U ponedjeljak ujutro je u popodnevnim satima službeno zapečačen nekadašnji ugostiteljski objekt 'Zara beach'. Porušeni objekt zapečatili su inspektori Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastukture, na vrata su nalijepili 'stop inspekcija, zabrana korištenja' i trakom ogradili objekt. Zbog tog događaja UO za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom, čiji je pročelnik Tomislav Korona, na službenim stranicama Grada Zadra objavio je priopćenje koje prenosimo u cijelosti.   

Kako je Grad Zadar prethodno izvijestio Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture o protupravnim radnjama Hotela Zadar d.d. na dijelu pomorskog dobra na kojem je izgrađen objekt „Zara Beach“, dana 27. sprnja 2020. godine, na lice mjesta izašao je inspektor iz Uprave sigurnosti plovidbe ministarstva, koji je po obavljenom inspekcijskom nadzoru, isti dan stavio službeni pečat na navedeni objekt, sve radi onemogućavanja daljnjeg protupravnog postupanja, a posljedično tomu i poduzimanja odgovarajućih mjera protiv odgovornih osoba.

O svemu je izviještena i Lučka kapetanija, čiji su predstavnici bili prisutni prilikom pečačenja. Slijedom navedenog, očekuje se poduzimanje daljnjih mjera od strane Lučke kapetanije zbog neovlaštenog ulaska u posjed pomorskog dobra.

U ponedjeljak ujutro je u popodnevnim satima službeno zapečačen nekadašnji ugostiteljski objekt 'Zara beach'. Porušeni objekt zapečatili su inspektori Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastukture, na vrata su nalijepili 'stop inspekcija, zabrana korištenja' i trakom ogradili objekt. Zbog tog događaja UO za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom, čiji je pročelnik Tomislav Korona, na službenim stranicama Grada Zadra objavio je priopćenje koje prenosimo u cijelosti.   

Kako je Grad Zadar prethodno izvijestio Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture o protupravnim radnjama Hotela Zadar d.d. na dijelu pomorskog dobra na kojem je izgrađen objekt „Zara Beach“, dana 27. sprnja 2020. godine, na lice mjesta izašao je inspektor iz Uprave sigurnosti plovidbe ministarstva, koji je po obavljenom inspekcijskom nadzoru, isti dan stavio službeni pečat na navedeni objekt, sve radi onemogućavanja daljnjeg protupravnog postupanja, a posljedično tomu i poduzimanja odgovarajućih mjera protiv odgovornih osoba.

O svemu je izviještena i Lučka kapetanija, čiji su predstavnici bili prisutni prilikom pečačenja. Slijedom navedenog, očekuje se poduzimanje daljnjih mjera od strane Lučke kapetanije zbog neovlaštenog ulaska u posjed pomorskog dobra.

Ministarstvo su izvijestili o protupravnim radnjama Hotela Zadar, a onda je inspektor zapečatio prostor: ‘Očekujemo da će kapetanija poduzeti mjere‘

U ponedjeljak ujutro je u popodnevnim satima službeno zapečačen nekadašnji ugostiteljski objekt 'Zara beach'. Porušeni objekt zapečatili su inspektori Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastukture, na vrata su nalijepili 'stop inspekcija, zabrana korištenja' i trakom ogradili objekt. Zbog tog događaja UO za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom, čiji je pročelnik Tomislav Korona, na službenim stranicama Grada Zadra objavio je priopćenje koje prenosimo u cijelosti.   

Kako je Grad Zadar prethodno izvijestio Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture o protupravnim radnjama Hotela Zadar d.d. na dijelu pomorskog dobra na kojem je izgrađen objekt „Zara Beach“, dana 27. sprnja 2020. godine, na lice mjesta izašao je inspektor iz Uprave sigurnosti plovidbe ministarstva, koji je po obavljenom inspekcijskom nadzoru, isti dan stavio službeni pečat na navedeni objekt, sve radi onemogućavanja daljnjeg protupravnog postupanja, a posljedično tomu i poduzimanja odgovarajućih mjera protiv odgovornih osoba.

O svemu je izviještena i Lučka kapetanija, čiji su predstavnici bili prisutni prilikom pečačenja. Slijedom navedenog, očekuje se poduzimanje daljnjih mjera od strane Lučke kapetanije zbog neovlaštenog ulaska u posjed pomorskog dobra.
