Ponudu za koncesiju na pomorskom dobru u svrhu izgradnje i gospodarskog korištenja luke nautičkog turizma Porto Baroš u Rijeci predala je tvrtka ACI-GITONE d.o.o., koja nudi investiciju vrijednu 363,7 milijuna kuna, izvijestilo je u petak Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

Prema podacima iz sudskog registra, tu su tvrtku lani osnovale tvrtke Adriatic Croatia International Club (ACI) i Gitone Kvarner.

Iz Ministarstva najavljuju da će stručno tijelo za ocjenu ponuda za koncesije na pomorskom dobru analizirati ponudu te će u roku desetak dana donijeti nalaz i mišljenje, a potom će biti pripremljena odluka o dodjeli koncesije, koja će biti upućena Vladi na donošenje.

Natječajem je previđen rok trajanja koncesije od 30 godina, na površini pomorskog dobra od 105.897 četvornih metara s kapacitetom marine od 500 vezova. Vrijednost koncesije je u postupku davanja koncesije procjenjena na gotovo 1,2 milijarde kuna.

Natječaj je otvoren 19. siječnja nakon što su se stekli svi uvjeti, od izmjena prostornoplanske dokumentacije do izdvajanja iz lučkog područja.

Ministar Oleg Butković izjavio je u povodu otvaranja ponuda je je to veliki korak naprijed u realizaciji jedne od najvećih investicija u nautički turizam koja će Hrvatsku još više pozicionirati na svjetskoj karti top nautičkih destinacija.

"Ova investicija me još više veseli kada znamo da uz ovakvu marinu, s kapacitetom od čak 500 vezova i svim uvjetima za prihvat megajahti, dolazi i niz pratećih usluga. To je prilika koju Rijeka, ali i okolica, može i mora iskoristiti jer donosi posve novu dimenziju, uz sva ostala ulaganja koja provodimo u riječkoj luci. To znači da možemo očekivati niz novih radnih mjesta te priliku za nove poslovne poduhvate i razvoj djelatnosti koje će biti potpora radu marine. Činjenica da je riječ o zajedničkoj ponudi domaćeg i stranog ponuđača s prepoznatim kredibilitetom i ne sumnjam da će, ukoliko ispune sve uvjete propisane natječajem, uvelike pridonijeti stvaranju sasvim nove slike Rijeke. Rijeke koja će, uz štih industrijskog grada s bogatstvom kulturnih i društvenih sadržaja, u budućnosti biti nezaobilazna lokacija na karti mediteranskih destinacija koje treba posjetiti", izjavio je Butković.

Naime, osnivački tvrtke ACI-GITONE d.o.o. su domaći lanac marina ACI i tvrtka Gitone Kvarner, koja je i osnivač tvrtke Gitone Adriatic koja drži većinski paket (71,23 posto) dionica Liburnia Riviera Hotela (LRH). Tvrtke Gitone Kvarner i Gitone Adriatic su vlasnički povezane s privatnom zakladom Holster sa sjedištem u Beču, a koja se povezuje s njemačkom obitelj Lürssen.

Ponudu za koncesiju na pomorskom dobru u svrhu izgradnje i gospodarskog korištenja luke nautičkog turizma Porto Baroš u Rijeci predala je tvrtka ACI-GITONE d.o.o., koja nudi investiciju vrijednu 363,7 milijuna kuna, izvijestilo je u petak Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

Prema podacima iz sudskog registra, tu su tvrtku lani osnovale tvrtke Adriatic Croatia International Club (ACI) i Gitone Kvarner.

Iz Ministarstva najavljuju da će stručno tijelo za ocjenu ponuda za koncesije na pomorskom dobru analizirati ponudu te će u roku desetak dana donijeti nalaz i mišljenje, a potom će biti pripremljena odluka o dodjeli koncesije, koja će biti upućena Vladi na donošenje.

Natječajem je previđen rok trajanja koncesije od 30 godina, na površini pomorskog dobra od 105.897 četvornih metara s kapacitetom marine od 500 vezova. Vrijednost koncesije je u postupku davanja koncesije procjenjena na gotovo 1,2 milijarde kuna.

Natječaj je otvoren 19. siječnja nakon što su se stekli svi uvjeti, od izmjena prostornoplanske dokumentacije do izdvajanja iz lučkog područja.

Ministar Oleg Butković izjavio je u povodu otvaranja ponuda je je to veliki korak naprijed u realizaciji jedne od najvećih investicija u nautički turizam koja će Hrvatsku još više pozicionirati na svjetskoj karti top nautičkih destinacija.

"Ova investicija me još više veseli kada znamo da uz ovakvu marinu, s kapacitetom od čak 500 vezova i svim uvjetima za prihvat megajahti, dolazi i niz pratećih usluga. To je prilika koju Rijeka, ali i okolica, može i mora iskoristiti jer donosi posve novu dimenziju, uz sva ostala ulaganja koja provodimo u riječkoj luci. To znači da možemo očekivati niz novih radnih mjesta te priliku za nove poslovne poduhvate i razvoj djelatnosti koje će biti potpora radu marine. Činjenica da je riječ o zajedničkoj ponudi domaćeg i stranog ponuđača s prepoznatim kredibilitetom i ne sumnjam da će, ukoliko ispune sve uvjete propisane natječajem, uvelike pridonijeti stvaranju sasvim nove slike Rijeke. Rijeke koja će, uz štih industrijskog grada s bogatstvom kulturnih i društvenih sadržaja, u budućnosti biti nezaobilazna lokacija na karti mediteranskih destinacija koje treba posjetiti", izjavio je Butković.

Naime, osnivački tvrtke ACI-GITONE d.o.o. su domaći lanac marina ACI i tvrtka Gitone Kvarner, koja je i osnivač tvrtke Gitone Adriatic koja drži većinski paket (71,23 posto) dionica Liburnia Riviera Hotela (LRH). Ponudu za koncesiju na pomorskom dobru u svrhu izgradnje i gospodarskog korištenja luke nautičkog turizma Porto Baroš u Rijeci predala je tvrtka ACI-GITONE d.o.o., koja nudi investiciju vrijednu 363,7 milijuna kuna, izvijestilo je u petak Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

Prema podacima iz sudskog registra, tu su tvrtku lani osnovale tvrtke Adriatic Croatia International Club (ACI) i Gitone Kvarner.

Iz Ministarstva najavljuju da će stručno tijelo za ocjenu ponuda za koncesije na pomorskom dobru analizirati ponudu te će u roku desetak dana donijeti nalaz i mišljenje, a potom će biti pripremljena odluka o dodjeli koncesije, koja će biti upućena Vladi na donošenje.

Natječajem je previđen rok trajanja koncesije od 30 godina, na površini pomorskog dobra od 105.897 četvornih metara s kapacitetom marine od 500 vezova. Vrijednost koncesije je u postupku davanja koncesije procjenjena na gotovo 1,2 milijarde kuna.

Natječaj je otvoren 19. siječnja nakon što su se stekli svi uvjeti, od izmjena prostornoplanske dokumentacije do izdvajanja iz lučkog područja.

Ministar Oleg Butković izjavio je u povodu otvaranja ponuda je je to veliki korak naprijed u realizaciji jedne od najvećih investicija u nautički turizam koja će Hrvatsku još više pozicionirati na svjetskoj karti top nautičkih destinacija.

"Ova investicija me još više veseli kada znamo da uz ovakvu marinu, s kapacitetom od čak 500 vezova i svim uvjetima za prihvat megajahti, dolazi i niz pratećih usluga. To je prilika koju Rijeka, ali i okolica, može i mora iskoristiti jer donosi posve novu dimenziju, uz sva ostala ulaganja koja provodimo u riječkoj luci. To znači da možemo očekivati niz novih radnih mjesta te priliku za nove poslovne poduhvate i razvoj djelatnosti koje će biti potpora radu marine. Činjenica da je riječ o zajedničkoj ponudi domaćeg i stranog ponuđača s prepoznatim kredibilitetom i ne sumnjam da će, ukoliko ispune sve uvjete propisane natječajem, uvelike pridonijeti stvaranju sasvim nove slike Rijeke. Rijeke koja će, uz štih industrijskog grada s bogatstvom kulturnih i društvenih sadržaja, u budućnosti biti nezaobilazna lokacija na karti mediteranskih destinacija koje treba posjetiti", izjavio je Butković.

Naime, osnivački tvrtke ACI-GITONE d.o.o. su domaći lanac marina ACI i tvrtka Gitone Kvarner, koja je i osnivač tvrtke Gitone Adriatic koja drži većinski paket (71,23 posto) dionica Liburnia Riviera Hotela (LRH). Tvrtke Gitone Kvarner i Gitone Adriatic su vlasnički povezane s privatnom zakladom Holster sa sjedištem u Beču, a koja se povezuje s njemačkom obitelj Lürssen.
