Radovi na drugoj fazi izgradnje novog groblja Dubac teku sukladno dinamičkom planu ugovorenom s izvođačem, tvrtkom “Trag”.

Radovi na iskopima su završeni i prije predviđenog roka, a podložni beton postavljen.

- Najveći dio radova bit će gotov do kraja 2023. godine. Međutim, vjerujem da će jedan manji dio biti prebačen za 2024. Potrudit ću se da već za dva ili tri mjeseca jedan dio groblja, na kojem su već počeli betonski radovi, bude završen kako bismo tu napravili grobnice za privremeni ukop. Na taj će način ljudi koji su platili grobnicu imati mogućnost privremenog ukopa u slučaju potrebe. Nadam se da ćemo uspjeti, iako je nezahvalno o tome govoriti, jer se može dogoditi da ne dobijemo dozvolu za takvo što prije ishođenja svih uporabnih dozvola - napominje Đuro Lonza, direktor Groblja Dubac.

Upitan hoće li drastična povećanja cijena sirovina i građevinskog materijala te energetska kriza utjecati na izvršenje građevnih radova te je li bilo zahtjeva za izmjenom ugovorene cijene od strane izvođača, Lonza kaže da nema odstupanja od financijskog plana, iako su cijene željeza i betona uistinu porasle od provedbe javne nabave za ovaj projekt. Veći je problem pronaći dovoljno radnika.

- U dogovoru s gradonačelnikom Dubrovnika i načelnikom Župe dubrovačke, donijeli smo odluku o povećanju cijena grobnica za 20 posto od 1. ožujka iduće godine. Prinuđeni smo na taj korak s obzirom na stanje na tržištu. Ostavljamo, dakle, još nekoliko mjeseci svima koji razmišljaju o kupnji grobnog mjesta po starim cijenama – kaže Lonza.

Sadašnje se cijene se kreću od 45.281 do 81.830 kuna. Mjesečno se proda desetak grobnica, a dosad je prodano ukupno 1321 grobno mjesto.

Radovi na drugoj fazi izgradnje novog groblja Dubac teku sukladno dinamičkom planu ugovorenom s izvođačem, tvrtkom “Trag”.

Radovi na iskopima su završeni i prije predviđenog roka, a podložni beton postavljen.

- Najveći dio radova bit će gotov do kraja 2023. godine. Međutim, vjerujem da će jedan manji dio biti prebačen za 2024. Potrudit ću se da već za dva ili tri mjeseca jedan dio groblja, na kojem su već počeli betonski radovi, bude završen kako bismo tu napravili grobnice za privremeni ukop. Na taj će način ljudi koji su platili grobnicu imati mogućnost privremenog ukopa u slučaju potrebe. Nadam se da ćemo uspjeti, iako je nezahvalno o tome govoriti, jer se može dogoditi da ne dobijemo dozvolu za takvo što prije ishođenja svih uporabnih dozvola - napominje Đuro Lonza, direktor Groblja Dubac.

Upitan hoće li drastična povećanja cijena sirovina i građevinskog materijala te energetska kriza utjecati na izvršenje građevnih radova te je li bilo zahtjeva za izmjenom ugovorene cijene od strane izvođača, Lonza kaže da nema odstupanja od financijskog plana, iako su cijene željeza i betona uistinu porasle od provedbe javne nabave za ovaj projekt. Veći je problem pronaći dovoljno radnika.

- U dogovoru s gradonačelnikom Dubrovnika i načelnikom Župe dubrovačke, donijeli smo odluku o povećanju cijena grobnica za 20 posto od 1. ožujka iduće godine. Prinuđeni smo na taj korak s obzirom na stanje na tržištu. Ostavljamo, dakle, još nekoliko mjeseci svima koji razmišljaju o kupnji grobnog mjesta po starim cijenama – kaže Lonza.

Radovi na drugoj fazi izgradnje novog groblja Dubac teku sukladno dinamičkom planu ugovorenom s izvođačem, tvrtkom “Trag”.

Radovi na iskopima su završeni i prije predviđenog roka, a podložni beton postavljen.

- Najveći dio radova bit će gotov do kraja 2023. godine. Međutim, vjerujem da će jedan manji dio biti prebačen za 2024. Potrudit ću se da već za dva ili tri mjeseca jedan dio groblja, na kojem su već počeli betonski radovi, bude završen kako bismo tu napravili grobnice za privremeni ukop. Na taj će način ljudi koji su platili grobnicu imati mogućnost privremenog ukopa u slučaju potrebe. Nadam se da ćemo uspjeti, iako je nezahvalno o tome govoriti, jer se može dogoditi da ne dobijemo dozvolu za takvo što prije ishođenja svih uporabnih dozvola - napominje...
