Nakon provedene istrage Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru podignulo je optužnicu protiv 42-godišnjaka iz Zadra zbog kaznenog djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Okrivljenog 42-godišnjaka se tereti da je od 3. srpnja do 29. listopada 2007. u Zadru, u svojstvu direktora trgovačkog društva, s ciljem da si pribavi protupravnu imovinsku korist, počinio navedeno kazneno djelo. Tereti ga se da je bio svjestan kako je žiro račun tog trgovačkog društva od lipnja 2007. godine bio trajno blokiran, te da je u rujnu 2007. godine nad tim društvom pokrenut i stečajni postupak.

Unatoč tim činjenicama, 42-godišnjak je prodao dva stana u zgradi koju je izgradilo to trgovačko društvo, i to jedan za 100.834,50 eura, a drugi 122.325,00 eura, te je, po zaključenju predugovora o kupoprodaji stanova, cjelokupnu ugovorenu kupoprodajnu cijenu od kupaca primio u gotovini.

Tereti ga se da novac nije položio na račun društva već ga je zadržao za sebe oštetivši društvo koje je zastupao za iznos od 1.637.098,00 kuna.

Nakon provedene istrage Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru podignulo je optužnicu protiv 42-godišnjaka iz Zadra zbog kaznenog djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Okrivljenog 42-godišnjaka se tereti da je od 3. srpnja do 29. listopada 2007. u Zadru, u svojstvu direktora trgovačkog društva, s ciljem da si pribavi protupravnu imovinsku korist, počinio navedeno kazneno djelo. Tereti ga se da je bio svjestan kako je žiro račun tog trgovačkog društva od lipnja 2007. godine bio trajno blokiran, te da je u rujnu 2007. godine nad tim društvom pokrenut i stečajni postupak.

Unatoč tim činjenicama, 42-godišnjak je prodao dva stana u zgradi koju je izgradilo to trgovačko društvo, i to jedan za 100.834,50 eura, a drugi 122.325,00 eura, te je, po zaključenju predugovora o kupoprodaji stanova, cjelokupnu ugovorenu kupoprodajnu cijenu od kupaca primio u gotovini.

Tereti ga se da novac nije položio na račun društva već ga je zadržao za sebe oštetivši društvo koje je zastupao za iznos od 1.637.098,00 kuna.

Za 1.6 milijuna kuna 42-godišnji Zadranin prodao dva stana u zgradi koju je izgradilo trgovačko društvo u stečaju. A on je uzeo i gotovinu...

Nakon provedene istrage Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru podignulo je optužnicu protiv 42-godišnjaka iz Zadra zbog kaznenog djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Okrivljenog 42-godišnjaka se tereti da je od 3. srpnja do 29. listopada 2007. u Zadru, u svojstvu direktora trgovačkog društva, s ciljem da si pribavi protupravnu imovinsku korist, počinio navedeno kazneno djelo. Tereti ga se da je bio svjestan kako je žiro račun tog trgovačkog društva od lipnja 2007. godine bio trajno blokiran, te da je u rujnu 2007. godine nad tim društvom pokrenut i stečajni postupak.

Unatoč tim činjenicama, 42-godišnjak je prodao dva stana u zgradi koju je izgradilo to trgovačko društvo, i to jedan za 100.834,50 eura, a drugi 122.325,00 eura, te je, po zaključenju predugovora o kupoprodaji stanova, cjelokupnu ugovorenu kupoprodajnu cijenu od kupaca primio u gotovini.

Tereti ga se da novac nije položio na račun društva već ga je zadržao za sebe oštetivši društvo koje je zastupao za iznos od 1.637.098,00 kuna.
