Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu predan je procjembeni elaborat prema kojem vrijednost stana Keruma d.o.o. u stečaju u središtu Zadra iznosi nešto više od 1,7 milijuna kuna, a novo ročište za prodaju Kerumove svinjogojske farme u Drnišu za 3,53 milijuna kuna zakazano je za 28. siječnja.

Prema elaboratu sudskog vještaka, posljednja procijenjena nekretnina Keruma d.o,o u stečaju - stan od 114 četvornih metara na četvrtom katu zgrade na Trgu kneza Višeslava u Zadru vrijedi 1.713.026 kuna, a četiri pripadajuća spremišta nešto više od 80.000 kuna.

No, osim skore prodaje zadarskih nekretnina, za 28. siječnja najavljeno je novo ročište za otvaranje eventualno pristiglih ponuda za Kerumovu svinjogojsku farmu Miočić-Siverić posljednje utvrđene vrijednosti od 3,53 milijuna kuna koja se, kako se navodi u sudskoj odluci, ispod te vrijednosti ne može prodati na ponovljenoj javnoj dražbi.

Početna cijena za tu farmu na dražbi održanoj krajem prosinca 2020. iznosila je čak 9,1 milijuna kuna, a kao zanimljivost isticalo se da je oglas za tu javnu dražbu bio objavljen prvo na Njuškalu, a potom u dnevnom tisku i na stranicama suda i Fine.

U ponovljenom oglasu ističe se da ta svinjogojska farma u Drnišu u ''naravi predstavlja građevinsko zemljište površine 135.331 kvadrata i objekte svinjogojske farme''.

Popis nekretnina sadrži sanitarno-garderobne objekte, radionice s garažom i skladištem, vagarske kućice, sekcirnice s hladnjačom, tovne objekte, proizvodne objekte, reprocentar, sanitarne objekte i spremišta za ekstra ulje i trafostanice smještene na građevinskom zemljištu površine 30.448 četvornih metara. Navodi se i da je su nekretnine izvanknjižno vlasništvo stečajnog dužnika Keruma d.o.o.

Posebno se ističe kako se prodaja ''obavlja po načelu viđeno-kupljeno, što isključuje sve naknadne prigovore kupca'' te da zainteresirani za kupnju ''mogu razgledati nekretninu svakim radnim danom''.

Objava novog kruga prodaje svinjogojske farme uslijedila je nakon prodaje prestižnih nekretnina Kerumove tvrtke - bivšeg zagrebačkog kina Central i legendarnog restorana Šumski dvor koje je preuzeo Ivan Čermak te poslovne zgrade u Zadru ukupne vrijednosti svojevremeno procijenjene na 36,65 milijuna kuna.

Nekretnina najveće vrijednosti bivši je restoran Šumski dvor, u elitnom zagrebačkom kvartu uz Cmrok procijenjena na čak 15,17 milijuna kuna koju je Kerum preuzeo 2009. u ''valu kupovine'' nekretnina po Zagrebu.

Kerum d.o.o u stečaju registriran je kao društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za unutarnju i vanjsku trgovinu s temeljnim kapitalom od samo 52.600 kuna, a kao jedini osnivač navodi se Željko Kerum. Stečaj nad tom tvrtkom bio je otvoren u studenom.

Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu predan je procjembeni elaborat prema kojem vrijednost stana Keruma d.o.o. u stečaju u središtu Zadra iznosi nešto više od 1,7 milijuna kuna, a novo ročište za prodaju Kerumove svinjogojske farme u Drnišu za 3,53 milijuna kuna zakazano je za 28. siječnja.

Prema elaboratu sudskog vještaka, posljednja procijenjena nekretnina Keruma d.o,o u stečaju - stan od 114 četvornih metara na četvrtom katu zgrade na Trgu kneza Višeslava u Zadru vrijedi 1.713.026 kuna, a četiri pripadajuća spremišta nešto više od 80.000 kuna.

No, osim skore prodaje zadarskih nekretnina, za 28. siječnja najavljeno je novo ročište za otvaranje eventualno pristiglih ponuda za Kerumovu svinjogojsku farmu Miočić-Siverić posljednje utvrđene vrijednosti od 3,53 milijuna kuna koja se, kako se navodi u sudskoj odluci, ispod te vrijednosti ne može prodati na ponovljenoj javnoj dražbi.

Početna cijena za tu farmu na dražbi održanoj krajem prosinca 2020. iznosila je čak 9,1 milijuna kuna, a kao zanimljivost isticalo se da je oglas za tu javnu dražbu bio objavljen prvo na Njuškalu, a potom u dnevnom tisku i na stranicama suda i Fine.

U ponovljenom oglasu ističe se da ta svinjogojska farma u Drnišu u ''naravi predstavlja građevinsko zemljište površine 135.331 kvadrata i objekte svinjogojske farme''.

Popis nekretnina sadrži sanitarno-garderobne objekte, radionice s garažom i skladištem, vagarske kućice, sekcirnice s hladnjačom, tovne objekte, proizvodne objekte, reprocentar, sanitarne objekte i spremišta za ekstra ulje i trafostanice smještene na građevinskom zemljištu površine 30.448 četvornih metara. Navodi se i da je su nekretnine izvanknjižno vlasništvo stečajnog dužnika Keruma d.o.o.

Posebno se ističe kako se prodaja ''obavlja po načelu viđeno-kupljeno, što isključuje sve naknadne prigovore kupca'' te da zainteresirani za kupnju ''mogu razgledati nekretninu svakim radnim danom''.

Objava novog kruga prodaje svinjogojske farme uslijedila je nakon prodaje prestižnih nekretnina Kerumove tvrtke - bivšeg zagrebačkog kina Central i legendarnog restorana Šumski dvor koje je preuzeo Ivan Čermak te poslovne zgrade u Zadru ukupne vrijednosti svojevremeno procijenjene na 36,65 milijuna kuna.

Nekretnina najveće vrijednosti bivši je restoran Šumski dvor, u elitnom zagrebačkom kvartu uz Cmrok procijenjena na čak 15,17 milijuna kuna koju je Kerum preuzeo 2009. u ''valu kupovine'' nekretnina po Zagrebu.

Kerum d.o.o u stečaju registriran je kao društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za unutarnju i vanjsku trgovinu s temeljnim kapitalom od samo 52.600 kuna, a kao jedini osnivač navodi se Željko Kerum. Stečaj nad tom tvrtkom bio je otvoren u studenom.

Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu predan je procjembeni elaborat prema kojem vrijednost stana Keruma d.o.o. u stečaju u središtu Zadra iznosi nešto više od 1,7 milijuna kuna, a novo ročište za prodaju Kerumove svinjogojske farme u Drnišu za 3,53 milijuna kuna zakazano je za 28. siječnja.

Prema elaboratu sudskog vještaka, posljednja procijenjena nekretnina Keruma d.o,o u stečaju - stan od 114 četvornih metara na četvrtom katu zgrade na Trgu kneza Višeslava u Zadru vrijedi 1.713.026 kuna, a četiri pripadajuća spremišta nešto više od 80.000 kuna.

No, osim skore prodaje zadarskih nekretnina, za 28. siječnja najavljeno je novo ročište za otvaranje eventualno pristiglih ponuda za Kerumovu svinjogojsku farmu Miočić-Siverić posljednje utvrđene vrijednosti od 3,53 milijuna kuna koja se, kako se navodi u sudskoj odluci, ispod te vrijednosti ne može prodati na ponovljenoj javnoj dražbi.

Početna cijena za tu farmu na dražbi održanoj krajem prosinca 2020. iznosila je čak 9,1 milijuna kuna, a kao zanimljivost isticalo se da je oglas za tu javnu dražbu bio objavljen prvo na Njuškalu, a potom u dnevnom tisku i na stranicama suda i Fine.

U ponovljenom oglasu ističe se da ta svinjogojska farma u Drnišu u ''naravi predstavlja građevinsko zemljište površine 135.331 kvadrata i objekte svinjogojske farme''.

Popis nekretnina sadrži sanitarno-garderobne objekte, radionice s garažom i skladištem, vagarske kućice, sekcirnice s hladnjačom, tovne objekte, proizvodne objekte, reprocentar, sanitarne objekte i spremišta za ekstra ulje i trafostanice smještene na građevinskom zemljištu površine 30.448 četvornih metara. Navodi se i da je su nekretnine izvanknjižno vlasništvo stečajnog dužnika Keruma d.o.o.

Posebno se ističe kako se prodaja ''obavlja po načelu viđeno-kupljeno, što isključuje sve naknadne prigovore kupca'' te da zainteresirani za kupnju ''mogu razgledati nekretninu svakim radnim danom''.

Objava novog kruga prodaje svinjogojske farme uslijedila je nakon prodaje prestižnih nekretnina Kerumove tvrtke - bivšeg zagrebačkog kina Central i legendarnog restorana Šumski dvor koje je preuzeo Ivan Čermak te poslovne zgrade u Zadru ukupne vrijednosti svojevremeno procijenjene na 36,65 milijuna kuna.

Nekretnina najveće vrijednosti bivši je restoran Šumski dvor, u elitnom zagrebačkom kvartu uz Cmrok procijenjena na čak 15,17 milijuna kuna koju je Kerum preuzeo 2009. u ''valu kupovine'' nekretnina po Zagrebu.

Kerum d.o.o u stečaju registriran je kao društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za unutarnju i vanjsku trgovinu s temeljnim kapitalom od samo 52.600 kuna, a kao jedini osnivač navodi se Željko Kerum. Stečaj nad tom tvrtkom bio je otvoren u studenom.
