Ako volite pistacije, možete ih konzumirati bez grižnje savjesti. Naime, to su najmanje kalorični orašasti plodovi koji čak snižavaju kolesterol, potiču rad imunološkog sustava, sprječavaju isušivanje kože i povećavaju seksualnu želju. Posebno se preporučuju ženama i trudnicama.

Pistacija (Pistacia vera) je drvo koje naraste do 10 metara visine, a listovi su mu dugi 10-20 centimetara. Pokožica ploda ove dvodomne biljke je bež boje, no ponekad se bojala crvenom bojom kako bi se prekrile mrlje nastale ručnim branjem oraha. Danas se pistacije beru uglavnom strojno, pa ta praksa više nije uobičajena. Koštuničavo voće koje sadrži sjemenke ima specifičan miris i okus. Kad se plod otvori, rascijepi se na dva dijela, što je popraćeno posebnim hrskavim zvukom.

Plodovi s najmanje kalorija

Pistacije su dio ljudske prehrane još od kasnog paleolitika. Kažu da su se prvotno pojavili u Iranu, gdje postoje bogate plantaže ovog drveća. Za prenošenje ovog voća u mediteransku regiju, a kasnije i na područje Australije i Kalifornije, zaslužno je Rimsko Carstvo. U plodovima ovih ukusnih oraščića možete uživati ​​u nekoliko verzija - jesti ih svježe, pečene ili usoljene.

Orašasti plodovi općenito se smatraju zdravim međuobrokom, ali su i prilično kalorični. Tu se ističu pistacije koje imaju najmanje kalorija pa se posebno preporučuju onima koji pokušavaju izgubiti koji kilogram. Ako pojedemo 100 grama pistacija, unijet ćemo 600 kalorija. Snižavaju razinu lošeg kolesterola

Pistacije sadrže 50 posto ulja, 20 posto proteina, 20 posto ugljikohidrata i 2 posto vlakana. Izvor su zdravih masnoća. Sadrže i određene antioksidanse među kojima se ističu beta-karoten i lutein koji ovom voću daju karakterističnu zelenu boju. Pistacije su bogate kalcijem, magnezijem, bakrom, manganom, željezom i kalijem. Prisutni su i vitamini B6 (osigurava optimalno funkcioniranje živčanog sustava) te A i E (odgovorni za regulaciju upalnih stanja u tijelu).

Ako se pistacije konzumiraju u zdravstvene svrhe, najbolje je posegnuti za onima iz ekološke proizvodnje, koje su i nesoljene i bez ljuske. Njihova redovita konzumacija snižava razinu lošeg kolesterola u krvi, što su pokazala neka znanstvena istraživanja. U jednom od njih sudionici su ih morali konzumirati redovito tri tjedna, a prije i poslije mjerena im je razina kolesterola. Razina lošeg kolesterola smanjila se u prosjeku za 14 posto tijekom tog vremena, dok je istodobno povećana razina korisnog kolesterola.

Koristi se i kao afrodizijak

Konzumacija pistacija također smanjuje rizik od razvoja kardiovaskularnih bolesti i nekih vrsta raka. Ako volite pistacije, možete ih konzumirati bez grižnje savjesti. Naime, to su najmanje kalorični orašasti plodovi koji čak snižavaju kolesterol, potiču rad imunološkog sustava, sprječavaju isušivanje kože i povećavaju seksualnu želju. Posebno se preporučuju ženama i trudnicama.

Pistacija (Pistacia vera) je drvo koje naraste do 10 metara visine, a listovi su mu dugi 10-20 centimetara. Pokožica ploda ove dvodomne biljke je bež boje, no ponekad se bojala crvenom bojom kako bi se prekrile mrlje nastale ručnim branjem oraha. Danas se pistacije beru uglavnom strojno, pa ta praksa više nije uobičajena. Koštuničavo voće koje sadrži sjemenke ima specifičan miris i okus. Kad se plod otvori, rascijepi se na dva dijela, što je popraćeno posebnim hrskavim zvukom.

Pistacije su dio ljudske prehrane još od kasnog paleolitika. Kažu da su se prvotno pojavili u Iranu, gdje postoje bogate plantaže ovog drveća. Za prenošenje ovog voća u mediteransku regiju, a kasnije i na područje Australije i Kalifornije, zaslužno je Rimsko Carstvo. U plodovima ovih ukusnih oraščića možete uživati ​​u nekoliko verzija - jesti ih svježe, pečene ili usoljene.

Orašasti plodovi općenito se smatraju zdravim međuobrokom, ali su i prilično kalorični. Tu se ističu pistacije koje imaju najmanje kalorija pa se posebno preporučuju onima koji pokušavaju izgubiti koji kilogram. Ako pojedemo 100 grama pistacija, unijet ćemo 600 kalorija. Osim toga, pistacije su i dosta zasitne. Jedemo li ih redovito, automatski ćemo manje posezati za drugim nezdravim grickalicama i brzom hranom. Pistacije možete jesti same ili ih dodavati drugim jelima, a odlično se slažu sa salatama i nekim jelima od povrća. Osim toga, koriste se i u proizvodnji sladoleda i drugih slastica.

Snižavaju razinu lošeg kolesterola

Pistacije sadrže 50 posto ulja, 20 posto proteina, 20 posto ugljikohidrata i 2 posto vlakana. Izvor su zdravih masnoća. Sadrže i određene antioksidanse među kojima se ističu beta-karoten i lutein koji ovom voću daju karakterističnu zelenu boju. Pistacije su bogate kalcijem, magnezijem, bakrom, manganom, željezom i kalijem. Prisutni su i vitamini B6 (osigurava optimalno funkcioniranje živčanog sustava) te A i E (odgovorni za regulaciju upalnih stanja u tijelu).

Ako se pistacije konzumiraju u zdravstvene svrhe, najbolje je posegnuti za onima iz ekološke proizvodnje, koje su i nesoljene i bez ljuske. Njihova redovita konzumacija snižava razinu lošeg kolesterola u krvi, što su pokazala neka znanstvena istraživanja. U jednom od njih sudionici su ih morali konzumirati redovito tri tjedna, a prije i poslije mjerena im je razina kolesterola. Razina lošeg kolesterola smanjila se u prosjeku za 14 posto tijekom tog vremena, dok je istodobno povećana razina korisnog kolesterola.

Koristi se i kao afrodizijak

Konzumacija pistacija također smanjuje rizik od razvoja kardiovaskularnih bolesti i nekih vrsta raka. Osim toga, jača se rad imunološkog sustava, regulira rad hormona, smanjuje se umor i iscrpljenost, te ublažavaju posljedice stresa. Pistacije povoljno djeluju na zdravlje očiju i smanjuju rizik od makularne degeneracije koja je osobito česta kod starijih osoba.

Rečeno je da redovita konzumacija pistacija također pomaže osobama s izrazito suhom kožom, smanjuju rizik od anemije, a također se preporučuju za poboljšanje seksualnosti.

Ako volite pistacije, možete ih konzumirati bez grižnje savjesti. Naime, to su najmanje kalorični orašasti plodovi koji čak snižavaju kolesterol, potiču rad imunološkog sustava, sprječavaju isušivanje kože i povećavaju seksualnu želju. Posebno se preporučuju ženama i trudnicama.

Pistacija (Pistacia vera) je drvo koje naraste do 10 metara visine, a listovi su mu dugi 10-20 centimetara. Pokožica ploda ove dvodomne biljke je bež boje, no ponekad se bojala crvenom bojom kako bi se prekrile mrlje nastale ručnim branjem oraha. Danas se pistacije beru uglavnom strojno, pa ta praksa više nije uobičajena. Koštuničavo voće koje sadrži sjemenke ima specifičan miris i okus. Kad se plod otvori, rascijepi se na dva dijela, što je popraćeno posebnim hrskavim zvukom.
