Ravnatelj Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo dr. Krunoslav Capak potvrdio je večeras da ćemo teško dobiti obećane doze cjepiva od AstraZenece, a od Pfizera također stiže 14 kutija cjepiva manje. 

- Pfizer nam je smanjio broj doza za sljedeće tri isporuke. Ono što nam dolazi u sljedeća dva tjedna je smanjeno za 14 kutija, ukupno 975 doza. Mi smo dobili 11 kutija cjepiva manje, to nas razočarava i otežava nam provedbu plana cijepljenja. Sve količine koje imamo čuvamo za docjepljivanje” – kazao je Capak za HRT.

I kompanija Moderna je odgodila isporuku za tjedan dana tako da će 4.800 doza koje su već trebale stići, biti isporučene u nedjelju. Podsjetio je kako je AstraZeneca prva pregovarala sa svim zemljama EU-a te da su obećavali kako će već u prosincu 2020., biti isporučene velike količine cjepiva. No, to se nije dogodilo.

- I u njihov razvoj cjepiva EU je uložila velik novac i od njih smo najviše očekivali. Oni će se registrirati tek 29. siječnja, a EU traži da isporuka krene ranije te da se ispoštuju potpisani ugovor. Nadamo se da će se situacija popraviti, ali teško da ćemo dobiti obećane doze – nezadovoljan je Capak.

Cjepivo Oxford/AstraZenece je jeftinije i može se čuvati u hladnjaku, pa ga je lakše transportirati i koristiti. Hrvatska je naručila najviše komada upravo ovog oksfordskog cjepiva. Namjeravali smo smo kupiti tri milijuna i 600 tisuća doza, ali smo  preraspodjelom u EU dobil 2,705.000, da bi kompanija je objavila kako će smanjiti isporuku za 60 posto, što je izazvalo negodovanje i pritisak Europske komisije. 

Slom sustava

Neke su zemlje, poput Izraela platile cjepivo dvostruko više nego EU i od proizvođača Pfizera dobile doze prije ostalih.    

Capak je rekao kako ne zna koliko su cjepiva kupile bogate zemlje, ali napominje kako je posve jasno i vidljivo da su ga neke države uspjele nabavite iako se nisu na vrijeme uključile u pregovore s proizvođačima.

- Dolazi do sloma sustava u koji smo vjerovali. EU je napravila sve da to bude pravedna raspodjela prema broju stanovnika, ali čini nam se da do te pravedne raspodjele neće doći. Zemlje koje su individualno pregovarale i dale više novca očito su dobile više nego što smo mi” konstatirao je epidemiolog.

Što se tiče Modernina cjepiva, poručio je kako nema nade da će se u veljači povećati isporuka te da se sve nade polažu u AstraZenecu.

- Ako to bude tako, mi do kraja veljače možemo procijepiti starije osobe i kronične bolesnike, no to bi trebale biti značajne količine cjepiva jer takvih osoba ima najmanje 600-700 tisuća u Hrvatskoj”, rekao je Capak.

Bit će popuštanja epidemioloških mjera

- Razgovori se još vode, mi ćemo tu odluku na vrijeme pripremiti. Sigurno će biti određenih popuštanja. Na nacionalnoj razini će se dopustiti odlazak u škole za djecu od 5-8 razreda, razgovara se intenzivno da se dopusti sport i rekreacija na otvorenom. Za sve ostalo ćemo vidjeti, u ovom trenutku nemamo definitivnu informaciju što će biti dopušteno”, zaključio je Capak za HRT.

Ravnatelj Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo dr. Krunoslav Capak potvrdio je večeras da ćemo teško dobiti obećane doze cjepiva od AstraZenece, a od Pfizera također stiže 14 kutija cjepiva manje. 

- Pfizer nam je smanjio broj doza za sljedeće tri isporuke. Ono što nam dolazi u sljedeća dva tjedna je smanjeno za 14 kutija, ukupno 975 doza. Mi smo dobili 11 kutija cjepiva manje, to nas razočarava i otežava nam provedbu plana cijepljenja. Sve količine koje imamo čuvamo za docjepljivanje” – kazao je Capak za HRT.

I kompanija Moderna je odgodila isporuku za tjedan dana tako da će 4.800 doza koje su već trebale stići, biti isporučene u nedjelju. Podsjetio je kako je AstraZeneca prva pregovarala sa svim zemljama EU-a te da su obećavali kako će već u prosincu 2020., biti isporučene velike količine cjepiva. No, to se nije dogodilo.

- I u njihov razvoj cjepiva EU je uložila velik novac i od njih smo najviše očekivali. Oni će se registrirati tek 29. siječnja, a EU traži da isporuka krene ranije te da se ispoštuju potpisani ugovor. Nadamo se da će se situacija popraviti, ali teško da ćemo dobiti obećane doze – nezadovoljan je Capak.

Cjepivo Oxford/AstraZenece je jeftinije i može se čuvati u hladnjaku, pa ga je lakše transportirati i koristiti. Hrvatska je naručila najviše komada upravo ovog oksfordskog cjepiva. Namjeravali smo smo kupiti tri milijuna i 600 tisuća doza, ali smo  preraspodjelom u EU dobil 2,705.000, da bi kompanija je objavila kako će smanjiti isporuku za 60 posto, što je izazvalo negodovanje i pritisak Europske komisije. 

Slom sustava

Neke su zemlje, poput Izraela platile cjepivo dvostruko više nego EU i od proizvođača Pfizera dobile doze prije ostalih.    

Capak je rekao kako ne zna koliko su cjepiva kupile bogate zemlje, ali napominje kako je posve jasno i vidljivo da su ga neke države uspjele nabavite iako se nisu na vrijeme uključile u pregovore s proizvođačima.

- Dolazi do sloma sustava u koji smo vjerovali. EU je napravila sve da to bude pravedna raspodjela prema broju stanovnika, ali čini nam se da do te pravedne raspodjele neće doći. Zemlje koje su individualno pregovarale i dale više novca očito su dobile više nego što smo mi” konstatirao je epidemiolog.

Što se tiče Modernina cjepiva, poručio je kako nema nade da će se u veljači povećati isporuka te da se sve nade polažu u AstraZenecu.

- Ako to bude tako, mi do kraja veljače možemo procijepiti starije osobe i kronične bolesnike, no to bi trebale biti značajne količine cjepiva jer takvih osoba ima najmanje 600-700 tisuća u Hrvatskoj”, rekao je Capak.

Bit će popuštanja epidemioloških mjera

- Razgovori se još vode, mi ćemo tu odluku na vrijeme pripremiti. Sigurno će biti određenih popuštanja. Na nacionalnoj razini će se dopustiti odlazak u škole za djecu od 5-8 razreda, razgovara se intenzivno da se dopusti sport i rekreacija na otvorenom. Za sve ostalo ćemo vidjeti, u ovom trenutku nemamo definitivnu informaciju što će biti dopušteno”, zaključio je Capak za HRT.

Capak potvrdio: Teško da ćemo dobiti obećane doze cjepiva, dolazi do sloma sustava u koji smo vjerovali

Ravnatelj Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo dr. Krunoslav Capak potvrdio je večeras da ćemo teško dobiti obećane doze cjepiva od AstraZenece, a od Pfizera također stiže 14 kutija cjepiva manje. 

- Pfizer nam je smanjio broj doza za sljedeće tri isporuke. Ono što nam dolazi u sljedeća dva tjedna je smanjeno za 14 kutija, ukupno 975 doza. Mi smo dobili 11 kutija cjepiva manje, to nas razočarava i otežava nam provedbu plana cijepljenja. Sve količine koje imamo čuvamo za docjepljivanje” – kazao je Capak za HRT.

I kompanija Moderna je odgodila isporuku za tjedan dana tako da će 4.800 doza koje su već trebale stići, biti isporučene u nedjelju. Podsjetio je kako je AstraZeneca prva pregovarala sa svim zemljama EU-a te da su obećavali kako će već u prosincu 2020., biti isporučene velike količine cjepiva. No, to se nije dogodilo.

- I u njihov razvoj cjepiva EU je uložila velik novac i od njih smo najviše očekivali. Oni će se registrirati tek 29. siječnja, a EU traži da isporuka krene ranije te da se ispoštuju potpisani ugovor. Nadamo se da će se situacija popraviti, ali teško da ćemo dobiti obećane doze – nezadovoljan je Capak.

Cjepivo Oxford/AstraZenece je jeftinije i može se čuvati u hladnjaku, pa ga je lakše transportirati i koristiti. Hrvatska je naručila najviše komada upravo ovog oksfordskog cjepiva. Namjeravali smo smo kupiti tri milijuna i 600 tisuća doza, ali smo  preraspodjelom u EU dobil 2,705.000, da bi kompanija je objavila kako će smanjiti isporuku za 60 posto, što je izazvalo negodovanje i pritisak Europske komisije. 

Slom sustava

Neke su zemlje, poput Izraela platile cjepivo dvostruko više nego EU i od proizvođača Pfizera dobile doze prije ostalih.    

Capak je rekao kako ne zna koliko su cjepiva kupile bogate zemlje, ali napominje kako je posve jasno i vidljivo da su ga neke države uspjele nabavite iako se nisu na vrijeme uključile u pregovore s proizvođačima.

- Dolazi do sloma sustava u koji smo vjerovali. EU je napravila sve da to bude pravedna raspodjela prema broju stanovnika, ali čini nam se da do te pravedne raspodjele neće doći. Zemlje koje su individualno pregovarale i dale više novca očito su dobile više nego što smo mi” konstatirao je epidemiolog.

Što se tiče Modernina cjepiva, poručio je kako nema nade da će se u veljači povećati isporuka te da se sve nade polažu u AstraZenecu.

- Ako to bude tako, mi do kraja veljače možemo procijepiti starije osobe i kronične bolesnike, no to bi trebale biti značajne količine cjepiva jer takvih osoba ima najmanje 600-700 tisuća u Hrvatskoj”, rekao je Capak.

Bit će popuštanja epidemioloških mjera

- Razgovori se još vode, mi ćemo tu odluku na vrijeme pripremiti. Sigurno će biti određenih popuštanja. Na nacionalnoj razini će se dopustiti odlazak u škole za djecu od 5-8 razreda, razgovara se intenzivno da se dopusti sport i rekreacija na otvorenom. Za sve ostalo ćemo vidjeti, u ovom trenutku nemamo definitivnu informaciju što će biti dopušteno”, zaključio je Capak za HRT.
