Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture raspisalo je javni natječaj za izgradnju luke nautičkog turizma u Porto Barošu, u središtu Rijeke. Natječaj je objavljen u Elektroničkom oglasniku javne nabave, a koncesija se izdaje na rok od 30 godina, na površini pomorskog dobra od ukupno 105.897 četvornih metara na kojoj bi trebala niknuti marina kapaciteta 500 vezova, javlja Novi list.

Natječaj je raspisan dvije godine nakon početnih priprema i nakon što je Grad Rijeka donio potrebne izmjene prostornoplanske dokumentacije.

Procijenjena ukupna vrijednost koncesije je milijardu i 165 milijuna kuna, a prema propozicijama natječaja, otvorena je i mogućnost proširenja koncesijskog područja na čitav prostor putničke luke u Rijeci, na potezu od Rive Boduli do »bunkera«, odnosno do De Franceschijevog gata koji već sada u stvarnosti funkcionira kao marina za privez uglavnom većih plovila, takozvanih megajahti.

Odluka Vlade o raspisivanju natječaja, komentirao je resorni ministar Oleg Butković, donosi novi pogled na razvoj Rijeke koja će, kako smatra, svoj imidž sve više graditi na turizmu.

– Tome će uvelike pridonijeti i ovaj projekt, budući da se radi o trenutno najvećoj investiciji u luku nautičkog turizma u Hrvatskoj s kapacitetom od čak 500 vezova. Znamo da je procedura do raspisivanja natječaja ipak trajala nešto dulje, ali moramo biti svjesni da za ovakve projekte postoji cijeli niz uvjeta koje je bilo potrebno ispuniti, od izmjena prostornoplanske dokumentacije do izdvajanja iz lučkog područja - kazao je Butković, dodajući kako već neko vrijeme postoji velik interes potencijalnih koncesionara iz Europe.

– Nova marina će ponuditi novu sliku Rijeke koja se okreće prema moru i pravom mediteranskom ugođaju. Pri tome mislim na vizuru privezanih jahti i megajahti koje će potaknuti cijeli niz novih djelatnosti vezanih uz nautički turizam. Osim toga, Porto Baroš je u samom centru grada u sklopu objekata zaštićenog kulturnog dobra, a opet u neposrednoj blizini opatijske rivijere, Krka i Cresa što ovu lokaciju čini iznimno atraktivnom, kako za koncesionare, tako i za buduće korisnike marine - rekao je ministar.

Interes ACI-ja

ACI već duže vrijeme ne krije interes za koncesijom u Porto Barošu, a prijedlog proširenja koncesijskog područja uprava ACI-ja iznijela je tijekom javne rasprave o izmjenama prostornog plana.

Upravi ACI-ja Novi list upitao je postoji li još uvijek interes te tvrtke za koncesiju u Porto Barošu, odnosno Putničkoj luci.

– Kao vodeća nautička tvrtka u Hrvatskoj i najveći lanac marina na Mediteranu, zainteresirani smo za obavljanje koncesije na pomorskom dobru u luci nautičkog turizma Porto Baroš, za što smo već ranije javno iskazali interes. Uvidom u javno objavljenu dokumentaciju za nadmetanje može se utvrditi da je otvorena mogućnost davanja na upravljanje dijela lučkog područja od Bunkera do Rive Boduli, koji je u ovom trenutku pod upravljanjem Lučke uprave Rijeka, novom ovlašteniku koncesije koji će biti odabran u postupku nadmetanja kada se za to steknu uvjeti. S obzirom da je ACI više puta predlagao upravo takvu mogućnost, svakako istu pozdravljamo i podržavamo - odgovaraju iz uprave ACI-ja.

Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture raspisalo je javni natječaj za izgradnju luke nautičkog turizma u Porto Barošu, u središtu Rijeke. Natječaj je objavljen u Elektroničkom oglasniku javne nabave, a koncesija se izdaje na rok od 30 godina, na površini pomorskog dobra od ukupno 105.897 četvornih metara na kojoj bi trebala niknuti marina kapaciteta 500 vezova, javlja Novi list.

Natječaj je raspisan dvije godine nakon početnih priprema i nakon što je Grad Rijeka donio potrebne izmjene prostornoplanske dokumentacije.

Procijenjena ukupna vrijednost koncesije je milijardu i 165 milijuna kuna, a prema propozicijama natječaja, otvorena je i mogućnost proširenja koncesijskog područja na čitav prostor putničke luke u Rijeci, na potezu od Rive Boduli do »bunkera«, odnosno do De Franceschijevog gata koji već sada u stvarnosti funkcionira kao marina za privez uglavnom većih plovila, takozvanih megajahti.

Odluka Vlade o raspisivanju natječaja, komentirao je resorni ministar Oleg Butković, donosi novi pogled na razvoj Rijeke koja će, kako smatra, svoj imidž sve više graditi na turizmu.

– Tome će uvelike pridonijeti i ovaj projekt, budući da se radi o trenutno najvećoj investiciji u luku nautičkog turizma u Hrvatskoj s kapacitetom od čak 500 vezova. Znamo da je procedura do raspisivanja natječaja ipak trajala nešto dulje, ali moramo biti svjesni da za ovakve projekte postoji cijeli niz uvjeta koje je bilo potrebno ispuniti, od izmjena prostornoplanske dokumentacije do izdvajanja iz lučkog područja - kazao je Butković, dodajući kako već neko vrijeme postoji velik interes potencijalnih koncesionara iz Europe.

– Nova marina će ponuditi novu sliku Rijeke koja se okreće prema moru i pravom mediteranskom ugođaju. Pri tome mislim na vizuru privezanih jahti i megajahti koje će potaknuti cijeli niz novih djelatnosti vezanih uz nautički turizam. Osim toga, Porto Baroš je u samom centru grada u sklopu objekata zaštićenog kulturnog dobra, a opet u neposrednoj blizini opatijske rivijere, Krka i Cresa što ovu lokaciju čini iznimno atraktivnom, kako za koncesionare, tako i za buduće korisnike marine - rekao je ministar.

Interes ACI-ja

ACI već duže vrijeme ne krije interes za koncesijom u Porto Barošu, a prijedlog proširenja koncesijskog područja uprava ACI-ja iznijela je tijekom javne rasprave o izmjenama prostornog plana.

Upravi ACI-ja Novi list upitao je postoji li još uvijek interes te tvrtke za koncesiju u Porto Barošu, odnosno Putničkoj luci.

– Kao vodeća nautička tvrtka u Hrvatskoj i najveći lanac marina na Mediteranu, zainteresirani smo za obavljanje koncesije na pomorskom dobru u luci nautičkog turizma Porto Baroš, za što smo već ranije javno iskazali interes. Uvidom u javno objavljenu dokumentaciju za nadmetanje može se utvrditi da je otvorena mogućnost davanja na upravljanje dijela lučkog područja od Bunkera do Rive Boduli, koji je u ovom trenutku pod upravljanjem Lučke uprave Rijeka, novom ovlašteniku koncesije koji će biti odabran u postupku nadmetanja kada se za to steknu uvjeti. S obzirom da je ACI više puta predlagao upravo takvu mogućnost, svakako istu pozdravljamo i podržavamo - odgovaraju iz uprave ACI-ja.

u centru gradaProjekt ‘težak‘ više od milijardu kuna: raspisan natječaj za marinu koja će stvoriti novu sliku Rijeke, među zainteresiranima je i ACI

Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture raspisalo je javni natječaj za izgradnju luke nautičkog turizma u Porto Barošu, u središtu Rijeke. Natječaj je objavljen u Elektroničkom oglasniku javne nabave, a koncesija se izdaje na rok od 30 godina, na površini pomorskog dobra od ukupno 105.897 četvornih metara na kojoj bi trebala niknuti marina kapaciteta 500 vezova, javlja Novi list.

Natječaj je raspisan dvije godine nakon početnih priprema i nakon što je Grad Rijeka donio potrebne izmjene prostornoplanske dokumentacije.

Procijenjena ukupna vrijednost koncesije je milijardu i 165 milijuna kuna, a prema propozicijama natječaja, otvorena je i mogućnost proširenja koncesijskog područja na čitav prostor putničke luke u Rijeci, na potezu od Rive Boduli do »bunkera«, odnosno do De Franceschijevog gata koji već sada u stvarnosti funkcionira kao marina za privez uglavnom većih plovila, takozvanih megajahti.

Odluka Vlade o raspisivanju natječaja, komentirao je resorni ministar Oleg Butković, donosi novi pogled na razvoj Rijeke koja će, kako smatra, svoj imidž sve više graditi na turizmu.

– Tome će uvelike pridonijeti i ovaj projekt, budući da se radi o trenutno najvećoj investiciji u luku nautičkog turizma u Hrvatskoj s kapacitetom od čak 500 vezova. Znamo da je procedura do raspisivanja natječaja ipak trajala nešto dulje, ali moramo biti svjesni da za ovakve projekte postoji cijeli niz uvjeta koje je bilo potrebno ispuniti, od izmjena prostornoplanske dokumentacije do izdvajanja iz lučkog područja - kazao je Butković, dodajući kako već neko vrijeme postoji velik interes potencijalnih koncesionara iz Europe.

– Nova marina će ponuditi novu sliku Rijeke koja se okreće prema moru i pravom mediteranskom ugođaju. Pri tome mislim na vizuru privezanih jahti i megajahti koje će potaknuti cijeli niz novih djelatnosti vezanih uz nautički turizam. Osim toga, Porto Baroš je u samom centru grada u sklopu objekata zaštićenog kulturnog dobra, a opet u neposrednoj blizini opatijske rivijere, Krka i Cresa što ovu lokaciju čini iznimno atraktivnom, kako za koncesionare, tako i za buduće korisnike marine - rekao je ministar.

Interes ACI-ja

ACI već duže vrijeme ne krije interes za koncesijom u Porto Barošu, a prijedlog proširenja koncesijskog područja uprava ACI-ja iznijela je tijekom javne rasprave o izmjenama prostornog plana.

Upravi ACI-ja Novi list upitao je postoji li još uvijek interes te tvrtke za koncesiju u Porto Barošu, odnosno Putničkoj luci.

– Kao vodeća nautička tvrtka u Hrvatskoj i najveći lanac marina na Mediteranu, zainteresirani smo za obavljanje koncesije na pomorskom dobru u luci nautičkog turizma Porto Baroš, za što smo već ranije javno iskazali interes. Uvidom u javno objavljenu dokumentaciju za nadmetanje može se utvrditi da je otvorena mogućnost davanja na upravljanje dijela lučkog područja od Bunkera do Rive Boduli, koji je u ovom trenutku pod upravljanjem Lučke uprave Rijeka, novom ovlašteniku koncesije koji će biti odabran u postupku nadmetanja kada se za to steknu uvjeti. S obzirom da je ACI više puta predlagao upravo takvu mogućnost, svakako istu pozdravljamo i podržavamo - odgovaraju iz uprave ACI-ja.
