Odjel gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije Policijske uprave zadarske dovršio je kriminalističko istraživanje nad troje hrvatskih državljana u dobi od 52, 58 i 35 godina zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela protiv gospodarstva.

Provedenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem, 52-godišnjaka se sumnjiči da je tijekom studenog 2017. godine, kao vlasnik i odgovorna osoba trgovačka društva sa zadarskog područja, u dogovoru s ostale dvije osumnjičenice, odgovornim osobama u trgovačkom društvu sa sjedištem na zagrebačkom području, unio neistinite podatke i proknjižio ukupno 9 ulaznih računa za isporuku razne robe i usluga, iako su osumnjičenici znali da se isti ne temelje na stvarnoj poslovnoj djelatnosti, te da navedena društva nisu isporučili nikakvu robu niti usluge prema njegovom trgovačkom društvu, a u poslovanju su ih upotrijebili kao istinite.

Potom je 52-godišnjak tako neistinito knjižene račune u podnesenim mjesečnim prijavama PDV-a, kao osnovu za odbitak pretporeza, prikazao nadležnoj poreznoj upravi, a čime je državni proračun RH oštetio za iznos veći od 2.600.000 kuna.

Protiv svih troje osumnjičenika podnosi se kaznena prijava zbog kaznenog djela Krivotvorenje službene ili poslovne isprave, dok je protiv 52-godišnjaka podnesena i kaznena prijava zbog kaznenog djela Utaja poreza ili carine.

Odjel gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije Policijske uprave zadarske dovršio je kriminalističko istraživanje nad troje hrvatskih državljana u dobi od 52, 58 i 35 godina zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela protiv gospodarstva.

Provedenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem, 52-godišnjaka se sumnjiči da je tijekom studenog 2017. godine, kao vlasnik i odgovorna osoba trgovačka društva sa zadarskog područja, u dogovoru s ostale dvije osumnjičenice, odgovornim osobama u trgovačkom društvu sa sjedištem na zagrebačkom području, unio neistinite podatke i proknjižio ukupno 9 ulaznih računa za isporuku razne robe i usluga, iako su osumnjičenici znali da se isti ne temelje na stvarnoj poslovnoj djelatnosti, te da navedena društva nisu isporučili nikakvu robu niti usluge prema njegovom trgovačkom društvu, a u poslovanju su ih upotrijebili kao istinite.

Potom je 52-godišnjak tako neistinito knjižene račune u podnesenim mjesečnim prijavama PDV-a, kao osnovu za odbitak pretporeza, prikazao nadležnoj poreznoj upravi, a čime je državni proračun RH oštetio za iznos veći od 2.600.000 kuna.

Protiv svih troje osumnjičenika podnosi se kaznena prijava zbog kaznenog djela Krivotvorenje službene ili poslovne isprave, dok je protiv 52-godišnjaka podnesena i kaznena prijava zbog kaznenog djela Utaja poreza ili carine.

Za krivotvorenje i utaju poreza optužena zadarska trojka: prikazali devet lažnih računa i državu oštetili za 2,6 milijuna kuna

Odjel gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije Policijske uprave zadarske dovršio je kriminalističko istraživanje nad troje hrvatskih državljana u dobi od 52, 58 i 35 godina zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela protiv gospodarstva.

Provedenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem, 52-godišnjaka se sumnjiči da je tijekom studenog 2017. godine, kao vlasnik i odgovorna osoba trgovačka društva sa zadarskog područja, u dogovoru s ostale dvije osumnjičenice, odgovornim osobama u trgovačkom društvu sa sjedištem na zagrebačkom području, unio neistinite podatke i proknjižio ukupno 9 ulaznih računa za isporuku razne robe i usluga, iako su osumnjičenici znali da se isti ne temelje na stvarnoj poslovnoj djelatnosti, te da navedena društva nisu isporučili nikakvu robu niti usluge prema njegovom trgovačkom društvu, a u poslovanju su ih upotrijebili kao istinite.

Potom je 52-godišnjak tako neistinito knjižene račune u podnesenim mjesečnim prijavama PDV-a, kao osnovu za odbitak pretporeza, prikazao nadležnoj poreznoj upravi, a čime je državni proračun RH oštetio za iznos veći od 2.600.000 kuna.

Protiv svih troje osumnjičenika podnosi se kaznena prijava zbog kaznenog djela Krivotvorenje službene ili poslovne isprave, dok je protiv 52-godišnjaka podnesena i kaznena prijava zbog kaznenog djela Utaja poreza ili carine.
