Odluka većine u Općinskom vijeću o izmjeni i dopuni Statuta Općine Vir donesena na 11. sjednici Općinskog vijeća nije zakonita – odlučilo je Ministarstvo pravosuđa i uprave Republike Hrvatske, dok je Odluka većine u virskom vijeću o izmjeni i dopuni Poslovnika tek djelomično osnovana. Ove su odluke Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave jučer došle na adresu Općine Vir, odnosno na ruke općinskom načelniku Marinu Radoviću i predsjedniku Općinskog vijeća Josipu Bašiću. Njima su kao osnovane i djelomično osnovane potvrđene odluke načelnika Radovića, kojima je obustavio od primjene odluke o izmjeni i dopuni Statuta, odnosno Poslovnika.

– Jako sam zadovoljan ovim odlukama resornog ministarstva, jer se time potvrđuje kontinuitet nezakonitosti koje svojim učestalim nezakonitim odlukama provodi nelegitimno Općinsko vijeće. Većinu u Općinskom vijeću dobili su političkim prebjegom, a to je zapravo prevara birača, pa sada namjerno opstruiraju rad Općinskog vijeća kontinuirano donoseći nezakonite odluke. Prvo su proračun srušili nezakonitim odlukama, što je potvrdilo Ministarstvo, a sada ponovno novim nezakonitim odlukama pokušavaju preuzeti ovlasti koje ima izvršna vlast – kaže načelnik Radović. Pokušajem mijenjanja Statuta i u bitnim elementima Poslovnika, navodi dalje načelnik Radović, vidi se kontinuitet predlaganja i donošenja nezakonitih odluka te nezakonito djelovanje većine u virskom vijeću.

– Stručne službe upozoravale su većinu u Općinskom vijeću i pismeno se očitovale o svim prijedlozima odluka za koje su utvrdile da su nezakonite, ali vijećnička većina uporno je ignorirala ta upozorenja i namjerno donosila nezakonite odluke. Time je napravljena šteta svim stanovnicima otoka Vira, jer je obustavljen proračun kao temeljni akt razvoja jedinice lokalne samouprave – ističe Radović.

Zato će u pripremi dnevnog reda za novu sjednicu Općinskog vijeća virski načelnik, među ostalim, predložiti proračun za 2023. godinu i druge bitne odluke. Te će prijedloge

proslijediti predsjedniku Bašiću, a nakon sazivanja i održavanja sjednice, načelnik Radović očekuje da će one biti donesene i potvrđene.

– Riječ je o krucijalnim odlukama za funkcioniranje naše općine i suštinskim odlukama za stanovnike otoka. Ako ne dođe do izglasavanja predloženih odluka te proračuna Općine Vir za 2023. na sljedećoj sjednici, bit ću prisiljen da kao načelnik Općine Vir sukladno zakonu i radi zaštite zakonitosti rada Općinskog vijeća te konačnog probijanja blokade rada čitavog općinskog sustava, zatražimo od resornog ministarstva i Vlade Republike Hrvatske raspuštanje Općinskog vijeća i raspisivanje novih lokalnih izbora za Općinsko vijeće – poručuje načelnik Radović, uz napomenu kako se u narednim danima očekuje pristizanje većeg broja novih odluka Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave te ministra Ivana Malenice.

Što bi se dobilo novim izborima za Općinsko vijeće Općine Vir? Na ovo pitanje virski načelnik Marino Radović ima jasan odgovor.

– Novim izborima stanovnici otoka Vira dobili bi priliku kazniti sve one vijećnike i grupacije koji djeluju destruktivno. Većina u Općinskom vijeću posljednjih godinu dana blokirala je razvoj i život na otoku, čime je građanima nanijela ogromnu štetu. Očekujem zato podršku svih stanovnika otoka, i to na isti način na koji su nas podržavali proteklih 20 godina, jer smo se dokazali radom za opće dobre i brigom za svakog stanovnika na otoku – ističe virski načelnik.

Odluka većine u Općinskom vijeću o izmjeni i dopuni Statuta Općine Vir donesena na 11. sjednici Općinskog vijeća nije zakonita – odlučilo je Ministarstvo pravosuđa i uprave Republike Hrvatske, dok je Odluka većine u virskom vijeću o izmjeni i dopuni Poslovnika tek djelomično osnovana. Ove su odluke Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave jučer došle na adresu Općine Vir, odnosno na ruke općinskom načelniku Marinu Radoviću i predsjedniku Općinskog vijeća Josipu Bašiću. Njima su kao osnovane i djelomično osnovane potvrđene odluke načelnika Radovića, kojima je obustavio od primjene odluke o izmjeni i dopuni Statuta, odnosno Poslovnika.

– Jako sam zadovoljan ovim odlukama resornog ministarstva, jer se time potvrđuje kontinuitet nezakonitosti koje svojim učestalim nezakonitim odlukama provodi nelegitimno Općinsko vijeće. Većinu u Općinskom vijeću dobili su političkim prebjegom, a to je zapravo prevara birača, pa sada namjerno opstruiraju rad Općinskog vijeća kontinuirano donoseći nezakonite odluke. Prvo su proračun srušili nezakonitim odlukama, što je potvrdilo Ministarstvo, a sada ponovno novim nezakonitim odlukama pokušavaju preuzeti ovlasti koje ima izvršna vlast – kaže načelnik Radović. Pokušajem mijenjanja Statuta i u bitnim elementima Poslovnika, navodi dalje načelnik Radović, vidi se kontinuitet predlaganja i donošenja nezakonitih odluka te nezakonito djelovanje većine u virskom vijeću.

– Stručne službe upozoravale su većinu u Općinskom vijeću i pismeno se očitovale o svim prijedlozima odluka za koje su utvrdile da su nezakonite, ali vijećnička većina uporno je ignorirala ta upozorenja i namjerno donosila nezakonite odluke. Time je napravljena šteta svim stanovnicima otoka Vira, jer je obustavljen proračun kao temeljni akt razvoja jedinice lokalne samouprave – ističe Radović.

Zato će u pripremi dnevnog reda za novu sjednicu Općinskog vijeća virski načelnik, među ostalim, predložiti proračun za 2023. godinu i druge bitne odluke. Te će prijedloge

proslijediti predsjedniku Bašiću, a nakon sazivanja i održavanja sjednice, načelnik Radović očekuje da će one biti donesene i potvrđene.

– Riječ je o krucijalnim odlukama za funkcioniranje naše općine i suštinskim odlukama za stanovnike otoka. Ako ne dođe do izglasavanja predloženih odluka te proračuna Općine Vir za 2023. na sljedećoj sjednici, bit ću prisiljen da kao načelnik Općine Vir sukladno zakonu i radi zaštite zakonitosti rada Općinskog vijeća te konačnog probijanja blokade rada čitavog općinskog sustava, zatražimo od resornog ministarstva i Vlade Republike Hrvatske raspuštanje Općinskog vijeća i raspisivanje novih lokalnih izbora za Općinsko vijeće – poručuje načelnik Radović, uz napomenu kako se u narednim danima očekuje pristizanje većeg broja novih odluka Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave te ministra Ivana Malenice.

Što bi se dobilo novim izborima za Općinsko vijeće Općine Vir? Na ovo pitanje virski načelnik Marino Radović ima jasan odgovor.

– Novim izborima stanovnici otoka Vira dobili bi priliku kazniti sve one vijećnike i grupacije koji djeluju destruktivno. Većina u Općinskom vijeću posljednjih godinu dana blokirala je razvoj i život na otoku, čime je građanima nanijela ogromnu štetu. Očekujem zato podršku svih stanovnika otoka, i to na isti način na koji su nas podržavali proteklih 20 godina, jer smo se dokazali radom za opće dobre i brigom za svakog stanovnika na otoku – ističe virski načelnik.

Ministarstvo pravosuđa i uprave odlučilo: "Odluka većine u Općinskom vijeću na Viru nije zakonita"

Odluka većine u Općinskom vijeću o izmjeni i dopuni Statuta Općine Vir donesena na 11. sjednici Općinskog vijeća nije zakonita – odlučilo je Ministarstvo pravosuđa i uprave Republike Hrvatske, dok je Odluka većine u virskom vijeću o izmjeni i dopuni Poslovnika tek djelomično osnovana. Ove su odluke Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave jučer došle na adresu Općine Vir, odnosno na ruke općinskom načelniku Marinu Radoviću i predsjedniku Općinskog vijeća Josipu Bašiću. Njima su kao osnovane i djelomično osnovane potvrđene odluke načelnika Radovića, kojima je obustavio od primjene odluke o izmjeni i dopuni Statuta, odnosno Poslovnika.

– Jako sam zadovoljan ovim odlukama resornog ministarstva, jer se time potvrđuje kontinuitet nezakonitosti koje svojim učestalim nezakonitim odlukama provodi nelegitimno Općinsko vijeće. Većinu u Općinskom vijeću dobili su političkim prebjegom, a to je zapravo prevara birača, pa sada namjerno opstruiraju rad Općinskog vijeća kontinuirano donoseći nezakonite odluke. Prvo su proračun srušili nezakonitim odlukama, što je potvrdilo Ministarstvo, a sada ponovno novim nezakonitim odlukama pokušavaju preuzeti ovlasti koje ima izvršna vlast – kaže načelnik Radović. Pokušajem mijenjanja Statuta i u bitnim elementima Poslovnika, navodi dalje načelnik Radović, vidi se kontinuitet predlaganja i donošenja nezakonitih odluka te nezakonito djelovanje većine u virskom vijeću.

– Stručne službe upozoravale su većinu u Općinskom vijeću i pismeno se očitovale o svim prijedlozima odluka za koje su utvrdile da su nezakonite, ali vijećnička većina uporno je ignorirala ta upozorenja i namjerno donosila nezakonite odluke. Time je napravljena šteta svim stanovnicima otoka Vira, jer je obustavljen proračun kao temeljni akt razvoja jedinice lokalne samouprave – ističe Radović.
