Jesu li dobra igra na Rujevici i boda vrijedan gol Mihaela Žapera u finišu susreta protiv Rijeke prekretnica za Osijek uoči završnog kruga sezone? U Gradskom vrtu svi se nadaju da je tako, no puno više o tome će reći već subotnje gostovanje u Gorici.

- Dobro smo izgledali u Rijeci, takve igre i rezultati podižu samopouzdanje, no mislim da mi možemo i bolje od toga, jer imamo dosta unutarnjih rezervi. Međutim, to mora postati naš standard, a ne priča za jedan dan. Ako to budemo ponavljali iz kola u kolo, onda se nemamo što brinuti, ali ako budemo oscilirali kao dosad, neće biti dobro. Nema se što lagati, osim prve dvije utakmice protiv Rijeke i Gorice, sve ostalo nije bilo dobro, otišlo je u krivom smjeru. Nismo, istina, u nekim utakmicama imali ni sportske sreće, ali je nismo ni zaslužili svojim prezentacijama - iskreno će sagledati situaciju Ivica Kulešević, sportski direktor Osijeka, jedan od onih koji je već mjesecima pod kritikama, ali čvrsto uvjeren da je klub odabrao dobar smjer.

- Odlučili smo se na zaokret sportske politike i znam da to trenutno ne izgleda bajno, ali vjerujem u dobar rad, trud i energiju, jer kvalitetu imamo. U to sam siguran. Treba nam samo da to počnemo prezentirati i naplaćivati na terenu, da nas ponekad pomazi i sportska sreća, odnosno da je zaslužimo i isprovociramo, ali prvenstveno nam trebaju kvalitetne igre u kontinuitetu, a ja sam uvjeren da ova momčad to može - kaže Kulešević.za Sportske novosti.

Uz sve probleme, posljednjih se dana morao boriti i sa ‘‘slučajem Čeberko‘‘, koji je zbog neprofesionalnog odnosa novčano kažnjen i udaljen iz prve momčadi.

- Razgovarao sam s njim u više navrata, rekao mu da to nije način na koji se do nečega dolazi. Nijedan klub ne može prihvatiti takvo ponašanje. Apelirao sam na njega samo da se ponaša profesionalno, jer uvijek se na kraju iznađe rješenje na zadovoljstvo svih. No on je odlučio ići nesportskim putem i klub je reagirao kako je morao. Na ovu ucjenu i bilo koje druge ucjene nećemo pristajati. Žao mi je, jer je riječ o mladom sportašu, ne znam je li ga netko na nešto nagovorio, ali on je punoljetan i mora snositi odgovornost za svoj postupak. Nema lijepog načina kojim se to može ublažiti. Odbio je putovati, odbio je igrati za NK Osijek. Rekao sam mu da bude strpljiv, čak smo zainteresiranom klubu, jer u MLS-u ljetni prijelazni rok počinje 5. srpnja, ponudili da ga pustimo već nakon zadnjeg kola HNL-a, ali on to nije prepoznao kao našu dobru volju i namjeru - osvrnuo se Kulešević na slučaj Čeberko.

Osijek je tako ostao samo na jednom stoperu po profilu, Adrianu Leonu Barišiću, ali sportski direktor i dalje vjeruje da to neće biti veliki problem.

- Svjestan sam situacije, ali ne vidim to kao problem, nego kao izazov. Ponavljam, imamo dovoljno kvalitetnu svlačionicu da rješavamo sve probleme na koje nailazimo po putu - rekao je Kulešević, kojega smo upitali može li tko od mlađih igrača iz B momčadi ili juniora biti taj koji će dobiti priliku na stoperu u trenutnoj situaciji.

- Škola nogometa nam je u fokusu, odlučili smo prvoj momčadi priključiti i priključivati naše mlade talente, koji već sada pokazuju da se na njih može računati, ali treba vremena da se etabliraju. Naravno, razumijem i one koji nemaju strpljenja za ovaj naš novi put, ali mi vjerujemo u taj dugoročni plan i program. Vidjet ćemo može li netko od njih već sada ozbiljnije pomoći, nadam se da će netko iskočiti, ali teško je to znati i tvrditi. Tu su Prekodravac, Vrbanac..., dečki koji su 2005. godište, a struka će procijeniti je li došlo vrijeme da ih se stavi u vatru - kaže Kulešević.

Bio bi tu vjerojatno i mladi Ljubo Puljić, koji igra za juniore, premda nema još ni 16 godina (napunit će ih 31. svibnja), pa stoga ne može biti u konkurenciji za prvu momčad.

- Puljić je veliki potencijal i ne tajimo da za njega imamo upite najvećih europskih klubova. No za prvu momčad trenutno ne može konkurirati, jer nije napunio 16 godina - kazao je sportski direktor Osijeka, koji je dodao i kako smatra da ih je "ova situacija s Čeberkom dodatno homogenizirala, pa i ojačala".

No hoće li Osijek sljedeće sezone biti jači, odnosno koliko će biti drugačiji od sadašnjeg.

- Pretražujemo tržište, imamo 30-ak imena o kojima razmišljamo i pratimo ih. Ima među njima i nekih naših bivših igrača i nadam se da ćemo se u ljeto što je više moguće osnažiti, ali isto tako bit će i izlaznih transfera. Radimo na tome da budemo još bolji. Velika mi je želja i ustrajat ću na tome da Osijek i kada ne pobijedi bude ispraćen s pljeskom, jer će to značiti da su igrači dali sve od sebe, da su to zaslužili svojim odnosom prema klubu i prema poslu. Vjerujemo i u podršku navijača, a čak je dobrodošao i svaki zvižduk s tribina, ako je dobronamjeran, jer nam to svima treba biti motivacija, zaključio je Kulešević.

- Dobro smo izgledali u Rijeci, takve igre i rezultati podižu samopouzdanje, no mislim da mi možemo i bolje od toga, jer imamo dosta unutarnjih rezervi. Međutim, to mora postati naš standard, a ne priča za jedan dan. Ako to budemo ponavljali iz kola u kolo, onda se nemamo što brinuti, ali ako budemo oscilirali kao dosad, neće biti dobro. Nema se što lagati, osim prve dvije utakmice protiv Rijeke i Gorice, sve ostalo nije bilo dobro, otišlo je u krivom smjeru. Nismo, istina, u nekim utakmicama imali ni sportske sreće, ali je nismo ni zaslužili svojim prezentacijama - iskreno će sagledati situaciju Ivica Kulešević, sportski direktor Osijeka, jedan od onih koji je već mjesecima pod kritikama, ali čvrsto uvjeren da je klub odabrao dobar smjer.

- Odlučili smo se na zaokret sportske politike i znam da to trenutno ne izgleda bajno, ali vjerujem u dobar rad, trud i energiju, jer kvalitetu imamo. U to sam siguran. Treba nam samo da to počnemo prezentirati i naplaćivati na terenu, da nas ponekad pomazi i sportska sreća, odnosno da je zaslužimo i isprovociramo, ali prvenstveno nam trebaju kvalitetne igre u kontinuitetu, a ja sam uvjeren da ova momčad to može - kaže Kulešević.za Sportske novosti.

Uz sve probleme, posljednjih se dana morao boriti i sa ‘‘slučajem Čeberko‘‘, koji je zbog neprofesionalnog odnosa novčano kažnjen i udaljen iz prve momčadi.

- Razgovarao sam s njim u više navrata, rekao mu da to nije način na koji se do nečega dolazi. Nijedan klub ne može prihvatiti takvo ponašanje. Apelirao sam na njega samo da se ponaša profesionalno, jer uvijek se na kraju iznađe rješenje na zadovoljstvo svih. No on je odlučio ići nesportskim putem i klub je reagirao kako je morao. Na ovu ucjenu i bilo koje druge ucjene nećemo pristajati. Žao mi je, jer je riječ o mladom sportašu, ne znam je li ga netko na nešto nagovorio, ali on je punoljetan i mora snositi odgovornost za svoj postupak. Nema lijepog načina kojim se to može ublažiti. Odbio je putovati, odbio je igrati za NK Osijek. Rekao sam mu da bude strpljiv, čak smo zainteresiranom klubu, jer u MLS-u ljetni prijelazni rok počinje 5. srpnja, ponudili da ga pustimo već nakon zadnjeg kola HNL-a, ali on to nije prepoznao kao našu dobru volju i namjeru - osvrnuo se Kulešević na slučaj Čeberko.

Osijek je tako ostao samo na jednom stoperu po profilu, Adrianu Leonu Barišiću, ali sportski direktor i dalje vjeruje da to neće biti veliki problem.

- Svjestan sam situacije, ali ne vidim to kao problem, nego kao izazov. Ponavljam, imamo dovoljno kvalitetnu svlačionicu da rješavamo sve probleme na koje nailazimo po putu - rekao je Kulešević, kojega smo upitali može li tko od mlađih igrača iz B momčadi ili juniora biti taj koji će dobiti priliku na stoperu u trenutnoj situaciji.

- Škola nogometa nam je u fokusu, odlučili smo prvoj momčadi priključiti i priključivati naše mlade talente, koji već sada pokazuju da se na njih može računati, ali treba vremena da se etabliraju. Naravno, razumijem i one koji nemaju strpljenja za ovaj naš novi put, ali mi vjerujemo u taj dugoročni plan i program. Vidjet ćemo može li netko od njih već sada ozbiljnije pomoći, nadam se da će netko iskočiti, ali teško je to znati i tvrditi. Tu su Prekodravac, Vrbanac..., dečki koji su 2005. godište, a struka će procijeniti je li došlo vrijeme da ih se stavi u vatru - kaže Kulešević.

Bio bi tu vjerojatno i mladi Ljubo Puljić, koji igra za juniore, premda nema još ni 16 godina (napunit će ih 31. svibnja), pa stoga ne može biti u konkurenciji za prvu momčad.

- Puljić je veliki potencijal i ne tajimo da za njega imamo upite najvećih europskih klubova. No za prvu momčad trenutno ne može konkurirati, jer nije napunio 16 godina - kazao je sportski direktor Osijeka, koji je dodao i kako smatra da ih je "ova situacija s Čeberkom dodatno homogenizirala, pa i ojačala".

No hoće li Osijek sljedeće sezone biti jači, odnosno koliko će biti drugačiji od sadašnjeg.

- Pretražujemo tržište, imamo 30-ak imena o kojima razmišljamo i pratimo ih. Ima među njima i nekih naših bivših igrača i nadam se da ćemo se u ljeto što je više moguće osnažiti, ali isto tako bit će i izlaznih transfera. Radimo na tome da budemo još bolji. Velika mi je želja i ustrajat ću na tome da Osijek i kada ne pobijedi bude ispraćen s pljeskom, jer će to značiti da su igrači dali sve od sebe, da su to zaslužili svojim odnosom prema klubu i prema poslu. Vjerujemo i u podršku navijača, a čak je dobrodošao i svaki zvižduk s tribina, ako je dobronamjeran, jer nam to svima treba biti motivacija, zaključio je Kulešević.

Jesu li dobra igra na Rujevici i boda vrijedan gol Mihaela Žapera u finišu susreta protiv Rijeke prekretnica za Osijek uoči završnog kruga sezone? U Gradskom vrtu svi se nadaju da je tako, no puno više o tome će reći već subotnje gostovanje u Gorici.
