Stečajna upraviteljica tvrtke "Kerum" podnijela je izvješće u kojem se ističe da je kupac stana u Zadru odustao od kupovine nakon što mu je bio proslijeđen kupoprodajni ugovor na temelju njegove ponude od 2,18 milijuna kuna, odnosno gotovo 300 tisuća eura, te da će se nekretnina ponovno prodavati na javnoj dražbi.

Stambeni prostor površine 123 četvorna metra u zgradi na Trgu kneza Višeslava bio je procijenjen na 1,71 milijun kuna, a četiri pripadajuća spremišta na nešto više od 80 tisuća kuna. Zagrebački poduzetnik Vladimir Noršić za stan je na dražbi održanoj u listopadu ponudio 2.18 milijuna kuna, a za spremišta oko 80 tisuća kuna, a pristigla je samo njegova ponuda.

Prodaja "Kerumovih" nekretnina u Zadru uslijedila je nakon što je Trgovački sud u Splitu u kolovozu prošle godine donio rješenja kojima se tri nekretnine propale tvrtke bivšeg splitskoga gradonačelnika Željka Keruma predaju u posjed tvrtki "Coast" na čijem se čelu nalazi Igor Sapunar, Kerumov nećak i sin Petroslava Sapunara, dugogodišnjeg bivšeg čelnika Županijske skupštine splitsko-dalmatinske.

Prema sudskim rješenjima, tvrtki Kerumovog nećaka dosudio se poslovni prostor i mali stan kod Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta u Splitu gdje je bila prodavaonica firme "Kerum" i poslovni prostor od 64 kvadrata u prostoru lokala "Lažni svjedok" u zagrebačkoj Amruševoj ulici. Osim toga, "Coast" je preuzeo u posjed dvorište, kuću i studenac te, kako se navodi, prirodno neplodno zemljište od oko 1900 kvadrata u Milni na otoku Braču.

Predaja u posjed tih "Kerumovih" nekretnina dosuđena je nakon prodaje Kerumove svinjogojske farme u Drnišu i Lagune, nekretnine u sklopu nekadašnjeg drniškog pogona splitskog "Mesoprometa" te dionica "Hajduka" u vlasništvu "Keruma" u stečaju.

Najvrjednija imovina propale tvrtke na drniškom području, nedavno prodana na "bubnju", bila je svinjogojska farma u Drnišu za koju je tvrtka "Hoteli Batuda" ponudila 3.5 milijuna kuna.

Ni "Hoteli Batuda" nisu daleko od Kerumova kruga, jer je tu tvrtku, koja upravlja novootvorenim hotelum "Batuda" na staroj Solinskoj cesti, osnovao Goran Sapunar, Igorov brat, ali je vlasništvo nedavno prebačeno na Ognjena Bačića, koji je sa starijim Sapunarom već surađivao u dvije tvrtke koje su potonule u stečaj.

Da ne bi bilo greške, Bačić je bio HGS-ov kandidat za solinskoga dogradonačelnika na lokalnim izborima u svibnju 2021. godine kada je barba Žele za poteštata uz Jadro bio nominirao Josipa Keruma kojeg je predstavio kao "unuka svoje sestre".

Stečajna upraviteljica tvrtke "Kerum" podnijela je izvješće u kojem se ističe da je kupac stana u Zadru odustao od kupovine nakon što mu je bio proslijeđen kupoprodajni ugovor na temelju njegove ponude od 2,18 milijuna kuna, odnosno gotovo 300 tisuća eura, te da će se nekretnina ponovno prodavati na javnoj dražbi.

Stambeni prostor površine 123 četvorna metra u zgradi na Trgu kneza Višeslava bio je procijenjen na 1,71 milijun kuna, a četiri pripadajuća spremišta na nešto više od 80 tisuća kuna. Zagrebački poduzetnik Vladimir Noršić za stan je na dražbi održanoj u listopadu ponudio 2.18 milijuna kuna, a za spremišta oko 80 tisuća kuna, a pristigla je samo njegova ponuda.

Prodaja "Kerumovih" nekretnina u Zadru uslijedila je nakon što je Trgovački sud u Splitu u kolovozu prošle godine donio rješenja kojima se tri nekretnine propale tvrtke bivšeg splitskoga gradonačelnika Željka Keruma predaju u posjed tvrtki "Coast" na čijem se čelu nalazi Igor Sapunar, Kerumov nećak i sin Petroslava Sapunara, dugogodišnjeg bivšeg čelnika Županijske skupštine splitsko-dalmatinske.

Prema sudskim rješenjima, tvrtki Kerumovog nećaka dosudio se poslovni prostor i mali stan kod Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta u Splitu gdje je bila prodavaonica firme "Kerum" i poslovni prostor od 64 kvadrata u prostoru lokala "Lažni svjedok" u zagrebačkoj Amruševoj ulici. Osim toga, "Coast" je preuzeo u posjed dvorište, kuću i studenac te, kako se navodi, prirodno neplodno zemljište od oko 1900 kvadrata u Milni na otoku Braču.

Predaja u posjed tih "Kerumovih" nekretnina dosuđena je nakon prodaje Kerumove svinjogojske farme u Drnišu i Lagune, nekretnine u sklopu nekadašnjeg drniškog pogona splitskog "Mesoprometa" te dionica "Hajduka" u vlasništvu "Keruma" u stečaju.

Najvrjednija imovina propale tvrtke na drniškom području, nedavno prodana na "bubnju", bila je svinjogojska farma u Drnišu za koju je tvrtka "Hoteli Batuda" ponudila 3.5 milijuna kuna.

Ni "Hoteli Batuda" nisu daleko od Kerumova kruga, jer je tu tvrtku, koja upravlja novootvorenim hotelum "Batuda" na staroj Solinskoj cesti, osnovao Goran Sapunar, Igorov brat, ali je vlasništvo nedavno prebačeno na Ognjena Bačića, koji je sa starijim Sapunarom već surađivao u dvije tvrtke koje su potonule u stečaj.

Da ne bi bilo greške, Bačić je bio HGS-ov kandidat za solinskoga dogradonačelnika na lokalnim izborima u svibnju 2021. godine kada je barba Žele za poteštata uz Jadro bio nominirao Josipa Keruma kojeg je predstavio kao "unuka svoje sestre".

Stečajna upraviteljica tvrtke "Kerum" podnijela je izvješće u kojem se ističe da je kupac stana u Zadru odustao od kupovine nakon što mu je bio proslijeđen kupoprodajni ugovor na temelju njegove ponude od 2,18 milijuna kuna, odnosno gotovo 300 tisuća eura, te da će se nekretnina ponovno prodavati na javnoj dražbi.

Stambeni prostor površine 123 četvorna metra u zgradi na Trgu kneza Višeslava bio je procijenjen na 1,71 milijun kuna, a četiri pripadajuća spremišta na nešto više od 80 tisuća kuna. Zagrebački poduzetnik Vladimir Noršić za stan je na dražbi održanoj u listopadu ponudio 2.18 milijuna kuna, a za spremišta oko 80 tisuća kuna, a pristigla je samo njegova ponuda.

Prodaja "Kerumovih" nekretnina u Zadru uslijedila je nakon što je Trgovački sud u Splitu u kolovozu prošle godine donio rješenja kojima se tri nekretnine propale tvrtke bivšeg splitskoga gradonačelnika Željka Keruma predaju u posjed tvrtki "Coast" na čijem se čelu nalazi Igor Sapunar, Kerumov nećak i sin Petroslava Sapunara, dugogodišnjeg bivšeg čelnika Županijske skupštine splitsko-dalmatinske.

Prema sudskim rješenjima, tvrtki Kerumovog nećaka dosudio se poslovni prostor i mali stan kod Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta u Splitu gdje je bila prodavaonica firme "Kerum" i poslovni prostor od 64 kvadrata u prostoru lokala "Lažni svjedok" u zagrebačkoj Amruševoj ulici. Osim toga, "Coast" je preuzeo u posjed dvorište, kuću i studenac te, kako se navodi, prirodno neplodno zemljište od oko 1900 kvadrata u Milni na otoku Braču.

Predaja u posjed tih "Kerumovih" nekretnina dosuđena je nakon prodaje Kerumove svinjogojske farme u Drnišu i Lagune, nekretnine u sklopu nekadašnjeg drniškog pogona splitskog "Mesoprometa" te dionica "Hajduka" u vlasništvu "Keruma" u stečaju.

Najvrjednija imovina propale tvrtke na drniškom području, nedavno prodana na "bubnju", bila je svinjogojska farma u Drnišu za koju je tvrtka "Hoteli Batuda" ponudila 3.5 milijuna kuna.
