Na jednom od posljednjih treninga u sklopu priprema za predstojeće prvenstvo u Trećoj NL-Jug, promatrali smo kako trener Marko Pinčić sa svojim pomoćnicima tjera igrače u HV Posedarja, "kao vrag dušu"...

Radi se bez pogovora, svi žele spremni dočekati prvenstvo i na nastaviti kontinuitet dobrih igara kao i prošle godine. 

- Pripreme smo podijelili u nekoliko faza na način kako smo mogli s obzirom na uvjete u kojima radimo, jer mi ipak nismo profesionalci. Dosta naših igrača je zaposleno pa smo treninge morali prilagoditi njihovim radnim obvezama. Također smo morali paziti i na to da se dovoljno odmore jer prostora za taj dio nemamo... Bez obzira na sve, ja sam jako zadovoljan jer smo uspjeli zadržati kontinuitet rada, kaže trener Pinčić.

Posedarje je na okupu zadržalo većinu ekipe iz prošle sezone, a ciljano su dovedeni neki novi igrači.

- Mogu reći da se radi o ekstra igračima kao što su Ćurjurić, Blažević, Ćelić, Mario i Martin Surać. Tu su također i drugi mladi potentni nogometaši kao što je Tino Pavlović, možda i prije svih po potencijalu, te Marko Zebić. S njima i uz Matu Knežević dobili smo roster koji je spreman za prvenstvena natjecanja već sad.

Cilj u novoj sezoni?

- U ovoj sezoni imamo dvojake planove. Žalimo nastaviti kontinuitet dobrih igara i biti u vrhu ljestvice kao i prošle godine. Također želimo biti što konkurentniji i što bolji plasirani, a što se tiče pojedinaca želimo razvijati naše mlade igrače i tu nastavljamo ono što smo radili i prijašnjih godina, da imamo dva do tri nova mlada igrača koje razvijamo kroz igru. Podsjetit ću da smo prošle godine imali u ekipi Kralja i Kevrića kao mlade, a oni su sada jedni od stožernih igrača u timu. Sada kad smo dobili nove igrače isto ćemo raditi i na tome staviti radni "naglasak“.

Tko je po vama glavni kandidat za prvaka?

- Neću tu staviti svoj tim, no uvjeren sam da ćemo mi imati značajnu ulogu i biti u vrhu. Kao i svake godine Zadar ima ozbiljnost, intenciju, izrazili su želju za to mjesto. Imaju novog trenera i dobru kombinaciju igrača. Tu je i Zagora koja je jako ambiciozna. Istina izgubili su tri igrača no to je sredina koja je prošle godine imala odličnu sezonu, bili su prvi no radi organizacijske nesnalažljivosti nisu igrali kvalifikacije. Doveli su tri dobra i potentna igrača. Vidio sam obje ekipe na djelu, mislim da su opasan protivnik, a moj sastav ima može dobro parirati. Tu je i NK Junak iz Sinja. Govorilo se i o Uskoku, no po meni nešto se kod njih dogodilo. Primorac iz Biograda je stabilan, čvrst, dobra momčad bez nekih prevelikih ambicija, ali biti će u vrhu.

Vaša očekivanja od igrača?

- Svim mojim igračima želim da imaju puno sreće, zdravlja i ono što je po meni najbitnije, da dođemo u takvu fazu da iz utakmice u utakmicu uživamo u igri i rezultatu. Da sve radimo sa smiješkom, jednom pozitivom jer, vjerujte, jedino tako možemo napraviti dobar posao. Ako pak budemo u grču, ako nas preopterećuje ovo i ono, teško da može izaći na dobro. Jednostavno, želimo uživati u svemu i kroz to napraviti rezultat, a to moj Vitez hoće i spreman je, kazao je Pinčić.

Na jednom od posljednjih treninga u sklopu priprema za predstojeće prvenstvo u Trećoj NL-Jug, promatrali smo kako trener Marko Pinčić sa svojim pomoćnicima tjera igrače u HV Posedarja, "kao vrag dušu"...

Radi se bez pogovora, svi žele spremni dočekati prvenstvo i na nastaviti kontinuitet dobrih igara kao i prošle godine. 

- Pripreme smo podijelili u nekoliko faza na način kako smo mogli s obzirom na uvjete u kojima radimo, jer mi ipak nismo profesionalci. Dosta naših igrača je zaposleno pa smo treninge morali prilagoditi njihovim radnim obvezama. Također smo morali paziti i na to da se dovoljno odmore jer prostora za taj dio nemamo... Bez obzira na sve, ja sam jako zadovoljan jer smo uspjeli zadržati kontinuitet rada, kaže trener Pinčić.

Posedarje je na okupu zadržalo većinu ekipe iz prošle sezone, a ciljano su dovedeni neki novi igrači.

- Mogu reći da se radi o ekstra igračima kao što su Ćurjurić, Blažević, Ćelić, Mario i Martin Surać. Tu su također i drugi mladi potentni nogometaši kao što je Tino Pavlović, možda i prije svih po potencijalu, te Marko Zebić. S njima i uz Matu Knežević dobili smo roster koji je spreman za prvenstvena natjecanja već sad.

Cilj u novoj sezoni?

- U ovoj sezoni imamo dvojake planove. Žalimo nastaviti kontinuitet dobrih igara i biti u vrhu ljestvice kao i prošle godine. Također želimo biti što konkurentniji i što bolji plasirani, a što se tiče pojedinaca želimo razvijati naše mlade igrače i tu nastavljamo ono što smo radili i prijašnjih godina, da imamo dva do tri nova mlada igrača koje razvijamo kroz igru. Podsjetit ću da smo prošle godine imali u ekipi Kralja i Kevrića kao mlade, a oni su sada jedni od stožernih igrača u timu. Sada kad smo dobili nove igrače isto ćemo raditi i na tome staviti radni "naglasak“.

Tko je po vama glavni kandidat za prvaka?

- Neću tu staviti svoj tim, no uvjeren sam da ćemo mi imati značajnu ulogu i biti u vrhu. Kao i svake godine Zadar ima ozbiljnost, intenciju, izrazili su želju za to mjesto. Imaju novog trenera i dobru kombinaciju igrača. Tu je i Zagora koja je jako ambiciozna. Istina izgubili su tri igrača no to je sredina koja je prošle godine imala odličnu sezonu, bili su prvi no radi organizacijske nesnalažljivosti nisu igrali kvalifikacije. Doveli su tri dobra i potentna igrača. Vidio sam obje ekipe na djelu, mislim da su opasan protivnik, a moj sastav ima može dobro parirati. Tu je i NK Junak iz Sinja. Govorilo se i o Uskoku, no po meni nešto se kod njih dogodilo. Primorac iz Biograda je stabilan, čvrst, dobra momčad bez nekih prevelikih ambicija, ali biti će u vrhu.

Vaša očekivanja od igrača?

- Svim mojim igračima želim da imaju puno sreće, zdravlja i ono što je po meni najbitnije, da dođemo u takvu fazu da iz utakmice u utakmicu uživamo u igri i rezultatu. Da sve radimo sa smiješkom, jednom pozitivom jer, vjerujte, jedino tako možemo napraviti dobar posao. Ako pak budemo u grču, ako nas preopterećuje ovo i ono, teško da može izaći na dobro. Jednostavno, želimo uživati u svemu i kroz to napraviti rezultat, a to moj Vitez hoće i spreman je, kazao je Pinčić.

Trener Posedarja Marko Pinčić: "Mi prvaci? Nećemo se tu gurati, ali uvjeren sam da ćemo imati značajnu ulogu i biti u vrhu"

Na jednom od posljednjih treninga u sklopu priprema za predstojeće prvenstvo u Trećoj NL-Jug, promatrali smo kako trener Marko Pinčić sa svojim pomoćnicima tjera igrače u HV Posedarja, "kao vrag dušu"...

Radi se bez pogovora, svi žele spremni dočekati prvenstvo i na nastaviti kontinuitet dobrih igara kao i prošle godine. 

- Pripreme smo podijelili u nekoliko faza na način kako smo mogli s obzirom na uvjete u kojima radimo, jer mi ipak nismo profesionalci. Dosta naših igrača je zaposleno pa smo treninge morali prilagoditi njihovim radnim obvezama. Također smo morali paziti i na to da se dovoljno odmore jer prostora za taj dio nemamo... Bez obzira na sve, ja sam jako zadovoljan jer smo uspjeli zadržati kontinuitet rada, kaže trener Pinčić.

Posedarje je na okupu zadržalo većinu ekipe iz prošle sezone, a ciljano su dovedeni neki novi igrači.

- Mogu reći da se radi o ekstra igračima kao što su Ćurjurić, Blažević, Ćelić, Mario i Martin Surać. Tu su također i drugi mladi potentni nogometaši kao što je Tino Pavlović, možda i prije svih po potencijalu, te Marko Zebić. S njima i uz Matu Knežević dobili smo roster koji je spreman za prvenstvena natjecanja već sad.
