Specijalno državno tužiteljstvo Crne Gore otvorilo je predmet, odnosno istragu oko kupovine trajekta nazvanog "30. avgust", nekadašnje Jadrolinijine Prizne, piše portal pobjeda.me.

Državni tužitelj Vukas Radonjić potvrdio je to na crnogorskoj televiziji "E" uz napomenu kako je istraga pokrenuta samoinicijativno povodom kupovine trajekta od Jadrolinije, a radi utvrđivanja postojanja osnove za sumnju na kazneno djelo iz nadležnosti SDT-a.

- U tijeku je uvid u slučaj - kazao je Radonjić.

Kako je Pobjeda ranije pisala, hrvatska agencija ABM bila je jedini ponuditelj u postupku javne nabavke JP Morskog dobra, bez prethodnog oglašavanja. JP Morsko dobro je trajekt "Prizna" star 53 godine kupilo za 569.000 eura i to nedugo nakon što ga je ABM kupila od Jadrolinije za 252.000 eura.

Odluku da se Prizna prodaje bez oglašavanja i po hitnom postupku omogućila je Vlada Crne Gore 24. veljače, koja je procijenila da se radi o nabavci u javnom interesu. Prethodno je Vlada 9. veljače na elektronskoj sjednici zaključila da treba jednostrano raskinuti ugovor s tvrtkom Pomorski saobraćaj, a Morsko dobro je 17. veljače postupilo po naređenju i o raskidu ugovora obavijestilo Pomorski saobraćaj.

Ugovor su 4. ožujka potpisali direktor JP Morsko dobro Mladen Mikijelj i Ante Milolović, vlasnik ABM Toursa, dva dana kasnije, saznaje ovaj portal.

Navode kako firma ABM tours ima dva zaposlena, te da je od 2019. do 2021. ova kompanija poslovala u minusu. Prihodi su u tom periodu bili nešto veći od 130.000 eura.

Od prodaje trajekta ova kompanija zaradila je 317.000 eura, dvostruko više od zarade u prethodne tri godine.

"Priznu" je Jadrolinija kupila 1991. godine, a do prije nekoliko godina ovaj trajekt plovio je na liniji između luke Prizna u Podvelebitskom kanalu i luke Žigljen na otoku Pagu, odnosno između Biograda i luke Tkon na Pašmanu.

Zbog starosti i nedovoljnih kapaciteta za potrebe prijevoza na linijama na kojima je do sada koristila ovaj trajekt, Jadrolinija je odlučila prodati ovaj trajekt kapaciteta 60 automobila i 330 putnika.

Specijalno državno tužiteljstvo Crne Gore otvorilo je predmet, odnosno istragu oko kupovine trajekta nazvanog "30. avgust", nekadašnje Jadrolinijine Prizne, piše portal pobjeda.me.

Državni tužitelj Vukas Radonjić potvrdio je to na crnogorskoj televiziji "E" uz napomenu kako je istraga pokrenuta samoinicijativno povodom kupovine trajekta od Jadrolinije, a radi utvrđivanja postojanja osnove za sumnju na kazneno djelo iz nadležnosti SDT-a.

- U tijeku je uvid u slučaj - kazao je Radonjić.

Kako je Pobjeda ranije pisala, hrvatska agencija ABM bila je jedini ponuditelj u postupku javne nabavke JP Morskog dobra, bez prethodnog oglašavanja. JP Morsko dobro je trajekt "Prizna" star 53 godine kupilo za 569.000 eura i to nedugo nakon što ga je ABM kupila od Jadrolinije za 252.000 eura.

Odluku da se Prizna prodaje bez oglašavanja i po hitnom postupku omogućila je Vlada Crne Gore 24. veljače, koja je procijenila da se radi o nabavci u javnom interesu. Prethodno je Vlada 9. veljače na elektronskoj sjednici zaključila da treba jednostrano raskinuti ugovor s tvrtkom Pomorski saobraćaj, a Morsko dobro je 17. veljače postupilo po naređenju i o raskidu ugovora obavijestilo Pomorski saobraćaj.

Ugovor su 4. ožujka potpisali direktor JP Morsko dobro Mladen Mikijelj i Ante Milolović, vlasnik ABM Toursa, dva dana kasnije, saznaje ovaj portal.

Navode kako firma ABM tours ima dva zaposlena, te da je od 2019. do 2021. ova kompanija poslovala u minusu. Prihodi su u tom periodu bili nešto veći od 130.000 eura.

Od prodaje trajekta ova kompanija zaradila je 317.000 eura, dvostruko više od zarade u prethodne tri godine.

"Priznu" je Jadrolinija kupila 1991. godine, a do prije nekoliko godina ovaj trajekt plovio je na liniji između luke Prizna u Podvelebitskom kanalu i luke Žigljen na otoku Pagu, odnosno između Biograda i luke Tkon na Pašmanu.

Zbog starosti i nedovoljnih kapaciteta za potrebe prijevoza na linijama na kojima je do sada koristila ovaj trajekt, Jadrolinija je odlučila prodati ovaj trajekt kapaciteta 60 automobila i 330 putnika.

Specijalno državno tužiteljstvo Crne Gore otvorilo je predmet, odnosno istragu oko kupovine trajekta nazvanog "30. avgust", nekadašnje Jadrolinijine Prizne, piše portal pobjeda.me.

Državni tužitelj Vukas Radonjić potvrdio je to na crnogorskoj televiziji "E" uz napomenu kako je istraga pokrenuta samoinicijativno povodom kupovine trajekta od Jadrolinije, a radi utvrđivanja postojanja osnove za sumnju na kazneno djelo iz nadležnosti SDT-a.

- U tijeku je uvid u slučaj - kazao je Radonjić.

Kako je Pobjeda ranije pisala, hrvatska agencija ABM bila je jedini ponuditelj u postupku javne nabavke JP Morskog dobra, bez prethodnog oglašavanja. JP Morsko dobro je trajekt "Prizna" star 53 godine kupilo za 569.000 eura i to nedugo nakon što ga je ABM kupila od Jadrolinije za 252.000 eura.

Odluku da se Prizna prodaje bez oglašavanja i po hitnom postupku omogućila je Vlada Crne Gore 24. veljače, koja je procijenila da se radi o nabavci u javnom interesu. Prethodno je Vlada 9. veljače na elektronskoj sjednici zaključila da treba jednostrano raskinuti ugovor s tvrtkom Pomorski saobraćaj, a Morsko dobro je 17. veljače postupilo po naređenju i o raskidu ugovora obavijestilo Pomorski saobraćaj.

Ugovor su 4. ožujka potpisali direktor JP Morsko dobro Mladen Mikijelj i Ante Milolović, vlasnik ABM Toursa, dva dana kasnije, saznaje ovaj portal.

Navode kako firma ABM tours ima dva zaposlena, te da je od 2019. do 2021. ova kompanija poslovala u minusu. Prihodi su u tom periodu bili nešto veći od 130.000 eura.

Od prodaje trajekta ova kompanija zaradila je 317.000 eura, dvostruko više od zarade u prethodne tri godine.

"Priznu" je Jadrolinija kupila 1991. godine, a do prije nekoliko godina ovaj trajekt plovio je na liniji između luke Prizna u Podvelebitskom kanalu i luke Žigljen na otoku Pagu, odnosno između Biograda i luke Tkon na Pašmanu.

Zbog starosti i nedovoljnih kapaciteta za potrebe prijevoza na linijama na kojima je do sada koristila ovaj trajekt, Jadrolinija je odlučila prodati ovaj trajekt kapaciteta 60 automobila i 330 putnika.
