Odluka Gladskog vijeća da cijenu zemljišta na području Gospodarske zone Kukuzovac (GZK) smanji sa 15 odnosno 20 eura na 35 kuna po metru kvadratnom pokazala se kao puni pogodak.

Na natječaj po novim uvjetima kupnje zemljišta stiglo je, prema upućenim izvorima, čak 8 prihvatljivih ponuda. Po ranije važećim uvjetima na raspisane javne natječaje za prodaju zemljišta u ovoj godini stigla je ponuda samo jednog investitora.

Na inicijativu Elene Perković Paloš, zamjenice gradonačelnika Sinja za gospodarstvo i predsjednice Nadzornog odbora GZK, Gradsko vijeće 2. studenoga izmijenilo je odluku o uvjetima i postupku raspolaganja zemljištem na području GZK.

U odnosu na raniju odluku cijena zemljišta smanjena je za 3 do 4 puta. Uz to se investitorima koji svoje projekte realiziraju za manje od godinu dana cijena umanjuje za daljniih 10 posto, a odlučeno je da će se davati beneficije i za svakog novozaposlenog sa sinjskog područja.

U ponedjeljak su se, saznali smo, otvarale ponude potencijalnih investitora pristigle na objavljeni natječaj po novim uvjetima. Prhvatljivo je, rečeno nam je, čak 8 ponuda. Riječ je, istina, o ponudama obrtnika i malih poduzetnika koji su iskazali namjeru da bi u svojim gospodarskim objektima na Kukuzovcu zaposlili ukupno 70-ak novih radnika.

U gradu koji je gospodarski gotovo mrtav i u kojemu je sve brojnija armija nezaposlenih svako novootvoreno radno mjesto zlata je vrijedno.

Odluka Gladskog vijeća da cijenu zemljišta na području Gospodarske zone Kukuzovac (GZK) smanji sa 15 odnosno 20 eura na 35 kuna po metru kvadratnom pokazala se kao puni pogodak.

Na natječaj po novim uvjetima kupnje zemljišta stiglo je, prema upućenim izvorima, čak 8 prihvatljivih ponuda. Po ranije važećim uvjetima na raspisane javne natječaje za prodaju zemljišta u ovoj godini stigla je ponuda samo jednog investitora.

Na inicijativu Elene Perković Paloš, zamjenice gradonačelnika Sinja za gospodarstvo i predsjednice Nadzornog odbora GZK, Gradsko vijeće 2. studenoga izmijenilo je odluku o uvjetima i postupku raspolaganja zemljištem na području GZK.

U odnosu na raniju odluku cijena zemljišta smanjena je za 3 do 4 puta. Uz to se investitorima koji svoje projekte realiziraju za manje od godinu dana cijena umanjuje za daljniih 10 posto, a odlučeno je da će se davati beneficije i za svakog novozaposlenog sa sinjskog područja.

U ponedjeljak su se, saznali smo, otvarale ponude potencijalnih investitora pristigle na objavljeni natječaj po novim uvjetima. Prhvatljivo je, rečeno nam je, čak 8 ponuda. Riječ je, istina, o ponudama obrtnika i malih poduzetnika koji su iskazali namjeru da bi u svojim gospodarskim objektima na Kukuzovcu zaposlili ukupno 70-ak novih radnika.

U gradu koji je gospodarski gotovo mrtav i u kojemu je sve brojnija armija nezaposlenih svako novootvoreno radno mjesto zlata je vrijedno.

Kukuzovac: manja cijena zemljišta privukla investitore
