Bijelo-plavo-bijela zastava često je istaknuta na demonstracijama protiv Putina i online prosvjednim koji se održavaju izvan Rusije. Kakav je značaj ove alternativne ruske zastave u odnosu na službenu bijelo-plavo-crvenu? Poznata kao BSB zastava (ruski inicijali za bijelo-plavo-bijelo), ona simbolizira protivljenje ruskoj invaziji na Ukrajinu, iako njezina povijest prethodi događajima od 24. veljače – objašnjavaju Global Voices.

Promovirana od strane ruskog dizajnera Kaija Kajtonina i umjetničkog menadžera Fish Soundsa (Zvuki Rib), ona se reflektira na Novgorodsku Republiku, srednjovjekovnu državu od 12. do 15. stoljeća. Ona je bila  rijedak primjer ograničene demokracije u ruskoj povijesti, i dobro poznat, jer se o njoj uči u školi.

Obrazloženje iza zastave BSB-a jest da opna eliminira donju crvenu traku koja simbolizira krv, nasilje ili, za neke, komunizam, i nudi miran, neimperijalistički simbol za Ruse koji osuđuju invaziju Moskve na Ukrajinu. Također žele izgraditi demokratsko rusko društvo i državu, bez kolonijalnih pretenzija.

Povijesno gledano, bijelo-plavo-crvenu zastavu koristila je carska Rusija od kasnog 17. stoljeća sve dok ona nije zabranjena u Sovjetskom Savezu nakon boljševičke revolucije 1917., ali su je još uvijek koristili ruski emigranti koji su pobjegli pred revolucijomu.

Trobojnica je vraćena kao nacionalna zastava Rusije 1991. godine. Anton Litvin, ruski aktivist sa sjedištem u Češkoj, odigrao je ključnu ulogu u popularizaciji BSB zastave na uličnim demonstracijama u Pragu. On je jedan od suosnivača Praškog antiratnog odbora i za Global Voices objašnjava zašto je važno da Rusi koji žive u inozemstvu i protive se Putinu imaju svoju zastavu: "Oni (Rusi) koji ne prepoznaju BSB zastavu očito su oni koji ne sudjeluju u demonstracijama u Europi i drugdje. Jasno je da ne možemo ići na demonstracije s istom zastavom koja visi iznad zgrada ruskih veleposlanstava i u Kremlju."

Aleksej Sidorenko, čelnik nevladine organizacije Teplitsa koja podržava građanski aktivizam u Rusiji, dijeli Litvinove stavove u intervjuu za Global Voices: "2014. godine (kada je okupiran Krim) postalo je nemoguće marširati na demonstracijama u Europi pod ruskom trobojnicom. Od vremena okupacije Donbasa i Krima ruska se zastava usko povezuje s imperijalizmom, militarizmom i nasiljem. Mislim da su mnogi dijelili to mišljenje. Anton Litvin je prije svih počeo govoriti o potrebi za novom zastavom, ali tada se njegova ideja činila previše radikalnom. Stvari su se promijenile 2022.."

Sidorenko na kraju kaže da on, iako neki vide BSB zastavu kao jednostavno ograđivanje – "isprali smo krv i time je naš posao gotov" – smatra da nova zastava nije dizajnirana radi ignoriranja krvi koja je već prolivena, već govori o odbijanju prolijevanja još krvi ili prihvaćanja nasilja kao vrijednosti za Rusiju.

Bijelo-plavo-bijela zastava često je istaknuta na demonstracijama protiv Putina i online prosvjednim koji se održavaju izvan Rusije. Kakav je značaj ove alternativne ruske zastave u odnosu na službenu bijelo-plavo-crvenu? Poznata kao BSB zastava (ruski inicijali za bijelo-plavo-bijelo), ona simbolizira protivljenje ruskoj invaziji na Ukrajinu, iako njezina povijest prethodi događajima od 24. veljače – objašnjavaju Global Voices.

Ona je bila  rijedak primjer ograničene demokracije u ruskoj povijesti, i dobro poznat, jer se o njoj uči u školi.

Obrazloženje iza zastave BSB-a jest da opna eliminira donju crvenu traku koja simbolizira krv, nasilje ili, za neke, komunizam, i nudi miran, neimperijalistički simbol za Ruse koji osuđuju invaziju Moskve na Ukrajinu. Također žele izgraditi demokratsko rusko društvo i državu, bez kolonijalnih pretenzija.

Povijesno gledano, bijelo-plavo-crvenu zastavu koristila je carska Rusija od kasnog 17. stoljeća sve dok ona nije zabranjena u Sovjetskom Savezu nakon boljševičke revolucije 1917., ali su je još uvijek koristili ruski emigranti koji su pobjegli pred revolucijomu.

Trobojnica je vraćena kao nacionalna zastava Rusije 1991. godine. Anton Litvin, ruski aktivist sa sjedištem u Češkoj, odigrao je ključnu ulogu u popularizaciji BSB zastave na uličnim demonstracijama u Pragu. On je jedan od suosnivača Praškog antiratnog odbora i za Global Voices objašnjava zašto je važno da Rusi koji žive u inozemstvu i protive se Putinu imaju svoju zastavu: "Oni (Rusi) koji ne prepoznaju BSB zastavu očito su oni koji ne sudjeluju u demonstracijama u Europi i drugdje. Jasno je da ne možemo ići na demonstracije s istom zastavom koja visi iznad zgrada ruskih veleposlanstava i u Kremlju."

Aleksej Sidorenko, čelnik nevladine organizacije Teplitsa koja podržava građanski aktivizam u Rusiji, dijeli Litvinove stavove u intervjuu za Global Voices: "2014. godine (kada je okupiran Krim) postalo je nemoguće marširati na demonstracijama u Europi pod ruskom trobojnicom. Od vremena okupacije Donbasa i Krima ruska se zastava usko povezuje s imperijalizmom, militarizmom i nasiljem. Mislim da su mnogi dijelili to mišljenje. Anton Litvin je prije svih počeo govoriti o potrebi za novom zastavom, ali tada se njegova ideja činila previše radikalnom. Stvari su se promijenile 2022.."

Sidorenko na kraju kaže da on, iako neki vide BSB zastavu kao jednostavno ograđivanje – "isprali smo krv i time je naš posao gotov" – smatra da nova zastava nije dizajnirana radi ignoriranja krvi koja je već prolivena, već govori o odbijanju prolijevanja još krvi ili prihvaćanja nasilja kao vrijednosti za Rusiju.

Bijelo-plavo-bijela zastava često je istaknuta na demonstracijama protiv Putina i online prosvjednim koji se održavaju izvan Rusije. Kakav je značaj ove alternativne ruske zastave u odnosu na službenu bijelo-plavo-crvenu? Poznata kao BSB zastava (ruski inicijali za bijelo-plavo-bijelo), ona simbolizira protivljenje ruskoj invaziji na Ukrajinu, iako njezina povijest prethodi događajima od 24. veljače – objašnjavaju Global Voices.

Promovirana od strane ruskog dizajnera Kaija Kajtonina i umjetničkog menadžera Fish Soundsa (Zvuki Rib), ona se reflektira na Novgorodsku Republiku, srednjovjekovnu državu od 12. do 15. stoljeća. Ona je bila  rijedak primjer ograničene demokracije u ruskoj povijesti, i dobro poznat, jer se o njoj uči u školi.
