Udruga hrvatskih krških pašnjaka pozvala je vlasti da donesu politiku gospodarenja vukom koja će podjednako voditi računa o interesima stočara i broju jedinki vuka, jer se, smatraju, najavljenim povećanjem odšteta za vuka problem neće riješiti.
Povećanjem plaćanja odštete za zaklane domaće životinje, koje je najavila ministrica poljoprivrede Marija Vučković, neće se riješiti problem svakodnevnih napada vuka, niti stočari očekuju neko ozbiljnije povećanje postojećeg sramotno niskog cjenika, kažu u priopćenju od četvrtka.
Iz udruge tvrde i da broj vukova u Hrvatskoj prelazi 600, što je, kako ocjenjuju, neopravdano veliki broj i znatno nadilazi broj od 81 jedinke kojim se koristi država.

Primjerice, Švedska održava populaciju vuka na 300 jedinki maksimalno, a pet puta je prostorno veća od Hrvatske, dodaju te podsjećaju da je broj vukova moguće utvrditi analizom DNK iz sakupljenog izmeta, dlake ili urina, što je tek sada pokrenuto, iako su se stočari za to zauzimali već deset godina.
Za prepoznavanje križanaca, kako dodaju, nije potrebna DNK analiza i traže da se hitno i odmah krene u njihovo izlovljavanje.
Po njima, u protekle četiri godine vukovi su zaklali više od 10 tisuća domaćih životinja, protiv čega nadležni nisu poduzeli očekivane i nužne mjere, dok je, primjerice, Austrija koja drži do svojih stočara, dozvolila odstrel samo zbog zaklanih 56 domaćih životinja.
Navode i da je vuk u Hrvatskoj odavno stabilna, a ne ugrožena vrsta, i činjenica je, dodaju, da je EU odobrila interventni odstrel vukova gdje ta zvijer radi veliku štetu stočnom fondu.
- Smatramo da Hrvatska, ako ozbiljno računa na domaću proizvodnju mesa i mlijeka, treba štititi stočni fond i stočare i brinuti se za opstanak stanovništva na ruralnim područjima, a ne povlađivati interesnim skupinama koje iz politike zaštite vuka izvlače milijune eura iz EU proračuna - zaključuju iz Udruge hrvatskih krških pašnjaka.

Udruga hrvatskih krških pašnjaka pozvala je vlasti da donesu politiku gospodarenja vukom koja će podjednako voditi računa o interesima stočara i broju jedinki vuka, jer se, smatraju, najavljenim povećanjem odšteta za vuka problem neće riješiti.
Povećanjem plaćanja odštete za zaklane domaće životinje, koje je najavila ministrica poljoprivrede Marija Vučković, neće se riješiti problem svakodnevnih napada vuka, niti stočari očekuju neko ozbiljnije povećanje postojećeg sramotno niskog cjenika, kažu u priopćenju od četvrtka.
Iz udruge tvrde i da broj vukova u Hrvatskoj prelazi 600, što je, kako ocjenjuju, neopravdano veliki broj i znatno nadilazi broj od 81 jedinke kojim se koristi država.

Primjerice, Švedska održava populaciju vuka na 300 jedinki maksimalno, a pet puta je prostorno veća od Hrvatske, dodaju te podsjećaju da je broj vukova moguće utvrditi analizom DNK iz sakupljenog izmeta, dlake ili urina, što je tek sada pokrenuto, iako su se stočari za to zauzimali već deset godina.
Za prepoznavanje križanaca, kako dodaju, nije potrebna DNK analiza i traže da se hitno i odmah krene u njihovo izlovljavanje.
Po njima, u protekle četiri godine vukovi su zaklali više od 10 tisuća domaćih životinja, protiv čega nadležni nisu poduzeli očekivane i nužne mjere, dok je, primjerice, Austrija koja drži do svojih stočara, dozvolila odstrel samo zbog zaklanih 56 domaćih životinja.
Navode i da je vuk u Hrvatskoj odavno stabilna, a ne ugrožena vrsta, i činjenica je, dodaju, da je EU odobrila interventni odstrel vukova gdje ta zvijer radi veliku štetu stočnom fondu.
- Smatramo da Hrvatska, ako ozbiljno računa na domaću proizvodnju mesa i mlijeka, treba štititi stočni fond i stočare i brinuti se za opstanak stanovništva na ruralnim područjima, a ne povlađivati interesnim skupinama koje iz politike zaštite vuka izvlače milijune eura iz EU proračuna - zaključuju iz Udruge hrvatskih krških pašnjaka.
