Turistička sezona je na pragu, osjeća se u zraku. To treba shvatiti doslovce; bilo bi zapravo, bolje reći da se njuši, i to neugodno, čak i ukoliko se prolazi u "zablindiranom" automobilu. Smrad se širi Mandalinom s crpne stanice kolektora gdje uoči Uskrsa učestalije prometuju kamioni cisterne i sadržaje septičkih jama prekrcavaju u kolektor. Nije to od jučer, nego traje godinama; tako je Mandalina na pola puta ukliještena između glavnog kolektorskog sabirališta u Podsolarskom odakle se smrad razliježe širim prostorom gradskog okružja i lokalne postaje u vlastitome dvorištu namijenjene pražnjenju septičkih jama.

-Jedino da oko vrata nosimo one mirisne boriće za aute!? - ironično svoju svakodnevicu komentira stanovnik Mandaline koji se obratio redakciji da još jednom skrenemo pažnju na to što ‘kolje‘ tamošnje stanovnike naročito u proljeće i ljeto.

Hoćemo, kao i svake godine uostalom, no, dokad bi to moglo potrajati, drugo je pitanje.

Jasan je naime, odgovor "Vodovoda i odvodnje d.o.o." na pitanje SDP-ovog Tončija Restovića, gradskog vijećnika. Ako ćemo biti pomalo zloćkasti, a zapravo realni, u odgovoru se, barem što se tiče Mandaline, poručuje po onoj staroj: "Čekaj magarče dok trava naraste!". Jer, unatoč obećanjima zadnjih godina da će gradska uprava u razgovorima s "Vodovodom" pokušati odrediti prikladniju lokaciju za iskrcaj "fekalaca", udaljenu od naselja, na to treba zaboraviti.

-Posebno napominjemo da je CS Mandalina najoptimalnija a samim time i jedina moguća lokacija na sustavu odvodnje Šibenik za prihvat koncentrata sadržaja septičkih jama. I to zbog mogućnosti retenciranja unutar same CS i maksimalno mogućeg djelomičnog razrjeđenja koncentrata iz septičkih jama s otpadnom vodom iz kanalizacijskog sustava. - odgovara Restoviću Damir Martinović, direktor "Vodovoda i odvodnje". Što je onda rješenje za smanjenje neugodnih mirisa na CS Mandalina? Pa, smanjenje broja "fekalaca" koji tu dopremaju svoj teret, zaključak je u odgovoru. No, to se može postići jedino s daljnjim razvojem sustava odvodnje i pri tome ne generirati nove septičke jame, zec je iz šešira za rješenje problema koji će slabo i nikako utješiti magaraca koji čeka dok naraste trava i još mu smrdi pod nosom. Kojom bi brzinom stigla ta idila da čovjeku dok ruča miriše jedino ono što je skuhao, rječito govori podatak da se od svih novih vodovodnih priključaka godišnje, samo 10 posto priključuje i na sustav odvodnje.

-Sine, kupi "fekalca" i ne brini za budućnost! I ćaća će pomoći: jedini put koji tribaš znati je do Mandaline!

Za razliku od Mandaline, sjedišta unikatnog "aroma turizma" pored jahtaškog i hotelskog, gdje ljeti prosječno dnevno prometuje i pretače u kolektor čak 70 "fekalaca", nešto ljepšeg mirisa ima oko kronično smrdljivog Podsolarskog. Naime, druga bi mogla biti sreća za konačnu provedbu projekta biološke nadogradnje i s time smanjenje neugodnih mirisa na Uređaju za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda (UPOV), kako je puni naziv kolektorskog postrojenja u Podsolarskom.

Za taj je projekt još prije četiri godine osigurano 80 milijuna kuna, ali je izabranog izvođača u postupku javne nabave žalbom oborio jedan od sudionika te se nije moglo naprijed dok se spor ne riješi sudski. "Vodovod" je morao poništiti postupak javne nabave, a potkraj prošle godine pokrenut je novi postupak prikupljanja ponuda. Zaprimljene su dvije, a prema navodima iz "Vodovoda i odvodnje", obje ponude premašuju vrijednost nabave, pa tvrtka pokušava osigurati dodatni novac.

Turistička sezona je na pragu, osjeća se u zraku. To treba shvatiti doslovce; bilo bi zapravo, bolje reći da se njuši, i to neugodno, čak i ukoliko se prolazi u "zablindiranom" automobilu. Smrad se širi Mandalinom s crpne stanice kolektora gdje uoči Uskrsa učestalije prometuju kamioni cisterne i sadržaje septičkih jama prekrcavaju u kolektor. Nije to od jučer, nego traje godinama; tako je Mandalina na pola puta ukliještena između glavnog kolektorskog sabirališta u Podsolarskom odakle se smrad razliježe širim prostorom gradskog okružja i lokalne postaje u vlastitome dvorištu namijenjene pražnjenju septičkih jama.

-Jedino da oko vrata nosimo one mirisne boriće za aute!? - ironično svoju svakodnevicu komentira stanovnik Mandaline koji se obratio redakciji da još jednom skrenemo pažnju na to što ‘kolje‘ tamošnje stanovnike naročito u proljeće i ljeto.

Hoćemo, kao i svake godine uostalom, no, dokad bi to moglo potrajati, drugo je pitanje.

Jasan je naime, odgovor "Vodovoda i odvodnje d.o.o." na pitanje SDP-ovog Tončija Restovića, gradskog vijećnika. Ako ćemo biti pomalo zloćkasti, a zapravo realni, u odgovoru se, barem što se tiče Mandaline, poručuje po onoj staroj: "Čekaj magarče dok trava naraste!". Jer, unatoč obećanjima zadnjih godina da će gradska uprava u razgovorima s "Vodovodom" pokušati odrediti prikladniju lokaciju za iskrcaj "fekalaca", udaljenu od naselja, na to treba zaboraviti.

-Posebno napominjemo da je CS Mandalina najoptimalnija a samim time i jedina moguća lokacija na sustavu odvodnje Šibenik za prihvat koncentrata sadržaja septičkih jama. I to zbog mogućnosti retenciranja unutar same CS i maksimalno mogućeg djelomičnog razrjeđenja koncentrata iz septičkih jama s otpadnom vodom iz kanalizacijskog sustava. - odgovara Restoviću Damir Martinović, direktor "Vodovoda i odvodnje". Što je onda rješenje za smanjenje neugodnih mirisa na CS Mandalina? Pa, smanjenje broja "fekalaca" koji tu dopremaju svoj teret, zaključak je u odgovoru. No, to se može postići jedino s daljnjim razvojem sustava odvodnje i pri tome ne generirati nove septičke jame, zec je iz šešira za rješenje problema koji će slabo i nikako utješiti magaraca koji čeka dok naraste trava i još mu smrdi pod nosom. Kojom bi brzinom stigla ta idila da čovjeku dok ruča miriše jedino ono što je skuhao, rječito govori podatak da se od svih novih vodovodnih priključaka godišnje, samo 10 posto priključuje i na sustav odvodnje.

-Sine, kupi "fekalca" i ne brini za budućnost! I ćaća će pomoći: jedini put koji tribaš znati je do Mandaline!

Za razliku od Mandaline, sjedišta unikatnog "aroma turizma" pored jahtaškog i hotelskog, gdje ljeti prosječno dnevno prometuje i pretače u kolektor čak 70 "fekalaca", nešto ljepšeg mirisa ima oko kronično smrdljivog Podsolarskog. Naime, druga bi mogla biti sreća za konačnu provedbu projekta biološke nadogradnje i s time smanjenje neugodnih mirisa na Uređaju za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda (UPOV), kako je puni naziv kolektorskog postrojenja u Podsolarskom.

Za taj je projekt još prije četiri godine osigurano 80 milijuna kuna, ali je izabranog izvođača u postupku javne nabave žalbom oborio jedan od sudionika te se nije moglo naprijed dok se spor ne riješi sudski. "Vodovod" je morao poništiti postupak javne nabave, a potkraj prošle godine pokrenut je novi postupak prikupljanja ponuda. Zaprimljene su dvije, a prema navodima iz "Vodovoda i odvodnje", obje ponude premašuju vrijednost nabave, pa tvrtka pokušava osigurati dodatni novac.
