Napuštanje pomorskog dobra na području Vruje od strane koncesionarske tvrtke "Point Split", u vlasništvu poduzetnika Stipe Latkovića, i to u roku od 90 dana, zatražit će vijećnici Županijske skupštine splitsko-dalmatinske na sjednici koja je na rasporedu 6. prosinca.

Naime, pred 47 regionalnih parlamentaraca stavljena je ukupno 21 točka dnevnog reda, među kojima i proračun za 2022. godinu, ali i oduzimanje koncesije na pomorskom dobru u svrhu gospodarskog korištenja plaže, smještene u uvali na pola puta između Omiša i Makarske, koja je spomenutoj splitskoj tvrtki izdana ugovorom od 30. svibnja 2014. i dopunjena dvama aneksima iz 2018. i 2020. godine.

Riječ je o drugom oduzimanju prava na korištenje priobalnog pojasa od strane Županije kao davatelja koncesije, jer je prva odluka iz 2018. godine srušena u ljeto 2020. godine od strane Ministarstva mora nakon žalbe tvrtke "Point Split".

Odavno je, naime, javnost upoznata kako je uvali Vruja, koja najvećim dijelom teritorijalno pripada Općini Zadvarje, već godinama privatizirao poduzetnik Latković, pa su ovog ljeta građani organizirali i prosvjede zbog zabrane dolaska, kupanja u toj prekrasnoj uvali, ali i probijanje ilegalnog puta od Jadranske magistrale do same plaže, preko zemljišta kojim upravljaju Hrvatske šume, sve kako bi se gostima resorta Vruja omogućio dolazak i vozilima.

Županija se i u predloženoj odluci usredotočila na izgradnju lukobrana i manje lučice bez građevinskih dozvola, te je u podužem obrazloženju odluke i "povijesnom pregledu" cjelokupnog slučaja, navedeno kako je "koncesijom iz 2014. dodijeljeno pravo korištenja plaže u svrhu obavljanja turističke djelatnosti (iznajmljivanje suncobrana, ležaljki, sandolina, pedalina...", a ne za bilo kakvu gradnju ili rekonstrukciju objekata.

No, budući da se tvrtka “Point Split”, koja je inače u gradu Splitu dugogodišnji koncesionar za financijski unosno održavanje pločnika i povezane opreme, nije pridržavao svih stavki ugovora zbog kojih je i dobio koncesiju za upravljuanje tim vrijednim resursom uz more, Županija se još jednom odlučila se na poništenje koncesije.

Bit će zanimljivo vidjeti kako će se vijećnici postaviti prema odluci koju je predložio župan Blaženko Boban (HDZ), a na dnevni red je stavio predsjednik Skupštine Mate Šimundić (Domovinski pokret). Upravo su brojni regionalni zastupnici tijekom proteklih godina, za vrijeme tijekom rasprava o dodjeljivanju koncesija, ali i kontroliranja provedbi stavki koje su u tim ugovorima, kao primjer neuredne koncesije upravo isticali – Vruju!

Naravno, ako županijski vijećnici potvrde predloženo oduzimanje koncesije, Latković će nakon primitka odluke imati 15 dana za možebitnu (novu) žalbu Ministarstvu mora.

Naime, pred 47 regionalnih parlamentaraca stavljena je ukupno 21 točka dnevnog reda, među kojima i proračun za 2022. godinu, ali i oduzimanje koncesije na pomorskom dobru u svrhu gospodarskog korištenja plaže, smještene u uvali na pola puta između Omiša i Makarske, koja je spomenutoj splitskoj tvrtki izdana ugovorom od 30. svibnja 2014. i dopunjena dvama aneksima iz 2018. i 2020. godine.

Riječ je o drugom oduzimanju prava na korištenje priobalnog pojasa od strane Županije kao davatelja koncesije, jer je prva odluka iz 2018. godine srušena u ljeto 2020. godine od strane Ministarstva mora nakon žalbe tvrtke "Point Split".

Odavno je, naime, javnost upoznata kako je uvali Vruja, koja najvećim dijelom teritorijalno pripada Općini Zadvarje, već godinama privatizirao poduzetnik Latković, pa su ovog ljeta građani organizirali i prosvjede zbog zabrane dolaska, kupanja u toj prekrasnoj uvali, ali i probijanje ilegalnog puta od Jadranske magistrale do same plaže, preko zemljišta kojim upravljaju Hrvatske šume, sve kako bi se gostima resorta Vruja omogućio dolazak i vozilima.

Županija se i u predloženoj odluci usredotočila na izgradnju lukobrana i manje lučice bez građevinskih dozvola, te je u podužem obrazloženju odluke i "povijesnom pregledu" cjelokupnog slučaja, navedeno kako je "koncesijom iz 2014. dodijeljeno pravo korištenja plaže u svrhu obavljanja turističke djelatnosti (iznajmljivanje suncobrana, ležaljki, sandolina, pedalina...", a ne za bilo kakvu gradnju ili rekonstrukciju objekata.

No, budući da se tvrtka “Point Split”, koja je inače u gradu Splitu dugogodišnji koncesionar za financijski unosno održavanje pločnika i povezane opreme, nije pridržavao svih stavki ugovora zbog kojih je i dobio koncesiju za upravljuanje tim vrijednim resursom uz more, Županija se još jednom odlučila se na poništenje koncesije.

Bit će zanimljivo vidjeti kako će se vijećnici postaviti prema odluci koju je predložio župan Blaženko Boban (HDZ), a na dnevni red je stavio predsjednik Skupštine Mate Šimundić (Domovinski pokret). Upravo su brojni regionalni zastupnici tijekom proteklih godina, za vrijeme tijekom rasprava o dodjeljivanju koncesija, ali i kontroliranja provedbi stavki koje su u tim ugovorima, kao primjer neuredne koncesije upravo isticali – Vruju!

Naravno, ako županijski vijećnici potvrde predloženo oduzimanje koncesije, Latković će nakon primitka odluke imati 15 dana za možebitnu (novu) žalbu Ministarstvu mora.

Napuštanje pomorskog dobra na području Vruje od strane koncesionarske tvrtke "Point Split", u vlasništvu poduzetnika Stipe Latkovića, i to u roku od 90 dana, zatražit će vijećnici Županijske skupštine splitsko-dalmatinske na sjednici koja je na rasporedu 6. prosinca.
