Podsjetimo, nedavno smo pisali da se na oglasniku Njuškalo pojavio oglas za jedan stan u Splitu sa zanimljivom cijenom. Vlasnici traže nevjerojatnih 5000 eura po kvadratu stambenog prostora! I to za stariji stan, za starim namještajem na dvije etaže, od kojih je jedna etaža potkrovlje u kojem je smještena spavaća soba.

Stan ima 60 kvadrata i zapada 300.000 eura ili dva milijuna i 260 tisuća kuna! Balkon nije vidljiv na fotografijama koje su priložili.

Evo kako ga vlasnici opisuju:

A evo što nam kaže jedna agentica:

– Ta je cijena previsoka, stanje se na tržištu normalizira i cijene će padati. A ovo, kad pogledam slike i sve, definitivno ne vrijedi 300.000 eura. Čak na fotografijama nema ni balkon, a to bi istaknuli da imaju. Mislim da su vlasnici ovog stana pokušali metodom – ako prođe, prođe.

Taj stan ne vrijedi ni blizu toliko, posebno kad vidimo da tu treba jako puno ulaganja ako se prostor želi modernizirati. Ne bi toliko mogli tražiti ni da je novogradnja u pitanju. Vidjela sam takvih pokušaja i na Žnjanu, Spinutu, ali ako žele prodati, ipak će trebati bitno spustiti cijenu. Međutim, luda su ovo vremena, možda im se i posreći...

Je li ovo možda rekord za "običan" stan u Splitu koji čak ni nema ni balkon? Naime, vlasnik stana od 82 kvadrata traži čak 6237 eura po kvadratu!

Podsjetimo, nedavno smo pisali da se na oglasniku Njuškalo pojavio oglas za jedan stan u Splitu sa zanimljivom cijenom. Vlasnici traže nevjerojatnih 5000 eura po kvadratu stambenog prostora! I to za stariji stan, za starim namještajem na dvije etaže, od kojih je jedna etaža potkrovlje u kojem je smještena spavaća soba.

Stan ima 60 kvadrata i zapada 300.000 eura ili dva milijuna i 260 tisuća kuna! Balkon nije vidljiv na fotografijama koje su priložili.

Evo kako ga vlasnici opisuju:

"Neodoljivi šarm starinskog stana s pogledom na povijesnu jezgru grada i na Marjan. Zanimljiva nekretnina na odličnoj lokaciji, u strogom centru grada, za dugoročnu investiciju.

A evo što nam kaže jedna agentica:

– Ta je cijena previsoka, stanje se na tržištu normalizira i cijene će padati. A ovo, kad pogledam slike i sve, definitivno ne vrijedi 300.000 eura. Čak na fotografijama nema ni balkon, a to bi istaknuli da imaju. Mislim da su vlasnici ovog stana pokušali metodom – ako prođe, prođe.

Taj stan ne vrijedi ni blizu toliko, posebno kad vidimo da tu treba jako puno ulaganja ako se prostor želi modernizirati. Ne bi toliko mogli tražiti ni da je novogradnja u pitanju. Vidjela sam takvih pokušaja i na Žnjanu, Spinutu, ali ako žele prodati, ipak će trebati bitno spustiti cijenu. Međutim, luda su ovo vremena, možda im se i posreći...
