Uvijek su me šokirale vijesti kako su neki provalnici ušli u dom kakve gospođe ili gospodina te im ukrali nakit i nekoliko desetaka tisuća eura, piše Dora Koretić za Jutarnji list.

OK, očito je činjenica kako mnogi i dalje umjesto u banci novac radije čuvaju kod kuće, usprkos svim rizicima i usprkos činjenici da je u 21. stoljeću praktički nezamisliva situacija da bi svijet zadesila takva kataklizma da najednom nestane struje i kartičnog poslovanja.

"Stariji građani, nažalost, pamte razdoblja kada im se život okrenuo preko noći i kada im je upravo gotovina koju su imali u kući dulje vrijeme bila ključna za opstanak u novim okolnostima. To je razlog zbog kojeg, pretpostavljam, mnogi građani i dalje odlučuju novac držati u kući, iako su svjesni svih rizika. Ne možemo zanemariti činjenicu da naša prethodna iskustva uvelike utječu na naše ponašanje i naše stavove", pojašnjava Danijela Princi Grgat, predsjednica Hrvatskog instituta za financijsku edukaciju.

Doduše, nisu niti sasvim u krivu - slike migranata kojima svjedočimo posljednjih nekoliko godina, rat u Ukrajini, kao i prirodne katastrofe, zorno nam dokazuju kako su i dalje moguće neke nepredvidljive situacije u kojima je doista logično kod kuće imati pohranjeno i nešto keša.

Ali koliko?

Ovdje nema točnog odgovora, ali kod procjene uvijek treba imati na umu sve moguće rizike držanja većih količina novca u kući kao što su, napominje financijska blogerica Sandra Ferenčak, poznatija kao Tetka, eventualni požari, poplave i slične nedaće uslijed kojih taj novac možemo izgubiti, a ne treba zaboraviti ni na prevarante koji lako "nanjuše" osobe koje doma drže veće količine novca.

I Ferenčak i Princi Grgat načelno se slažu kako se, ako baš inzistiramo na gotovini, optimalnim čini, za hitne situacije, imati pripremljeno novca dostatnog za preživljavanje tijekom dva tjedna, a Ferenčak dodaje kako ne preporučuje u kući u gotovini držati više od onog što je potrebno za zadovoljavanje mjesečnih potreba.

"Doista postoje neke realne situacije u kojima se može dogoditi pad nekog sustava, zbog čega naš digitalni novac odjednom ne bi imao svrhu. I sama sam, recimo, proživjela vrijeme rata, kada je definitivno vrijedilo imati novac ili zlatnike u slučaju hitnog napuštanja doma. Dakle, nije nerazumno držati određenu sumu novca kod kuće, no nikako cijelu ušteđevinu ili velike iznose", upozorava Ferenčak.

Kod procjene koliko je novca potrebno za preživljavanje tijekom dva tjedna, Princi Grgat otkriva kako je na portalu o smanjenju rizika od katastrofa SROK moguće pronaći "Preglednik izrađenosti procjena rizika od velikih nesreća za prostor Hrvatske", koji, kaže naša sugovornica, može poslužiti ne samo za procjenu kojim je rizicima pojedinac izložen, već i kao dobar vodič kod biranja polica i vrsta osiguranja koje omogućavaju plaćanje troškova sanacije posljedica štetnog događaja.

O točnim je iznosima teško govoriti, no treba uzeti u obzir da u ta dva tjedna trebamo količinu novca koja će zadovoljiti potrebe za hranom i higijenom, nešto odjeće, prijevozne troškove, a moguće i troškove stanarine, ako smo u situaciji da moramo napustiti dom ili smo izloženi kakvim troškovima popravaka.

Austrijske vlasti tako svoje građane savjetuju da kod kuće za hitne situacije drže oko 500 eura po prosječnom kućanstvu, a Nijemci su napravili popis namirnica dok za novac ne navode točan iznos. Naše sugovornice svakako sugeriraju da novac koji čuvamo kod kuće bude u sitnim novčanicama.

"U hitnim situacijama može biti teško mijenjati krupni novac, a u slučaju da na ruke treba platiti kakve hitne popravke, sitnije novčanice će dobro doći", kaže Ferenčak za Jutarnji list.

OK, očito je činjenica kako mnogi i dalje umjesto u banci novac radije čuvaju kod kuće, usprkos svim rizicima i usprkos činjenici da je u 21. stoljeću praktički nezamisliva situacija da bi svijet zadesila takva kataklizma da najednom nestane struje i kartičnog poslovanja.

"Stariji građani, nažalost, pamte razdoblja kada im se život okrenuo preko noći i kada im je upravo gotovina koju su imali u kući dulje vrijeme bila ključna za opstanak u novim okolnostima. To je razlog zbog kojeg, pretpostavljam, mnogi građani i dalje odlučuju novac držati u kući, iako su svjesni svih rizika. Ne možemo zanemariti činjenicu da naša prethodna iskustva uvelike utječu na naše ponašanje i naše stavove", pojašnjava Danijela Princi Grgat, predsjednica Hrvatskog instituta za financijsku edukaciju.

Doduše, nisu niti sasvim u krivu - slike migranata kojima svjedočimo posljednjih nekoliko godina, rat u Ukrajini, kao i prirodne katastrofe, zorno nam dokazuju kako su i dalje moguće neke nepredvidljive situacije u kojima je doista logično kod kuće imati pohranjeno i nešto keša.

Ali koliko?

Ovdje nema točnog odgovora, ali kod procjene uvijek treba imati na umu sve moguće rizike držanja većih količina novca u kući kao što su, napominje financijska blogerica Sandra Ferenčak, poznatija kao Tetka, eventualni požari, poplave i slične nedaće uslijed kojih taj novac možemo izgubiti, a ne treba zaboraviti ni na prevarante koji lako "nanjuše" osobe koje doma drže veće količine novca.

I Ferenčak i Princi Grgat načelno se slažu kako se, ako baš inzistiramo na gotovini, optimalnim čini, za hitne situacije, imati pripremljeno novca dostatnog za preživljavanje tijekom dva tjedna, a Ferenčak dodaje kako ne preporučuje u kući u gotovini držati više od onog što je potrebno za zadovoljavanje mjesečnih potreba.

"Doista postoje neke realne situacije u kojima se može dogoditi pad nekog sustava, zbog čega naš digitalni novac odjednom ne bi imao svrhu. I sama sam, recimo, proživjela vrijeme rata, kada je definitivno vrijedilo imati novac ili zlatnike u slučaju hitnog napuštanja doma. Dakle, nije nerazumno držati određenu sumu novca kod kuće, no nikako cijelu ušteđevinu ili velike iznose", upozorava Ferenčak.

Kod procjene koliko je novca potrebno za preživljavanje tijekom dva tjedna, Princi Grgat otkriva kako je na portalu o smanjenju rizika od katastrofa SROK moguće pronaći "Preglednik izrađenosti procjena rizika od velikih nesreća za prostor Hrvatske", koji, kaže naša sugovornica, može poslužiti ne samo za procjenu kojim je rizicima pojedinac izložen, već i kao dobar vodič kod biranja polica i vrsta osiguranja koje omogućavaju plaćanje troškova sanacije posljedica štetnog događaja.

O točnim je iznosima teško govoriti, no treba uzeti u obzir da u ta dva tjedna trebamo količinu novca koja će zadovoljiti potrebe za hranom i higijenom, nešto odjeće, prijevozne troškove, a moguće i troškove stanarine, ako smo u situaciji da moramo napustiti dom ili smo izloženi kakvim troškovima popravaka.

Austrijske vlasti tako svoje građane savjetuju da kod kuće za hitne situacije drže oko 500 eura po prosječnom kućanstvu, a Nijemci su napravili popis namirnica dok za novac ne navode točan iznos. Naše sugovornice svakako sugeriraju da novac koji čuvamo kod kuće bude u sitnim novčanicama.

"U hitnim situacijama može biti teško mijenjati krupni novac, a u slučaju da na ruke treba platiti kakve hitne popravke, sitnije novčanice će dobro doći", kaže Ferenčak za Jutarnji list.

Uvijek su me šokirale vijesti kako su neki provalnici ušli u dom kakve gospođe ili gospodina te im ukrali nakit i nekoliko desetaka tisuća eura, piše Dora Koretić za Jutarnji list.

OK, očito je činjenica kako mnogi i dalje umjesto u banci novac radije čuvaju kod kuće, usprkos svim rizicima i usprkos činjenici da je u 21. stoljeću praktički nezamisliva situacija da bi svijet zadesila takva kataklizma da najednom nestane struje i kartičnog poslovanja.
