Općina Primošten raspisala je javni natječaj za prodaju dvaju zemljišta u svojem vlasništvu, jednog većeg, površine od 179 četvornih metara, te manjeg, od 49 kvadrata.

Riječ je o građevinskim parcelama koje se nalaze na predjelu Porat, preciznije, na samom kraju plaže Luka, a iznad prostorija Jedriličarskog kluba "Primošten".

Vrijedno je za napomenuti da lokalna vlast koju predvodi načelnik Stipe Petrina spomenute terene u prvom redu do mora prodaje "u paketu", odnosno kao cjelinu pa odvojena kupnja u ovom slučaju nije moguća.

Budući vlasnik za atraktivna zemljišta morat će izdvojiti minimalno 96.485 eura, koliko iznosi početna cijena, procijenjena od strane ovlaštenog sudskog vještaka, što bi značilo da je kvadrat zemljišta tik do mora procijenjen na 423,18 eura.

Početna cijena, s obzirom na lokaciju i potencijal zemljišta, vjerujemo da će se debelo premašiti – tim više što se parcele nalaze nedaleko od središta Primoštena te u dijelu mjesta gdje su dopušteni i građevinski zahvati. Najpovoljnijim ponuditeljem, navodi se u javnom natječaju, smatrat će se onaj tko ponudi najvišu ukupnu kupoprodajnu cijenu.

Pisane ponude, naglasimo za kraj, dostavljaju se na adresu Općine do 20. svibnja, dok će se sretni vlasnik atraktivnih zemljišta obznaniti 23. svibnja, također u općinskim prostorijama.

Općina Primošten raspisala je javni natječaj za prodaju dvaju zemljišta u svojem vlasništvu, jednog većeg, površine od 179 četvornih metara, te manjeg, od 49 kvadrata.

Riječ je o građevinskim parcelama koje se nalaze na predjelu Porat, preciznije, na samom kraju plaže Luka, a iznad prostorija Jedriličarskog kluba "Primošten".

Vrijedno je za napomenuti da lokalna vlast koju predvodi načelnik Stipe Petrina spomenute terene u prvom redu do mora prodaje "u paketu", odnosno kao cjelinu pa odvojena kupnja u ovom slučaju nije moguća.

Budući vlasnik za atraktivna zemljišta morat će izdvojiti minimalno 96.485 eura, koliko iznosi početna cijena, procijenjena od strane ovlaštenog sudskog vještaka, što bi značilo da je kvadrat zemljišta tik do mora procijenjen na 423,18 eura.

Početna cijena, s obzirom na lokaciju i potencijal zemljišta, vjerujemo da će se debelo premašiti – tim više što se parcele nalaze nedaleko od središta Primoštena te u dijelu mjesta gdje su dopušteni i građevinski zahvati. Najpovoljnijim ponuditeljem, navodi se u javnom natječaju, smatrat će se onaj tko ponudi najvišu ukupnu kupoprodajnu cijenu.

Pisane ponude, naglasimo za kraj, dostavljaju se na adresu Općine do 20. svibnja, dok će se sretni vlasnik atraktivnih zemljišta obznaniti 23. svibnja, također u općinskim prostorijama.

Kontroverzni dalmatinski načelnik traži vrtoglav iznos za građevinske kvadrate tik uz more, cijena ruši sve granice

Općina Primošten raspisala je javni natječaj za prodaju dvaju zemljišta u svojem vlasništvu, jednog većeg, površine od 179 četvornih metara, te manjeg, od 49 kvadrata.

Riječ je o građevinskim parcelama koje se nalaze na predjelu Porat, preciznije, na samom kraju plaže Luka, a iznad prostorija Jedriličarskog kluba "Primošten".

Vrijedno je za napomenuti da lokalna vlast koju predvodi načelnik Stipe Petrina spomenute terene u prvom redu do mora prodaje "u paketu", odnosno kao cjelinu pa odvojena kupnja u ovom slučaju nije moguća.

Budući vlasnik za atraktivna zemljišta morat će izdvojiti minimalno 96.485 eura, koliko iznosi početna cijena, procijenjena od strane ovlaštenog sudskog vještaka, što bi značilo da je kvadrat zemljišta tik do mora procijenjen na 423,18 eura.

Početna cijena, s obzirom na lokaciju i potencijal zemljišta, vjerujemo da će se debelo premašiti – tim više što se parcele nalaze nedaleko od središta Primoštena te u dijelu mjesta gdje su dopušteni i građevinski zahvati. Najpovoljnijim ponuditeljem, navodi se u javnom natječaju, smatrat će se onaj tko ponudi najvišu ukupnu kupoprodajnu cijenu.

Pisane ponude, naglasimo za kraj, dostavljaju se na adresu Općine do 20. svibnja, dok će se sretni vlasnik atraktivnih zemljišta obznaniti 23. svibnja, također u općinskim prostorijama.
