U sustavu Financijske agencije (Fina) upravo je otvorena dvotjedna elektronička javna dražba za prodaju "Aurore", primoštenske diskoteke koja je već desetljećima među vodećim zabavnim lokacijama na Jadranu.

Događa se to samo nepuna dva tjedna nakon što je u popularnoj destinaciji, u kojoj su svoje koncerte održale sve domaće i regionalne zvijezde, organiziran doček Nove godine.

Potencijalnim kupcima ponuđen je ugostiteljski objekt na predjelu Kamenar, ukupne površine 5024 četvorna metra, po početnoj cijeni nešto većoj od 14 milijuna kuna. Kako je navedeno u pratećem oglasu, vrijednost "Aurore" procijenjena je na 17,55 milijuna kuna, što u protuvrijednosti iznosi nešto više od 2,3 milijuna eura.

- Poslovi objekt ugostiteljskog karaktera sastoji se od centralne zgrade te uređenog dvorišta s većim brojem pomoćnih objekata kao što su vanjski šankovi, natkrivene nadstrešnice, uređeni platoi koji se koriste kao otvoreni štekati i slično.

Izvan obuhvata noćnog kluba, a na istoj zemljišnoj čestici, nalazi se i pomoćni objekt koji se koristio kao ljetna kuhinja. Nekretnina je nepravilnog tlocrtnog oblika, udaljena oko kilometar od mora, a pristup joj je omogućen je s južne strane, preko javno-prometne površine - navodi se u opisu oglašene prodaje.

Cijeli postupak provodi se zbog ovrhe koja "visi nad vratom" tvrtke "J&S Mediteran", u vlasništvu primoštenske obitelji Jurić koja "Auroru" drži od samog otvaranja 1. svibnja 1991. godine, u predvečerje Domovinskog rata.

U zemljišniku je vidljivo da je ovrha nad zemljištem i objektima na vrlo atraktivnoj lokaciji, oko koje posljednjih godina niču turističke vile s bazenima i jednim od najljepših pogleda na dalmatinsku obalu i otoke, zabilježena još 2015. godine. Nekretnine su opterećene i hipotekama za tri kredita, ukupne vrijednosti oko 6 milijuna kuna, koje je izdala Slatinska banka.

Pogled u posljednje objavljeno poslovno izvješće tvrtke "J&S Mediteran", ono za 2020. godinu, govori da je tvrtka prvo pandemijsko ljeto okončala s gubitkom nešto većim od 260 tisuća kuna, za razliku od 2019. kada je, za turistički rekordnu sezonu, ostvarena službena vrlo skromna dobit od 21 tisuću kuna.

No, primjetno je da su ukupne obveze tvrtke premašivale iznos od 7,6 milijuna kuna, s naglaskom na kreditne obveze od 5,2 milijuna kuna. Tvrtki obitelji Jurić je još 2016. godine bilo odobreno sklapanje predstečajne nagodbe s vjerovnicima zbog nagomilanih dugova.

Upravo je 2020. na istoj adresi osnovana i tvrtka "Aurora klub" koja je tu godinu također okončala s manjim poslovnim "minusom".

U sustavu Financijske agencije (Fina) upravo je otvorena dvotjedna elektronička javna dražba za prodaju "Aurore", primoštenske diskoteke koja je već desetljećima među vodećim zabavnim lokacijama na Jadranu.

Događa se to samo nepuna dva tjedna nakon što je u popularnoj destinaciji, u kojoj su svoje koncerte održale sve domaće i regionalne zvijezde, organiziran doček Nove godine.

Potencijalnim kupcima ponuđen je ugostiteljski objekt na predjelu Kamenar, ukupne površine 5024 četvorna metra, po početnoj cijeni nešto većoj od 14 milijuna kuna. Kako je navedeno u pratećem oglasu, vrijednost "Aurore" procijenjena je na 17,55 milijuna kuna, što u protuvrijednosti iznosi nešto više od 2,3 milijuna eura.

- Poslovi objekt ugostiteljskog karaktera sastoji se od centralne zgrade te uređenog dvorišta s većim brojem pomoćnih objekata kao što su vanjski šankovi, natkrivene nadstrešnice, uređeni platoi koji se koriste kao otvoreni štekati i slično.

Izvan obuhvata noćnog kluba, a na istoj zemljišnoj čestici, nalazi se i pomoćni objekt koji se koristio kao ljetna kuhinja. Nekretnina je nepravilnog tlocrtnog oblika, udaljena oko kilometar od mora, a pristup joj je omogućen je s južne strane, preko javno-prometne površine - navodi se u opisu oglašene prodaje.

Cijeli postupak provodi se zbog ovrhe koja "visi nad vratom" tvrtke "J&S Mediteran", u vlasništvu primoštenske obitelji Jurić koja "Auroru" drži od samog otvaranja 1. svibnja 1991. godine, u predvečerje Domovinskog rata.

U zemljišniku je vidljivo da je ovrha nad zemljištem i objektima na vrlo atraktivnoj lokaciji, oko koje posljednjih godina niču turističke vile s bazenima i jednim od najljepših pogleda na dalmatinsku obalu i otoke, zabilježena još 2015. godine. Nekretnine su opterećene i hipotekama za tri kredita, ukupne vrijednosti oko 6 milijuna kuna, koje je izdala Slatinska banka.

Pogled u posljednje objavljeno poslovno izvješće tvrtke "J&S Mediteran", ono za 2020. godinu, govori da je tvrtka prvo pandemijsko ljeto okončala s gubitkom nešto većim od 260 tisuća kuna, za razliku od 2019. kada je, za turistički rekordnu sezonu, ostvarena službena vrlo skromna dobit od 21 tisuću kuna.

No, primjetno je da su ukupne obveze tvrtke premašivale iznos od 7,6 milijuna kuna, s naglaskom na kreditne obveze od 5,2 milijuna kuna. Tvrtki obitelji Jurić je još 2016. godine bilo odobreno sklapanje predstečajne nagodbe s vjerovnicima zbog nagomilanih dugova.

Upravo je 2020. na istoj adresi osnovana i tvrtka "Aurora klub" koja je tu godinu također okončala s manjim poslovnim "minusom".
