Grad Šibenik objavio je javni poziv za otkup poljoprivrednih zemljišta, ukupne površine 2158 četvornih metara, koja se nalaze u Donjem polju, konkretnije zapadno od Zablaća.

Parcele ili njihovi dijelovi koje lokalna vlast želi otkupiti od većinom privatnih vlasnika nalaze se na sjevernom prilazu uvali, preciznije, sjeverno od Tvrđave sv. Nikole, bisera mletačke obrambene arhitekture koji je na UNESCO-ovoj listi zaštićene svjetske baštine.

Zemljišne čestice, njih ukupno 14 s površinom od 1959 kvadrata, prema procjeni Grada, odnosno sudskog vještaka, vrijede gotovo pola milijuna kuna, točnije 474.200 kuna. Najniža procijenjena vrijednost jednog od terena iznosi 13.185 kuna, dok je najveća 64.540 kuna, pri čemu se prosječna cijena po četvornome metru kreće oko 235 kuna ili oko 32 eura.

Što će se na atraktivnoj lokaciji raditi, otkriva Danijel Mileta, šibenski dogradonačelnik.

– Radi se o projektu županijske Javne ustanove "Priroda". Uz šetnicu uz Kanal svetog Ante gradi se, bolje rečeno, rekonstruira se posjetiteljski centar.

Na području koji Grad otkupljuje u planu je izgradnja puta, u sklopu kojeg će se taj centar povezati na kanalizaciju, odnosno vodoopskrbnu mrežu. Grad će u ime Javne ustanove otkupiti te zemljišne čestice – kaže Mileta.

Javni poziv komentirali su nam i iz Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom.

– To je postupak koji se vodi u županijskom Uredu za opću upravu, mi smo samo zaduženi za postupak izvlaštenja – nadovezao se Tihomir Paškov iz spomenutog šibenskog resora.

Napomenimo da se vlasnici zemljišta pozivaju da dođu u prostorije Grada radi rješavanja pitanja stjecanja prava vlasništva, odnosno da se u pisanom obliku izjasne na ponudu sporazumnog rješavanja vlasništva. U slučaju sklapanja ugovora o kupoprodaji, predložena naknada bit će im isplaćena u roku od 15 dana od dana sklapanja ugovora o kupoprodaji.

Grad Šibenik objavio je javni poziv za otkup poljoprivrednih zemljišta, ukupne površine 2158 četvornih metara, koja se nalaze u Donjem polju, konkretnije zapadno od Zablaća.

Parcele ili njihovi dijelovi koje lokalna vlast želi otkupiti od većinom privatnih vlasnika nalaze se na sjevernom prilazu uvali, preciznije, sjeverno od Tvrđave sv. Nikole, bisera mletačke obrambene arhitekture koji je na UNESCO-ovoj listi zaštićene svjetske baštine.

Zemljišne čestice, njih ukupno 14 s površinom od 1959 kvadrata, prema procjeni Grada, odnosno sudskog vještaka, vrijede gotovo pola milijuna kuna, točnije 474.200 kuna. Najniža procijenjena vrijednost jednog od terena iznosi 13.185 kuna, dok je najveća 64.540 kuna, pri čemu se prosječna cijena po četvornome metru kreće oko 235 kuna ili oko 32 eura.

Što će se na atraktivnoj lokaciji raditi, otkriva Danijel Mileta, šibenski dogradonačelnik.

– Radi se o projektu županijske Javne ustanove "Priroda". Uz šetnicu uz Kanal svetog Ante gradi se, bolje rečeno, rekonstruira se posjetiteljski centar.

Na području koji Grad otkupljuje u planu je izgradnja puta, u sklopu kojeg će se taj centar povezati na kanalizaciju, odnosno vodoopskrbnu mrežu. Grad će u ime Javne ustanove otkupiti te zemljišne čestice – kaže Mileta.

Javni poziv komentirali su nam i iz Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom.

– To je postupak koji se vodi u županijskom Uredu za opću upravu, mi smo samo zaduženi za postupak izvlaštenja – nadovezao se Tihomir Paškov iz spomenutog šibenskog resora.

Napomenimo da se vlasnici zemljišta pozivaju da dođu u prostorije Grada radi rješavanja pitanja stjecanja prava vlasništva, odnosno da se u pisanom obliku izjasne na ponudu sporazumnog rješavanja vlasništva. U slučaju sklapanja ugovora o kupoprodaji, predložena naknada bit će im isplaćena u roku od 15 dana od dana sklapanja ugovora o kupoprodaji.

Grad Šibenik objavio je javni poziv za otkup poljoprivrednih zemljišta, ukupne površine 2158 četvornih metara, koja se nalaze u Donjem polju, konkretnije zapadno od Zablaća.

Parcele ili njihovi dijelovi koje lokalna vlast želi otkupiti od većinom privatnih vlasnika nalaze se na sjevernom prilazu uvali, preciznije, sjeverno od Tvrđave sv. Nikole, bisera mletačke obrambene arhitekture koji je na UNESCO-ovoj listi zaštićene svjetske baštine.

Zemljišne čestice, njih ukupno 14 s površinom od 1959 kvadrata, prema procjeni Grada, odnosno sudskog vještaka, vrijede gotovo pola milijuna kuna, točnije 474.200 kuna. Najniža procijenjena vrijednost jednog od terena iznosi 13.185 kuna, dok je najveća 64.540 kuna, pri čemu se prosječna cijena po četvornome metru kreće oko 235 kuna ili oko 32...
