Hrvatska ni u drugom kolu pretkvalifikacija za Eurobasket 2025. nije imala dostojnog suparnika, Luksemburg je, istina, bio nešto konkurentniji od Irske koja je također pala u Opatiji, rezultatski slično kao i "pivari"!

I tako naši reprezentativci u iduće kolo idu s dvije pobjede u džepu, a nova destinacija je Dublin 20. srpnja.

Inače, hrvatski izbornik Sesar se na otvaranju utakmice dugo držao početne postave, koju su činili: Filipović, Gnjidić, Badžim, Prkačin, Branković. Oni su nekoliko minuta prije isteka prve dionice, u kojima je bilo lijepo za vidjeti Badžima na vanjskom šutu, te učinak Prkačina, Brankovića pod obručem, ali je pogodio i jednu "tricu"! Onda je odlučio mijenjati. Otvorio je prostor igračima koji su mu nekako u drugom planu, međutim, iznenadili su i njega, jer su Hrvatsku u 15. minuti odveli do 44:18! Moglo se u tom razdoblju vidjeti dobre role, Kapuste, M.Drežnjaka i Vrankovića, potom je nanovo odlučio miješati, spomenute je maknuo s parketa, Luksemburg je to iskoristio i na trenutke su znali pasti ispod dvadeset poena razlike, što je za njih izgledalo kao „suho zlato”. Osjetio je naš stožer kako se ne bi bilo dobro "kockati", upario je Brankovića i Prkaćina i Hrvatska je ponovno otišla na zavidnu prednost koju su ponijeli na veliki odmor 57:34!

U nastavak utakmice, Sesar je napravio malu promjenu umjesto Gnjidića u prvu postavu je ugurao Kalajžića, međutim, napravilo se podosta pogrešaka, ali to gostima nije donijelo neku osobitu rezultatsku dimenziju više. Bilo je primjetno kako nam se pak napadački učinak podosta srozao, ali se Luksemburg držalo na pristojnom odstojanju, štoviše, s nekoliko laganih poena prvenstveno Kapuste koji nije znao promašiti, u 27. minuti D. Drežnjak je zaokružio prednost na 71:41! Potom je seriju od sedam poena uz jedno zakucavanje i blokadu imao Vranković, k tomu i obrana je odigrala čvršće.

Luksemburg je pak tek iz petnaestog pokušaja realizirao šut za tri poena. Slavilo se naveliko! Sesar se je mogao biti više nego zadovoljan po njemu pričuvnom postavom koja je suparnika svakim novim napadom ostavljala korak za korakom u sve većem zaostatku.

Hrvatska ni u drugom kolu pretkvalifikacija za Eurobasket 2025. nije imala dostojnog suparnika, Luksemburg je, istina, bio nešto konkurentniji od Irske koja je također pala u Opatiji, rezultatski slično kao i "pivari"!

I tako naši reprezentativci u iduće kolo idu s dvije pobjede u džepu, a nova destinacija je Dublin 20. srpnja.

Inače, hrvatski izbornik Sesar se na otvaranju utakmice dugo držao početne postave, koju su činili: Filipović, Gnjidić, Badžim, Prkačin, Branković. Oni su nekoliko minuta prije isteka prve dionice, u kojima je bilo lijepo za vidjeti Badžima na vanjskom šutu, te učinak Prkačina, Brankovića pod obručem, ali je pogodio i jednu "tricu"! Onda je odlučio mijenjati. Otvorio je prostor igračima koji su mu nekako u drugom planu, međutim, iznenadili su i njega, jer su Hrvatsku u 15. minuti odveli do 44:18! Moglo se u tom razdoblju vidjeti dobre role, Kapuste, M.Drežnjaka i Vrankovića, potom je nanovo odlučio miješati, spomenute je maknuo s parketa, Luksemburg je to iskoristio i na trenutke su znali pasti ispod dvadeset poena razlike, što je za njih izgledalo kao „suho zlato”. Osjetio je naš stožer kako se ne bi bilo dobro "kockati", upario je Brankovića i Prkaćina i Hrvatska je ponovno otišla na zavidnu prednost koju su ponijeli na veliki odmor 57:34!

U nastavak utakmice, Sesar je napravio malu promjenu umjesto Gnjidića u prvu postavu je ugurao Kalajžića, međutim, napravilo se podosta pogrešaka, ali to gostima nije donijelo neku osobitu rezultatsku dimenziju više. Bilo je primjetno kako nam se pak napadački učinak podosta srozao, ali se Luksemburg držalo na pristojnom odstojanju, štoviše, s nekoliko laganih poena prvenstveno Kapuste koji nije znao promašiti, u 27. minuti D. Drežnjak je zaokružio prednost na 71:41! Potom je seriju od sedam poena uz jedno zakucavanje i blokadu imao Vranković, k tomu i obrana je odigrala čvršće.

Luksemburg je pak tek iz petnaestog pokušaja realizirao šut za tri poena. Slavilo se naveliko! Sesar se je mogao biti više nego zadovoljan po njemu pričuvnom postavom koja je suparnika svakim novim napadom ostavljala korak za korakom u sve većem zaostatku.

Hrvatska ni u drugom kolu pretkvalifikacija za Eurobasket 2025. nije imala dostojnog suparnika, Luksemburg je, istina, bio nešto konkurentniji od Irske koja je također pala u Opatiji, rezultatski slično kao i "pivari"!

I tako naši reprezentativci u iduće kolo idu s dvije pobjede u džepu, a nova destinacija je Dublin 20. srpnja.

Inače, hrvatski izbornik Sesar se na otvaranju utakmice dugo držao početne postave, koju su činili: Filipović, Gnjidić, Badžim, Prkačin, Branković. Oni su nekoliko minuta prije isteka prve dionice, u kojima je bilo lijepo za vidjeti Badžima na vanjskom šutu, te učinak Prkačina, Brankovića pod obručem, ali je pogodio i jednu "tricu"! Onda je odlučio mijenjati. Otvorio je prostor igračima koji su mu nekako u drugom planu, međutim, iznenadili su i njega, jer su Hrvatsku u 15. minuti odveli do 44:18! Moglo se u tom razdoblju vidjeti dobre role, Kapuste, M.Drežnjaka i Vrankovića, potom je nanovo odlučio miješati, spomenute je maknuo s parketa, Luksemburg je to iskoristio i na trenutke su znali pasti ispod dvadeset poena razlike, što je za njih izgledalo kao „suho zlato”. Osjetio je naš stožer kako se ne bi bilo dobro "kockati", upario je Brankovića i Prkaćina i Hrvatska je ponovno otišla na zavidnu prednost koju su ponijeli na veliki odmor 57:34!
