Mladi Splićanin Adrian P. (19) izašao je iz zatvora nakon služenja kazne od mjesec dana i jedna od prvih stvari koju je napravio jest snimanje videa u kojemu priča što mu se u međuvremenu dogodilo, pokušava opravdavati prekršaje zbog kojih je osuđen te priča o samome iskustvu u zatvoru, piše Autoklub .
Podsjetimo, sredinom studenog prošle godine Adrian je objavio 25-minutni video vožnje na motociklu kroz Split tijekom koje je napravio preko 80 prometnih prekršaja!
Snimka na kojoj divljački juri na svom motoru ulicama Splita i krši prometne propise, bila je užarila društvene mreže i pokrenula brojne rasprave.
Prekršajni sud u Splitu na temelju snimke koju je objavio kaznio ga je s ukupno 80 dana zatvora i novčanom kaznom od 14.000 kuna. Najveću kaznu je dobio za višekratno prekoračenje brzine više od 50 km/h - 50 dana zatvora. Za nekoliko prolazaka kroz crveno sud ga je kaznio s dodatnih 30 dana zatvora.
U oba slučaja višekratni prekršaji tretirali su mu se kao jedno produženo kazneno djelo, a u kaznu mu je uračunato 13 dana provedenih u pritvoru.
Za prekršaje koji nisu kaznena djela (vožnja u suprotnom smjeru, pretjecanje u tunelu itd.) dobio je 14.000 kn kazne, a za sve prekršaje je dobio i dvije godine zabrane upravljanja A kategorijom vozila.
Na snimci mladić objašnjava kako mu je oduvijek bila želja napraviti vlog s motorima koji će zainteresirati više publike, za razliku od stranih videa koji su po njemu “inače stravično dosadni”. “Čekao sam lijep dan da se idem provozati po gradu, nisam sad htio oboriti rekord za najviše prekršaja u dvadeset minuta, samo sam vozio malo brže”, priča mladi Splićanin.
Kaže da mu nikada nije bilo jasno zašto svi ‘moto-vloggeri’ voze tako polako po gradu, ali onda je odgovor saznao na teži način.
Adrian tvrdi da se puno vlasnika takvih motora svakodnevno po gradu vozi slično, samo je on jedini koji se snimio i to objavio na društvenim mrežama. “Ja sam takvih videa objavio 500 na Instagramu prije ovoga i nikad ništa nije bilo, nisam znao da ću na****t baš zbog tog videa”, dodaje.

Mladi Splićanin podijelio je prekršaje na manje i veće. Pod manje i relativno zanemarive prekršaje ubraja penjanje na nogostup, ubrzavanja i vožnju na stražnjem kotaču, a pod veće prekršaje ubraja prolaske kroz crveno i vožnju iznad 200 km/h. Adrian tvrdi da u tim prekršajima nije nikoga ugrozio, eventualno sebe jer takve stvari radi samo kad procjeni da je okolina sigurna.
“U zadnjih pet godina i tko zna koliko kilometara, nisam nijednom napravio prometnu niti s motorom niti autom. Mislim da to nije nikakva slučajnost, nego imam neku sposobnost za predviđanje situacija i izbjegavanje rizika”, priča Adrian.
Također dodaje kako zbog širokokutne kamere sve to izgleda brže na snimci, nego uživo pa su mnogi ljudi loše reagirali.
Kazna koju je nedavno odslužio u zatvoru bila je samo prva presuda pa Adrian nije siguran što ga zapravo još čeka u bliskoj budućnosti, piše Autoklub .
Priča kako mu je nakon izlaska iz zatvora bio cilj popraviti BMW Serije 3 E36, s obzirom na to da mu je motocikl Suzuki GSX-R1000 oduzet, a za BMW Serije 6 se čekaju određeni dijelovi da se složi u komplet. Tvrdi da će nastaviti s objavljivanjem videa, ali da vlogove s motorima zasad još neće moći snimati.
“No ako mi vrate motor ili nabavim novi, ići ću na Grobnik i snimiti moto-vlog drugi dio”, dodao je.

Mladi Splićanin Adrian P. (19) izašao je iz zatvora nakon služenja kazne od mjesec dana i jedna od prvih stvari koju je napravio jest snimanje videa u kojemu priča što mu se u međuvremenu dogodilo, pokušava opravdavati prekršaje zbog kojih je osuđen te priča o samome iskustvu u zatvoru, piše Autoklub .
Podsjetimo, sredinom studenog prošle godine Adrian je objavio 25-minutni video vožnje na motociklu kroz Split tijekom koje je napravio preko 80 prometnih prekršaja!
Snimka na kojoj divljački juri na svom motoru ulicama Splita i krši prometne propise, bila je užarila društvene mreže i pokrenula brojne rasprave.
Prekršajni sud u Splitu na temelju snimke koju je objavio kaznio ga je s ukupno 80 dana zatvora i novčanom kaznom od 14.000 kuna. Najveću kaznu je dobio za višekratno prekoračenje brzine više od 50 km/h - 50 dana zatvora. Za nekoliko prolazaka kroz crveno sud ga je kaznio s dodatnih 30 dana zatvora.
U oba slučaja višekratni prekršaji tretirali su mu se kao jedno produženo kazneno djelo, a u kaznu mu je uračunato 13 dana provedenih u pritvoru.
Za prekršaje koji nisu kaznena djela (vožnja u suprotnom smjeru, pretjecanje u tunelu itd.) dobio je 14.000 kn kazne, a za sve prekršaje je dobio i dvije godine zabrane upravljanja A kategorijom vozila.
Na snimci mladić objašnjava kako mu je oduvijek bila želja napraviti vlog s motorima koji će zainteresirati više publike, za razliku od stranih videa koji su po njemu “inače stravično dosadni”. “Čekao sam lijep dan da se idem provozati po gradu, nisam sad htio oboriti rekord za najviše prekršaja u dvadeset minuta, samo sam vozio malo brže”, priča mladi Splićanin.
Kaže da mu nikada nije bilo jasno zašto svi ‘moto-vloggeri’ voze tako polako po gradu, ali onda je odgovor saznao na teži način.
Adrian tvrdi da se puno vlasnika takvih motora svakodnevno po gradu vozi slično, samo je on jedini koji se snimio i to objavio na društvenim mrežama. “Ja sam takvih videa objavio 500 na Instagramu prije ovoga i nikad ništa nije bilo, nisam znao da ću na****t baš zbog tog videa”, dodaje.

Mladi Splićanin podijelio je prekršaje na manje i veće. Pod manje i relativno zanemarive prekršaje ubraja penjanje na nogostup, ubrzavanja i vožnju na stražnjem kotaču, a pod veće prekršaje ubraja prolaske kroz crveno i vožnju iznad 200 km/h. Adrian tvrdi da u tim prekršajima nije nikoga ugrozio, eventualno sebe jer takve stvari radi samo kad procjeni da je okolina sigurna.
“U zadnjih pet godina i tko zna koliko kilometara, nisam nijednom napravio prometnu niti s motorom niti autom. Mislim da to nije nikakva slučajnost, nego imam neku sposobnost za predviđanje situacija i izbjegavanje rizika”, priča Adrian.
Također dodaje kako zbog širokokutne kamere sve to izgleda brže na snimci, nego uživo pa su mnogi ljudi loše reagirali.
Kazna koju je nedavno odslužio u zatvoru bila je samo prva presuda pa Adrian nije siguran što ga zapravo još čeka u bliskoj budućnosti, piše Autoklub .
Priča kako mu je nakon izlaska iz zatvora bio cilj popraviti BMW Serije 3 E36, s obzirom na to da mu je motocikl Suzuki GSX-R1000 oduzet, a za BMW Serije 6 se čekaju određeni dijelovi da se složi u komplet. Tvrdi da će nastaviti s objavljivanjem videa, ali da vlogove s motorima zasad još neće moći snimati.
“No ako mi vrate motor ili nabavim novi, ići ću na Grobnik i snimiti moto-vlog drugi dio”, dodao je.
