinatorica specijalizanata, sastavljam raspored dežurstava pa u globalu mogu reći da su svi specijalizanti relativno zadovoljni, izlazi se ususret liječnicima koji nisu iz naše Županije. Dosta su susretljivi i kod izbora specijalizacija, uvažavaju želje pojedinaca. Meni su dr. Ferri-Certić i ravnatelj dr. Bekić izašli ususret kad sam im se javila da bih htjela na Odjelu za kardiologiju tako da imam samo pozitivna iskustva, komentira mlada liječnica.

Doktor medicine Nikola Vujnović specijalizant je ortopedije i traumtologije za dubrovačku bolnicu koji je došao na krajnji hrvatski jug.

- U specifičnoj sam situaciji jer sam na kraju specijalizacije i moram položiti samo ispit. Zadovoljan sam svojom specijalizacijom. Uložio sam puno truda i vrimena, ali privatni život puno pati. Što se tiče prosvjeda, sve su to super ideje i bilo bi dobro da se provede bar nešto od toga, normalno da bi bilo bolje da se neki prijedlozi realiziraju. Što se mene tiče, ravnatelj dr. Marijo Bekić je stvarno izlazio ususret svaki put, posebno što se tiče smještaja. Jer, mi specijalizanti se vraćamo u Dubrovnik ljeti radi ispomoći tijekom sezone, svaki put mi je ravnatelj pomogao oko smještaja, a posebno je teško naći smještaj u tom razdoblju, teško je generalno naći smještaj. Kad smo radili tijekom najtežih dana pandemije, imali smo sve riješeno tako da stvarno ne mogu ništa loše reći što se toga tiče. Dubrovačka bolnica je specifična jer je daleko od svega i došlo je dosta specijalizanata iz drugih krajeva i tu je ravnatelj pomogao svima, meni najviše. Jer, ne možete cijelu specijalizaciju odraditi u Dubrovniku, ja sam mogao odraditi svoje godine, a kod nekih je manje, kod nekih malo više jer morate ići na obilaske, na klinike u Zagreb, Split... Zaista imam pozitivna iskustva s Općom bolnicom Dubrovnik, kaže sugovornik te ističe kako mu se čini da su se cijene u Dubrovniku i Split skoro izjednačile pa mu one dubrovačke ne predstavljaju neki ‘šok‘, odnosno, razlika u cijenama je neznatna.
