Još od 1. kolovoza, „Liburnija” više ne može računati na državnu pomoć namijenjenu tvrtkama kojima je epidemija srušila promet za više od 60 posto. Lani je zadarski prijevoznik iz tih proračunskih sredstava dobio oko deset milijuna kuna.

„Liburnija” je prošlu godinu završila s milijun i 200.000 kuna poslovnog plusa, a poslovanje ove godine pokazuje određeni oporavak u odnosu na 2021. godinu.

- Kolovoz ove godine nam je po realizaciji bolji od lanjskog za blizu pedeset posto, ali je još uvijek slabiji od kolovoza 2019. godine i to za 30 posto, kaže Edvin Šimunov, direktor „Liburnije”.

Šimunov objašnjava da je prošle godine u „Liburniji” smanjen ukupan iznos za plaće zaposlenih za skoro dva milijuna kuna, ali da to ne znači da je zaposlenicima bitno smanjena prosječna plaća od 5.600 kuna.

- Ukupna suma za plaće je sa 17,5 milijuna pala na 15,6 milijuna, ali to nije utjecalo na prosječnu plaću unutar poduzeća jer smo, zbog epidemije, imali manje prekovremenih sati. Što se epidemije tiče, nadamo se da će škole raditi normalno, jer u periodu od rujna do kraja godine prijevoz školske djece nam je glavni izvor prihoda, dodaje Šimunov.

U „Liburniji” uopće ne razmišljaju o poskupljenju svojih usluga, bez obzira na to što cijene karata nisu rasle posljednjih deset godina, a više nitko ne pamti koliko je puta u tim periodu skočila cijena goriva.

- Procjenjujemo da smo, što se cijene autobusnih karata tiče, dosegli plafon i da ih zbog relativno malog broja putnika više ne smijemo podizati, kaže Šimunov i ukazuje na primjer nekih europskih zemalja koje su, u gradovima veličine Zadra i većima, odavno uvele besplatan gradski prijevoz, a razliku su pokrili povećanjem prireza za dva posto.

Ali, to je „politička odluka” koju bi trebalo donijeti Gradsko vijeće, a najave nove parlamentarne većine su upravo obrnute.

Nasuprot „Liburnijinom" plusu od 1,2 milijuna kuna, „Nasadi” su u prošloj godini imali minus od 588.000 kuna, s tim što se direktor Josip Krnčević nada da bi u narednu godinu mogli krenuti s nule.

- ”Nasadi” su 2019. završili s minusom od dva milijuna kuna, a poslovanje iz prvih šest mjeseci ove godine daje nam nadu da ćemo riješiti dugove iz prethodnih godina i u 2022. krenuti neopterećeni dugovima, kaže Josip Krnčević, direktor koji „Nasade” vodi posljednjih 14 mjeseci.

Krnčević je zadovoljan time što su cijene održavanja zelenih površina uspjeli vratiti na razinu iz 2012. godinu, a očekuje da će „Nasadi” od Grada Zadra nastaviti dobivati „dotaciju” od 11,5 milijuna kuna s PDV-om. Već godinama radnici „Nasada” imaju najnižu prosječnu plaću među zadarskim komunalcima – lani se ona kretala oko 4.245 kuna, a Krnčević se nada da bi do kraja godine one još jednom mogle biti usklađene s minimalnim plaćama. Njegova je procjena da bi se s gradskih 13 milijuna kuna situacija u „Nasadima” mogla dugoročno preokrenuti.

KAKO SU POSLOVALE GRADSKE TVRTKE?

Pandemija koronavirusa imala je velikog utjecaja na gradska poduzeća jer je polovica tvrtki od njih deset, prošlu godinu završila u minusu. 
Najveći gubitaš među gradskim tvrtkama je Vodovod koji je "dužan" 4.239.929,00 kuna. Prošle godine je zadarski Vodovod prodao milijun i tristo tisuća kubičnih metara vode manje nego 2019. godine čime su prihodi poduzeća smanjeni za šest milijuna kuna. Poslovni plan je rađen na temelju 2019. godine, ali je epidemija poremetila planirane prihode. Vodovod će se ove godine izgleda izvući iz dugova jer su u kolovozu prodali 20 posto više vode nego u istom mjesecu prošle godine. Gubitak Vodovoda je imao utjecaja i na poslovanje Odvodnje koja je godinu zaključila s 1.813.462,00 kuna minusa. 
Obala i lučice u pandemijskoj 2020. jedno vrijeme nisu niti naplaćivale promet u mirovanju, a njihov gubitak seže preko 1,1 milijun kuna. I Tržnica je neko vrijeme zbog koronavirusa bila zatvorena, a gubitak od prošle iznosi 685.429,00 kuna. Nasadi su gradska tvrtka koja bilježi najmanji gubitak, "samo" 588.226,00 kuna. 
Prošle godine je najviše zaradila gradska Čistoća, čak 1.782.993,22 kuna. Odmah iza nje je, također s milijunskom dobiti, Liburnija s 1.297.235,00 kuna. Inovativni Zadar ostvario je dobit od 215.880,00 kuna, a Višnjik je, unatoč velikom dugovanju KK Zadra koje je samo za prošlu godinu iznosilo 12,7 milijuna kuna, ostvario 21 tisuću kuna dobiti. U plusu je bila i gradska tvrtka Eko koja je imala dobit od 14.475,03 kuna.

Još od 1. kolovoza, „Liburnija” više ne može računati na državnu pomoć namijenjenu tvrtkama kojima je epidemija srušila promet za više od 60 posto. Lani je zadarski prijevoznik iz tih proračunskih sredstava dobio oko deset milijuna kuna.

„Liburnija” je prošlu godinu završila s milijun i 200.000 kuna poslovnog plusa, a poslovanje ove godine pokazuje određeni oporavak u odnosu na 2021. godinu.

- Kolovoz ove godine nam je po realizaciji bolji od lanjskog za blizu pedeset posto, ali je još uvijek slabiji od kolovoza 2019. godine i to za 30 posto, kaže Edvin Šimunov, direktor „Liburnije”.

Šimunov objašnjava da je prošle godine u „Liburniji” smanjen ukupan iznos za plaće zaposlenih za skoro dva milijuna kuna, ali da to ne znači da je zaposlenicima bitno smanjena prosječna plaća od 5.600 kuna.

- Ukupna suma za plaće je sa 17,5 milijuna pala na 15,6 milijuna, ali to nije utjecalo na prosječnu plaću unutar poduzeća jer smo, zbog epidemije, imali manje prekovremenih sati. Što se epidemije tiče, nadamo se da će škole raditi normalno, jer u periodu od rujna do kraja godine prijevoz školske djece nam je glavni izvor prihoda, dodaje Šimunov.

U „Liburniji” uopće ne razmišljaju o poskupljenju svojih usluga, bez obzira na to što cijene karata nisu rasle posljednjih deset godina, a više nitko ne pamti koliko je puta u tim periodu skočila cijena goriva.

- Procjenjujemo da smo, što se cijene autobusnih karata tiče, dosegli plafon i da ih zbog relativno malog broja putnika više ne smijemo podizati, kaže Šimunov i ukazuje na primjer nekih europskih zemalja koje su, u gradovima veličine Zadra i većima, odavno uvele besplatan gradski prijevoz, a razliku su pokrili povećanjem prireza za dva posto.

Ali, to je „politička odluka” koju bi trebalo donijeti Gradsko vijeće, a najave nove parlamentarne većine su upravo obrnute.

Nasuprot „Liburnijinom" plusu od 1,2 milijuna kuna, „Nasadi” su u prošloj godini imali minus od 588.000 kuna, s tim što se direktor Josip Krnčević nada da bi u narednu godinu mogli krenuti s nule.

- ”Nasadi” su 2019. završili s minusom od dva milijuna kuna, a poslovanje iz prvih šest mjeseci ove godine daje nam nadu da ćemo riješiti dugove iz prethodnih godina i u 2022. krenuti neopterećeni dugovima, kaže Josip Krnčević, direktor koji „Nasade” vodi posljednjih 14 mjeseci.

Krnčević je zadovoljan time što su cijene održavanja zelenih površina uspjeli vratiti na razinu iz 2012. godinu, a očekuje da će „Nasadi” od Grada Zadra nastaviti dobivati „dotaciju” od 11,5 milijuna kuna s PDV-om. Već godinama radnici „Nasada” imaju najnižu prosječnu plaću među zadarskim komunalcima – lani se ona kretala oko 4.245 kuna, a Krnčević se nada da bi do kraja godine one još jednom mogle biti usklađene s minimalnim plaćama. Njegova je procjena da bi se s gradskih 13 milijuna kuna situacija u „Nasadima” mogla dugoročno preokrenuti.

KAKO SU POSLOVALE GRADSKE TVRTKE?

Pandemija koronavirusa imala je velikog utjecaja na gradska poduzeća jer je polovica tvrtki od njih deset, prošlu godinu završila u minusu. 
Najveći gubitaš među gradskim tvrtkama je Vodovod koji je "dužan" 4.239.929,00 kuna. Prošle godine je zadarski Vodovod prodao milijun i tristo tisuća kubičnih metara vode manje nego 2019. godine čime su prihodi poduzeća smanjeni za šest milijuna kuna. Poslovni plan je rađen na temelju 2019. godine, ali je epidemija poremetila planirane prihode. Vodovod će se ove godine izgleda izvući iz dugova jer su u kolovozu prodali 20 posto više vode nego u istom mjesecu prošle godine. Gubitak Vodovoda je imao utjecaja i na poslovanje Odvodnje koja je godinu zaključila s 1.813.462,00 kuna minusa. 
Obala i lučice u pandemijskoj 2020. jedno vrijeme nisu niti naplaćivale promet u mirovanju, a njihov gubitak seže preko 1,1 milijun kuna. I Tržnica je neko vrijeme zbog koronavirusa bila zatvorena, a gubitak od prošle iznosi 685.429,00 kuna. Nasadi su gradska tvrtka koja bilježi najmanji gubitak, "samo" 588.226,00 kuna. 
Prošle godine je najviše zaradila gradska Čistoća, čak 1.782.993,22 kuna. Odmah iza nje je, također s milijunskom dobiti, Liburnija s 1.297.235,00 kuna. Inovativni Zadar ostvario je dobit od 215.880,00 kuna, a Višnjik je, unatoč velikom dugovanju KK Zadra koje je samo za prošlu godinu iznosilo 12,7 milijuna kuna, ostvario 21 tisuću kuna dobiti. U plusu je bila i gradska tvrtka Eko koja je imala dobit od 14.475,03 kuna.
