Muče li vas nesanica ili teško tonete u san, pomoći bi vam mogao zdrav i ukusan napitak s neodoljivom dozom nostalgije. U eri smoothieja, nitko više ne spominje stari dobri frape, a kad se u frape ubaci jedan sastojak koji ne samo da poboljšava okus nego i teksturu, rezultat je prefini napitak za laku noć.

Frape se od smoothieja razlikuje po rjeđoj teksturi i po tome što obavezno sadrži mlijeko, a baš je mlijeko jedna od namirnica koje se spominju kao pomagači pri otklanjanju problema sa spavanjem - sjetite se djetinjstva, je li i vama majka nudila malo toplog mlijeka prije odlaska na spavanje? Nije to radila samo da bi vam zubi bili zdraviji!

Drugi sastojak koji će vam pomoći da lakše zaspete je banana, voće bogato kalijem, magnezijem, vitaminom B6, ugljikohidratima - sve samim sastojcima za laku noć - te, što je u ovom slučaju, najvažnije, triptofanom, aminokiselinom koju sadrže i namirnice poput puretine, koju mnogi krive da ih je uspavala nakon obilnog obroka, a u organizam ga moramo unositi izvana jer ga tijelo ne proizvodi. 

Za bolji san će vam pomoći i magnezija iz banana, jer pomaže u proizvodnji melatonina, hormona čiji nedostatak ometa spavanje, te smanjuje razinu hormona stresa, kortizola. Banane su dobar izbor prije odlaska na spavanje i zbog toga što sadrže pektin, koji pridonosi osjećaju sitosti pa nema bojazni da će vam nakon banane osjećaj gladi ometati san. Kako je lako probavljiva, organizam vrijeme koje je potrebno za odmor neće trošiti na razgradnju hrane.

Treći bonus ovog preukusnog frapea su trešnje, voće kojeg su brojne studije proglasile pomagačem u borbi s nesanicom i drugim poremećajima spavanja, jer sadrži melatonin, hormon koji poboljšava kvalitetu sna.

Frape od banane i trešnje

Sastojci:

200 ml mlijeka
1 zrela banana
50 g trešanja (dobre su i zaleđene)
1 žličica meda (po potrebi)
2-3 kockice leda

Priprema:

Sve sastojke ubacite u blender pa dugo i dobro blendajte.

Ulijte u visoku čašu i po želji dodajte na vrh malo tučenog slatkog vrhnja.

Dobar tek i laku noć.

Muče li vas nesanica ili teško tonete u san, pomoći bi vam mogao zdrav i ukusan napitak s neodoljivom dozom nostalgije. U eri smoothieja, nitko više ne spominje stari dobri frape, a kad se u frape ubaci jedan sastojak koji ne samo da poboljšava okus nego i teksturu, rezultat je prefini napitak za laku noć.

Frape se od smoothieja razlikuje po rjeđoj teksturi i po tome što obavezno sadrži mlijeko, a baš je mlijeko jedna od namirnica koje se spominju kao pomagači pri otklanjanju problema sa spavanjem - sjetite se djetinjstva, je li i vama majka nudila malo toplog mlijeka prije odlaska na spavanje? Nije to radila samo da bi vam zubi bili zdraviji!

Drugi sastojak koji će vam pomoći da lakše zaspete je banana, voće bogato kalijem, magnezijem, vitaminom B6, ugljikohidratima - sve samim sastojcima za laku noć - te, što je u ovom slučaju, najvažnije, triptofanom, aminokiselinom koju sadrže i namirnice poput puretine, koju mnogi krive da ih je uspavala nakon obilnog obroka, a u organizam ga moramo unositi izvana jer ga tijelo ne proizvodi. 

Za bolji san će vam pomoći i magnezija iz banana, jer pomaže u proizvodnji melatonina, hormona čiji nedostatak ometa spavanje, te smanjuje razinu hormona stresa, kortizola. Banane su dobar izbor prije odlaska na spavanje i zbog toga što sadrže pektin, koji pridonosi osjećaju sitosti pa nema bojazni da će vam nakon banane osjećaj gladi ometati san. Kako je lako probavljiva, organizam vrijeme koje je potrebno za odmor neće trošiti na razgradnju hrane.

Treći bonus ovog preukusnog frapea su trešnje, voće kojeg su brojne studije proglasile pomagačem u borbi s nesanicom i drugim poremećajima spavanja, jer sadrži melatonin, hormon koji poboljšava kvalitetu sna.

Frape od banane i trešnje

Sastojci:

200 ml mlijeka
1 zrela banana
50 g trešanja (dobre su i zaleđene)
1 žličica meda (po potrebi)
2-3 kockice leda

Priprema:

Sve sastojke ubacite u blender pa dugo i dobro blendajte.

Ulijte u visoku čašu i po želji dodajte na vrh malo tučenog slatkog vrhnja.
