Imam brodicu s izvanbrodskim motorom i ugrađenim tankom goriva. Na kraju sezone nisam potrošio sve gorivo, nego mi je ostalo nešto manje od pola tanka. Jedni mi savjetuju da tank ispraznim, a drugi da ga napunim do vrha, jer ću navodno s ovim gorivom sljedeće sezone imati problema. Je li to točno? Ako jest, gdje ću s ispumpanim gorivom, odnosno mogu li ovdje pomoći aditivi?

Nije rijedak slučaj da početkom sljedeće sezone vlasnici brodice imaju problem s lanjskim gorivom, bez obzira na to koriste li dizel ili benzin. Kod dizela je problem što se zbog kondenzacije stijenka praznog dijela spremnika orosi, kaplje vode upadnu u gorivo, potonu na dno i dolje se tijekom zime talože, a kako je usisna cijev pri dnu spremnika, tako je vrlo vjerojatan i problem s gorivom.

Nekada su, a danas vrlo rijetko, spremnici goriva na dnu imali ugrađen dodatak u obliku manjega lonca, visine najmanje desetak centimetara i kapaciteta barem jedne litre, a na dnu ispusni ventil. Voda i sve eventualne nečistoće u gorivu tonu na dno i ostaju u ovoj posudi, daleko od usisne cijevi. Dovoljno je samo povremeno otvoriti ispusni ventil i vrlo jednostavno isprazniti tu vodu iz spremnika.

Drugi je način da se spremnik napuni do vrha i tako se izbjegne stvaranje kondenzacije. Dakle, kada se brodica dulje vremena neće koristiti, spremnike dizelskoga goriva treba napuniti do vrha.

Kondenzacija vode

Problem s kondenzacijom ima i spremnik benzina, koji je također lakši od vode pa ona tone na dno, ali ugradnjom separatora i ovo se može lako kontrolirati. Međutim, benzin je mješavina heptana i izooktana, a njegova oktanska vrijednost ovisi o njihovu omjeru. Oktanska vrijednost izooktana je 100, a heptana 0, pa znači da 95 oktanski benzin sadrži 95 posto izooktana i pet posto heptana.

Nadalje, benzin ima oksidacijska svojstva i lako hlapi, međutim, heptan i izooktan ne hlape jednako i oktanska vrijednost odstajaloga goriva uvijek je nešto manja. Aditivi ovdje nemaju neki bitan utjecaj, jer sve potrebne aditive i stabilizatore gorivo dobije još u rafineriji, prema tablicama standarda i točno propisanim procesom. Zbog toga naknadne aditive treba izbjegavati, jer ponekad mogu donijeti veću štetu nego korist.

Ako je spremnik dobro zatvoren, gorivo bi moralo sačuvati istu kvalitetu. Dakle, potrebno je veću pažnju obratiti na kondicije brtvi spremnika.

Ako je gorivo koje je dugo bilo u spremniku ipak izgubilo na kvaliteti, vlasnik će to osjetiti već na prvoj plovidbi. Oktanska mu je vrijednost pala i motor više ne može postići prijašnju snagu. Kad se to osjeti, potrebno je pripaziti da motor radi bez opterećenja i na srednjem broju okretaja, jer ga veliki broj okretaja i opterećenje punim gasom mogu ozbiljno oštetiti.

Mješavina staro-novo

Ovdje se dobro prisjetiti i jednog starog trika. Staro gorivo dobro je preventivno zamiješati s novim, više oktanske vrijednosti od onoga koje inače koristite. Ako je izgubilo oktansku vrijednost, novo će gorivo to dijelom nadoknaditi, a ako ne, gorivo više oktanske vrijednosti ne šteti motoru i može se koristiti bez ograničenja. Kako bi se sve to izbjeglo, uobičajeno je da su kod duljeg nekorištenja brodice spremnici benzina prazni.

Mješavina za dvotaktne motore ima drugi problem. Dugotrajnim stajanjem u spremniku ulje u gorivu se polimerizira i taloži na dnu spremnika. Motori koji su neko vrijeme radili na takvom gorivu jednostavno se više ne mogu pokrenuti. Ulje u mješavini nije normalno izgaralo i na prstenima se taložila nekakva masa koja ih je lijepila za cilindar.

Dakle, takvo nije za upotrebu, ali može ga se procijediti kroz finu mrežicu i uklonjeni talog zamijeniti novim uljem. Prikupljeni talog možete odnijeti u posebne sabirne spremnike na benzinskim crpkama.

Imam brodicu s izvanbrodskim motorom i ugrađenim tankom goriva. Na kraju sezone nisam potrošio sve gorivo, nego mi je ostalo nešto manje od pola tanka. Jedni mi savjetuju da tank ispraznim, a drugi da ga napunim do vrha, jer ću navodno s ovim gorivom sljedeće sezone imati problema. Je li to točno? Ako jest, gdje ću s ispumpanim gorivom, odnosno mogu li ovdje pomoći aditivi?

Nije rijedak slučaj da početkom sljedeće sezone vlasnici brodice imaju problem s lanjskim gorivom, bez obzira na to koriste li dizel ili benzin. Kod dizela je problem što se zbog kondenzacije stijenka praznog dijela spremnika orosi, kaplje vode upadnu u gorivo, potonu na dno i dolje se tijekom zime talože, a kako je usisna cijev pri dnu spremnika, tako je vrlo vjerojatan i problem s gorivom.

Nekada su, a danas vrlo rijetko, spremnici goriva na dnu imali ugrađen dodatak u obliku manjega lonca, visine najmanje desetak centimetara i kapaciteta barem jedne litre, a na dnu ispusni ventil. Voda i sve eventualne nečistoće u gorivu tonu na dno i ostaju u ovoj posudi, daleko od usisne cijevi. Dovoljno je samo povremeno otvoriti ispusni ventil i vrlo jednostavno isprazniti tu vodu iz spremnika.

Drugi je način da se spremnik napuni do vrha i tako se izbjegne stvaranje kondenzacije. Dakle, kada se brodica dulje vremena neće koristiti, spremnike dizelskoga goriva treba napuniti do vrha.

Kondenzacija vode

Problem s kondenzacijom ima i spremnik benzina, koji je također lakši od vode pa ona tone na dno, ali ugradnjom separatora i ovo se može lako kontrolirati. Međutim, benzin je mješavina heptana i izooktana, a njegova oktanska vrijednost ovisi o njihovu omjeru. Oktanska vrijednost izooktana je 100, a heptana 0, pa znači da 95 oktanski benzin sadrži 95 posto izooktana i pet posto heptana.

Nadalje, benzin ima oksidacijska svojstva i lako hlapi, međutim, heptan i izooktan ne hlape jednako i oktanska vrijednost odstajaloga goriva uvijek je nešto manja. Aditivi ovdje nemaju neki bitan utjecaj, jer sve potrebne aditive i stabilizatore gorivo dobije još u rafineriji, prema tablicama standarda i točno propisanim procesom. Zbog toga naknadne aditive treba izbjegavati, jer ponekad mogu donijeti veću štetu nego korist.

Ako je spremnik dobro zatvoren, gorivo bi moralo sačuvati istu kvalitetu. Dakle, potrebno je veću pažnju obratiti na kondicije brtvi spremnika.

Ako je gorivo koje je dugo bilo u spremniku ipak izgubilo na kvaliteti, vlasnik će to osjetiti već na prvoj plovidbi. Oktanska mu je vrijednost pala i motor više ne može postići prijašnju snagu. Kad se to osjeti, potrebno je pripaziti da motor radi bez opterećenja i na srednjem broju okretaja, jer ga veliki broj okretaja i opterećenje punim gasom mogu ozbiljno oštetiti.

Mješavina staro-novo

Ovdje se dobro prisjetiti i jednog starog trika. Staro gorivo dobro je preventivno zamiješati s novim, više oktanske vrijednosti od onoga koje inače koristite. Ako je izgubilo oktansku vrijednost, novo će gorivo to dijelom nadoknaditi, a ako ne, gorivo više oktanske vrijednosti ne šteti motoru i može se koristiti bez ograničenja. Kako bi se sve to izbjeglo, uobičajeno je da su kod duljeg nekorištenja brodice spremnici benzina prazni.

Mješavina za dvotaktne motore ima drugi problem. Dugotrajnim stajanjem u spremniku ulje u gorivu se polimerizira i taloži na dnu spremnika. Motori koji su neko vrijeme radili na takvom gorivu jednostavno se više ne mogu pokrenuti. Ulje u mješavini nije normalno izgaralo i na prstenima se taložila nekakva masa koja ih je lijepila za cilindar.

Dakle, takvo nije za upotrebu, ali može ga se procijediti kroz finu mrežicu i uklonjeni talog zamijeniti novim uljem. Prikupljeni talog možete odnijeti u posebne sabirne spremnike na benzinskim crpkama.
