Iako je gradski proračun u blokadi, većina gradskih tvrtki ne bi trebala imati većih problema prilikom poslovanja. Ipak, tvrtka koja ima daleko manje vlastitih prihoda od ostalih i koja će blokadu gradskog proračuna zasigurno morati premostiti kreditnim zaduživanjem su Nasadi. 

Direktor Nasada, Josip Krnčević, odmah na početku razgovora ističe kako plaće radnika nisu upitne, ali se zbog novih kreditnih zaduženja u pitanju dovodi solventnost tvrtke. 

- Ovo je već drugi put u godini dana da je gradski proračun blokiran i to sigurno ima utjecaja na gradsku tvrtku, ističe Krnčević dodajući kako vlastiti prihodi iznose tek 30 do 40 posto proračuna tvrtke godišnje dok ostatak sredstava dolazi iz gradske blagajne.

S obzirom na to da je prošle godine potpisan novi kolektivni ugovor i da su poboljšana materijalna prava radnika, Nasadima se godišnji proračun za sve izdatke itekako povećao. Uz to, od Grada su na održavanje dobili još nekoliko javnih površina. 

Međutim, kako se odluka o nužnim rashodima i izdacima planira prema posljednje izvršenom proračunu kojeg je prihvatilo Gradsko vijeće, a to je proračun za 2022. godinu, kada su sredstva iz Grada upućena Nasadima bila manja, neminovno je da se u ovoj tvrtki jave problemi u poslovanju.

- Nova materijalna prava za djelatnike obračunavamo od početka listopada prošle godine, a mjesečno povećanje sredstava koje izdvajamo za plaće prema novom kolektivnom ugovoru je oko 20 posto više u odnosu na period kada ga nije bilo. Također, prema trenutnom programu održavanja kojeg Nasadi imaju s Gradom Zadrom, odnosno s UO za komunalne djelatnosti i zaštitu okoliša, mjesečno nam nedostaje oko 50 do 60 tisuća eura jer smo u 2022. godini za Grad održavali manje površina nego što to radimo ove godine, ističe direktor Nasada dodajući kako s podizanjem kratkoročnih kredita bez većih problema može odraditi prvi kvartal ove godine. No ako se situacija s blokadom proračuna nastavi, Nasadi će imati problem solventnosti, odnosno pokrivanja dospjelih novčanih obveza.

- U prvom mjesecu smo već morali podignuti kratkoročni kredit u iznosu od 26 tisuća eura. Nasadi imaju oko 30 do 40 posto vlastitih prihoda koji dolaze iz obavljanja pogrebne djelatnosti, hortikulture te od cvjećarnice i rasadnika. U niti jednom od tih djelatnosti Nasadi nemaju monopol na tržištu već imaju jako veliku konkurenciju u privatnom sektoru, ističe Josip Krnčević koji se nada da blokada proračuna neće predugo trajati.

Iako je gradski proračun u blokadi, većina gradskih tvrtki ne bi trebala imati većih problema prilikom poslovanja. Ipak, tvrtka koja ima daleko manje vlastitih prihoda od ostalih i koja će blokadu gradskog proračuna zasigurno morati premostiti kreditnim zaduživanjem su Nasadi. 

Direktor Nasada, Josip Krnčević, odmah na početku razgovora ističe kako plaće radnika nisu upitne, ali se zbog novih kreditnih zaduženja u pitanju dovodi solventnost tvrtke. 

- Ovo je već drugi put u godini dana da je gradski proračun blokiran i to sigurno ima utjecaja na gradsku tvrtku, ističe Krnčević dodajući kako vlastiti prihodi iznose tek 30 do 40 posto proračuna tvrtke godišnje dok ostatak sredstava dolazi iz gradske blagajne.

S obzirom na to da je prošle godine potpisan novi kolektivni ugovor i da su poboljšana materijalna prava radnika, Nasadima se godišnji proračun za sve izdatke itekako povećao. Uz to, od Grada su na održavanje dobili još nekoliko javnih površina. 

Međutim, kako se odluka o nužnim rashodima i izdacima planira prema posljednje izvršenom proračunu kojeg je prihvatilo Gradsko vijeće, a to je proračun za 2022. godinu, kada su sredstva iz Grada upućena Nasadima bila manja, neminovno je da se u ovoj tvrtki jave problemi u poslovanju.

- Nova materijalna prava za djelatnike obračunavamo od početka listopada prošle godine, a mjesečno povećanje sredstava koje izdvajamo za plaće prema novom kolektivnom ugovoru je oko 20 posto više u odnosu na period kada ga nije bilo. Također, prema trenutnom programu održavanja kojeg Nasadi imaju s Gradom Zadrom, odnosno s UO za komunalne djelatnosti i zaštitu okoliša, mjesečno nam nedostaje oko 50 do 60 tisuća eura jer smo u 2022. godini za Grad održavali manje površina nego što to radimo ove godine, ističe direktor Nasada dodajući kako s podizanjem kratkoročnih kredita bez većih problema može odraditi prvi kvartal ove godine. No ako se situacija s blokadom proračuna nastavi, Nasadi će imati problem solventnosti, odnosno pokrivanja dospjelih novčanih obveza.

- U prvom mjesecu smo već morali podignuti kratkoročni kredit u iznosu od 26 tisuća eura. Nasadi imaju oko 30 do 40 posto vlastitih prihoda koji dolaze iz obavljanja pogrebne djelatnosti, hortikulture te od cvjećarnice i rasadnika. U niti jednom od tih djelatnosti Nasadi nemaju monopol na tržištu već imaju jako veliku konkurenciju u privatnom sektoru, ističe Josip Krnčević koji se nada da blokada proračuna neće predugo trajati.

Iako je gradski proračun u blokadi, većina gradskih tvrtki ne bi trebala imati većih problema prilikom poslovanja. Ipak, tvrtka koja ima daleko manje vlastitih prihoda od ostalih i koja će blokadu gradskog proračuna zasigurno morati premostiti kreditnim zaduživanjem su Nasadi. 

Direktor Nasada, Josip Krnčević, odmah na početku razgovora ističe kako plaće radnika nisu upitne, ali se zbog novih kreditnih zaduženja u pitanju dovodi solventnost tvrtke.
