Agencija za promicanje izvoza i ulaganja u RH uvrstila je Gospodarsku zonu Kukuzovac u kategoriju “Trenutno najspremnijih projekata za financiranje”, kao zonu od nacionalnog i internacionalnog karaktera.

Od ukupno 38 obuhvaćenih zona u Hrvatskoj, Agencija je među najspremnije kategorizirala njih devet. U istoj kategoriji s Kukuzovcem, iz Dalmacije su još zone Podi kod Šibenika, Crno kod Zadra i Vučevica kod Splita.

Gospodarska zona Kukuzovac projektirana je na 159 hektara. Do sada je realizirana njezina prva faza od 59 hektara. Taj prostor u cijelosti je opremljen komunalnom infrastrukturom i čeka investitore.

Do sada je Grad Sinj zaključio ugovore o pretprodaji ili prodaji desetak parcela veličine od 3 tisuće do 30 tisuća metara četvornih.

Riječ je uglavnom o manjim investitorima koji na Kukuzovac planiraju izmjestiti djelatnost iz dosadašnjih prostora, pa stoga ne treba očekivati Sinju toliko potreban veći broj novih radnih mjesta.

Kategoriziranjem GZK kao “trenutno najspremnijeg projekta za financiranje” na razini države s pravom se može zahtijevati angažman hrvatske gospodarske diplomacije u pronalaženju investitora.

Osim infrastrukturno opremljenim građevinskim zemljištem, Sinjani raspolažu tisućama radnika kojima je Kukuzovac velika nada.

Agencija za promicanje izvoza i ulaganja u RH uvrstila je Gospodarsku zonu Kukuzovac u kategoriju “Trenutno najspremnijih projekata za financiranje”, kao zonu od nacionalnog i internacionalnog karaktera.

Od ukupno 38 obuhvaćenih zona u Hrvatskoj, Agencija je među najspremnije kategorizirala njih devet. U istoj kategoriji s Kukuzovcem, iz Dalmacije su još zone Podi kod Šibenika, Crno kod Zadra i Vučevica kod Splita.

Gospodarska zona Kukuzovac projektirana je na 159 hektara. Do sada je realizirana njezina prva faza od 59 hektara. Taj prostor u cijelosti je opremljen komunalnom infrastrukturom i čeka investitore.

Do sada je Grad Sinj zaključio ugovore o pretprodaji ili prodaji desetak parcela veličine od 3 tisuće do 30 tisuća metara četvornih.

Riječ je uglavnom o manjim investitorima koji na Kukuzovac planiraju izmjestiti djelatnost iz dosadašnjih prostora, pa stoga ne treba očekivati Sinju toliko potreban veći broj novih radnih mjesta.

Kategoriziranjem GZK kao “trenutno najspremnijeg projekta za financiranje” na razini države s pravom se može zahtijevati angažman hrvatske gospodarske diplomacije u pronalaženju investitora.

Osim infrastrukturno opremljenim građevinskim zemljištem, Sinjani raspolažu tisućama radnika kojima je Kukuzovac velika nada.
