U dijelu godine kada su maslinari duž priobalja, nakon dugotrajnih i katastrofalnih suša, u jeku berbe plodova, objavljeno je digitalno izdanje “Priručnika za maslinarski turizam”, što je prilika za produženje sezone i propulzivniji razvoj ruralnog dijela jadranske regije.

Knjigu je izdala “Rodna maslinada” iz Makarske, a uključuje osvrte stručnjaka Ane Čehić, Milana Oplanića i Marije Cerjak s Instituta za poljoprivredu i turizam u Poreču te Makaranina Ratka Kovačevića, koji se istaknuo kao inovator sa svojom “maslinapravom” za ručno branje plodova.

Prema autorima, maslinarski turizam je kombinacija turističkih i poljoprivrednih aktivnosti, kao što su sudjelovanje posjetitelja u procesu uzgoja, berbe i prerade plodova, prodaja maslina i ulja, te pružanje usluge smještaja. Takva vrsta turizma najbolju perspektivu ima na Mediteranu, što pokazuje i primjer Španjolske, najvećeg svjetskog proizvođača ulja.

Kod nas je sve to, nažalost, velikom dijelom indolentnošću državnih tijela i institucija, još u povojima, a moguće je u područjima uzgoja maslina, pretežito na ruralnim lokacijama, te uz postojanje određene infrastrukture koja dodatno predstavlja taj oblik turizma kao što su uljare, ceste maslinova ulja, degustacijske sale, trgovine s uljem i ostalim lokalnim proizvodima, smještajni objekti, muzeji maslinova ulja i interpretacijski centri...

Može li se osmisliti kvalitetan program regeneracije velikog broja maslina koje ostaju neobrane, zbog čega propada puno vrijedne hrane, a istodobno se povećava ugroza od izbijanja i širenja šumskih požara? Autori priručnika tvrde da se uz kvalitetno upravljanje prirodnim i kulturnim vrijednostima te valorizacijom maslinarskog nasljeđa može stvoriti održivi oblik turizma kao što je maslinarski turizam. Kod nas u tom smislu rijetko pozitivne primjere nalazimo u Istarskoj županiji – obitelj Grubić na području općine Bale, Kuća istarskog maslinova ulja u Puli...

Za maslinare je to vrlo interesantan način za plasman ulja putem kušaonica ili prodajom na kućnom pragu, a među njima već sada imamo one koji se odlikuju mini projektima iz sfere takvog oblika turizma. Jedan od njih, Đorđan Gurdulić iz Jelse na otoku Hvaru, osmislio je “Kumstvo za eko stabla maslina”.

Njime se definiraju obveze, ali i prava kumova, i sve je to odlično krenulo. Gospodin Kovačević proizveo je novu napravu za ručno branje maslina, koja se sastoji od sabirnika u obliku kišobrana okrenutog naopako i koša od inoksa koji se skida i slaže na način da se plodovi maslina zrače, odnosno hlade i tako čuvaju na zdrav i ispravan način do obrade.

Novi potencijalni korisnici “maslinoprave” su, kako doznajemo, upravo začetnici razvoja maslinarskog turizma, jer se radi o proizvodu koji turistima zaista pruža mogućnost autohtonog doživljaja branja maslina boravkom i druženjem na čistom zraku zajedno s domaćinima – beračima.

U dijelu godine kada su maslinari duž priobalja, nakon dugotrajnih i katastrofalnih suša, u jeku berbe plodova, objavljeno je digitalno izdanje “Priručnika za maslinarski turizam”, što je prilika za produženje sezone i propulzivniji razvoj ruralnog dijela jadranske regije.

Knjigu je izdala “Rodna maslinada” iz Makarske, a uključuje osvrte stručnjaka Ane Čehić, Milana Oplanića i Marije Cerjak s Instituta za poljoprivredu i turizam u Poreču te Makaranina Ratka Kovačevića, koji se istaknuo kao inovator sa svojom “maslinapravom” za ručno branje plodova.

Prema autorima, maslinarski turizam je kombinacija turističkih i poljoprivrednih aktivnosti, kao što su sudjelovanje posjetitelja u procesu uzgoja, berbe i prerade plodova, prodaja maslina i ulja, te pružanje usluge smještaja. Takva vrsta turizma najbolju perspektivu ima na Mediteranu, što pokazuje i primjer Španjolske, najvećeg svjetskog proizvođača ulja.

Kod nas je sve to, nažalost, velikom dijelom indolentnošću državnih tijela i institucija, još u povojima, a moguće je u područjima uzgoja maslina, pretežito na ruralnim lokacijama, te uz postojanje određene infrastrukture koja dodatno predstavlja taj oblik turizma kao što su uljare, ceste maslinova ulja, degustacijske sale, trgovine s uljem i ostalim lokalnim proizvodima, smještajni objekti, muzeji maslinova ulja i interpretacijski centri...

Može li se osmisliti kvalitetan program regeneracije velikog broja maslina koje ostaju neobrane, zbog čega propada puno vrijedne hrane, a istodobno se povećava ugroza od izbijanja i širenja šumskih požara? Autori priručnika tvrde da se uz kvalitetno upravljanje prirodnim i kulturnim vrijednostima te valorizacijom maslinarskog nasljeđa može stvoriti održivi oblik turizma kao što je maslinarski turizam. Kod nas u tom smislu rijetko pozitivne primjere nalazimo u Istarskoj županiji – obitelj Grubić na području općine Bale, Kuća istarskog maslinova ulja u Puli...

Za maslinare je to vrlo interesantan način za plasman ulja putem kušaonica ili prodajom na kućnom pragu, a među njima već sada imamo one koji se odlikuju mini projektima iz sfere takvog oblika turizma. Jedan od njih, Đorđan Gurdulić iz Jelse na otoku Hvaru, osmislio je “Kumstvo za eko stabla maslina”.

Njime se definiraju obveze, ali i prava kumova, i sve je to odlično krenulo. Gospodin Kovačević proizveo je novu napravu za ručno branje maslina, koja se sastoji od sabirnika u obliku kišobrana okrenutog naopako i koša od inoksa koji se skida i slaže na način da se plodovi maslina zrače, odnosno hlade i tako čuvaju na zdrav i ispravan način do obrade.

Novi potencijalni korisnici “maslinoprave” su, kako doznajemo, upravo začetnici razvoja maslinarskog turizma, jer se radi o proizvodu koji turistima zaista pruža mogućnost autohtonog doživljaja branja maslina boravkom i druženjem na čistom zraku zajedno s domaćinima – beračima.
