Na suđenju Tomislavu Sauchi i tajnici Sandri Zeljko u ''aferi dnevnice'' provest će se novo grafološko vještačenje potpisa nekadašnjih savjetnika bivšeg premijera, zaposlenika Vlade RH te bivšeg predstojnika premijerova kabineta, odlučio je u utorak zagrebački Županijski sud.

Sudskom odlukom vještačit će se potpisi nekadašnjih savjetnika bivšeg premijera Siniše Petrovića, Nevena Budaka i Slavka Goldsteina te petero vladinih zaposlenika zaposlenika kako bi se oni usporedili s potpisom prvookrivljenog Sauche, šefa kabineta bivšeg premijera Zorana Milanovića, pojasnila je sutkinja Sanja Mazalin. Sutkinja je dodala da će se potpisi vještačiti u Centru za kriminalistička vještačenja po službenoj dužnosti.

Toj odluci se usprotivio Sauchin branitelj Darko Maržić navodeći da je Centar za kriminalistička vještačenja neobjektivan, na što je višekratno ukazivao tijekom postupka, tražeći da vještačenje obave drugi vještaci po izboru suda. Sutkinja je odbila Maržićev prijedlog odlučivši da će se sud izjasniti o dodatnim vještačenjima nakon provedenog vještačenja u MUP-ovom centru.

Sauchin potpis su tijekom dokaznog postupka analizirali grafolozi vještaci Zvonimir Ćorić i Đuro Črnjak koji su u svojem nalazu potvrdili Uskokove optužbe prema kojima je Saucha potpisivao sporne putne naloge. Sauchina obrana je uložila žalbu kojom je tražila da se iz spisa izdvoji vještačenje koje je smatrala nezakonitim i koju je krajem siječnja prošle godine odbio Vrhovni sud.
Riječ je o optužnici koja je u ožujku 2018. bila vraćena Uskoku na doradu, također nakon zahtjeva obrane da se iz spisa izdvoji grafološko vještačenje Sauchinih potpisa, koje smatraju nezakonitim.

Saucha i Zeljko su se na početku suđenja u tzv. "aferi dnevnice" izjasnili da nisu krivi za lažiranje putnih naloga.

Uskok Sauchu tereti da je kao predstojnik premijerova ureda lažirao putne naloge, zajedno sa svojom tadašnjom tajnicom Zeljko, koja je to navodno nastavila činiti i nakon Sauchina odlaska iz kabineta pa se ukupna šteta procjenjuje na oko milijun kuna.

Istraga je prvo pokrenuta samo protiv Sauche, tadašnjeg SDP-ova saborskog zastupnika, a naknadno je proširena i na Zeljko, koja je na početku opisivana kao krunska svjedokinja.

Saucha je nakon izlaska iz istražnog zatvora u veljači 2017. napustio SDP i u Saboru kao član kluba zastupnika HNS-a podržavao vladajuću većinu.

Na suđenju Tomislavu Sauchi i tajnici Sandri Zeljko u ''aferi dnevnice'' provest će se novo grafološko vještačenje potpisa nekadašnjih savjetnika bivšeg premijera, zaposlenika Vlade RH te bivšeg predstojnika premijerova kabineta, odlučio je u utorak zagrebački Županijski sud.

Sudskom odlukom vještačit će se potpisi nekadašnjih savjetnika bivšeg premijera Siniše Petrovića, Nevena Budaka i Slavka Goldsteina te petero vladinih zaposlenika zaposlenika kako bi se oni usporedili s potpisom prvookrivljenog Sauche, šefa kabineta bivšeg premijera Zorana Milanovića, pojasnila je sutkinja Sanja Mazalin. Sutkinja je dodala da će se potpisi vještačiti u Centru za kriminalistička vještačenja po službenoj dužnosti.

Toj odluci se usprotivio Sauchin branitelj Darko Maržić navodeći da je Centar za kriminalistička vještačenja neobjektivan, na što je višekratno ukazivao tijekom postupka, tražeći da vještačenje obave drugi vještaci po izboru suda. Sutkinja je odbila Maržićev prijedlog odlučivši da će se sud izjasniti o dodatnim vještačenjima nakon provedenog vještačenja u MUP-ovom centru.

Sauchin potpis su tijekom dokaznog postupka analizirali grafolozi vještaci Zvonimir Ćorić i Đuro Črnjak koji su u svojem nalazu potvrdili Uskokove optužbe prema kojima je Saucha potpisivao sporne putne naloge. Sauchina obrana je uložila žalbu kojom je tražila da se iz spisa izdvoji vještačenje koje je smatrala nezakonitim i koju je krajem siječnja prošle godine odbio Vrhovni sud.
Riječ je o optužnici koja je u ožujku 2018. bila vraćena Uskoku na doradu, također nakon zahtjeva obrane da se iz spisa izdvoji grafološko vještačenje Sauchinih potpisa, koje smatraju nezakonitim.

Saucha i Zeljko su se na početku suđenja u tzv. "aferi dnevnice" izjasnili da nisu krivi za lažiranje putnih naloga.

Uskok Sauchu tereti da je kao predstojnik premijerova ureda lažirao putne naloge, zajedno sa svojom tadašnjom tajnicom Zeljko, koja je to navodno nastavila činiti i nakon Sauchina odlaska iz kabineta pa se ukupna šteta procjenjuje na oko milijun kuna.

Istraga je prvo pokrenuta samo protiv Sauche, tadašnjeg SDP-ova saborskog zastupnika, a naknadno je proširena i na Zeljko, koja je na početku opisivana kao krunska svjedokinja.

Saucha je nakon izlaska iz istražnog zatvora u veljači 2017. napustio SDP i u Saboru kao član kluba zastupnika HNS-a podržavao vladajuću većinu.
