Policijski službenici Postaje granične policije Gračac  proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 50-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, radi sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela nedozvoljena trgovina.

Jučer, 27. studenog 2020. godine oko 6.10 sati na području Gračaca, osumnjičenog su, prilikom kontrole prometa zaustavili policijski službenici te je u teretnom vozilu kojim je upravljao pronađeno više kartonskih kutija u kojima se nalazio sitno rezani duhan. Zbog sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela priveden je na kriminalističko istraživanje, kojim je utvrđena sumnja da je nedozvoljeno, radi daljnje prodaje posjedovao oko 240 kilograma sitno rezanog duhana, koji nije bio propisno označen nadzornim markicama Ministarstva financija Republike Hrvatske.

Zaplijenjeni duhan mu je oduzet, a o događaju je izvještena nadležna carinska uprava radi postupanja iz njihove nadležnosti u svezi obračuna trošarina.

Po završetku istraživanja, zbog sumnje u počinjenje navedenog kaznenog djela, 50-godišnjak je kazneno prijavljen mjerodavnom državnom odvjetništvu.

Policijski službenici Postaje granične policije Gračac  proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 50-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, radi sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela nedozvoljena trgovina.

Jučer, 27. studenog 2020. godine oko 6.10 sati na području Gračaca, osumnjičenog su, prilikom kontrole prometa zaustavili policijski službenici te je u teretnom vozilu kojim je upravljao pronađeno više kartonskih kutija u kojima se nalazio sitno rezani duhan. Zbog sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela priveden je na kriminalističko istraživanje, kojim je utvrđena sumnja da je nedozvoljeno, radi daljnje prodaje posjedovao oko 240 kilograma sitno rezanog duhana, koji nije bio propisno označen nadzornim markicama Ministarstva financija Republike Hrvatske.

Zaplijenjeni duhan mu je oduzet, a o događaju je izvještena nadležna carinska uprava radi postupanja iz njihove nadležnosti u svezi obračuna trošarina.

Po završetku istraživanja, zbog sumnje u počinjenje navedenog kaznenog djela, 50-godišnjak je kazneno prijavljen mjerodavnom državnom odvjetništvu.

Tijekom kontrole prometa na području Gračaca zatečen 50-godišnjak koji je u teretnom vozilu prevozio više od 200 kilograma sitno rezanog duhana

Policijski službenici Postaje granične policije Gračac  proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 50-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, radi sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela nedozvoljena trgovina.

Jučer, 27. studenog 2020. godine oko 6.10 sati na području Gračaca, osumnjičenog su, prilikom kontrole prometa zaustavili policijski službenici te je u teretnom vozilu kojim je upravljao pronađeno više kartonskih kutija u kojima se nalazio sitno rezani duhan. Zbog sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela priveden je na kriminalističko istraživanje, kojim je utvrđena sumnja da je nedozvoljeno, radi daljnje prodaje posjedovao oko 240 kilograma sitno rezanog duhana, koji nije bio propisno označen nadzornim markicama Ministarstva financija Republike Hrvatske.

Zaplijenjeni duhan mu je oduzet, a o događaju je izvještena nadležna carinska uprava radi postupanja iz njihove nadležnosti u svezi obračuna trošarina.

Po završetku istraživanja, zbog sumnje u počinjenje navedenog kaznenog djela, 50-godišnjak je kazneno prijavljen mjerodavnom državnom odvjetništvu.
