Lukoran resort d.o.o. slovačkog Sitno Holdinga predao je zahtjev Zadarskoj županiji za izdavanje građevinske dozvole za gradnju turističkog naselja s 40 vila i pratećih objekata ugostiteljsko-turističkog sadržaja. Upravni odjel za prostorno uređenje, zaštitu okoliša i komunalne poslove zakazao je uvid u spis predmeta za 13. prosinca.

Kako doznajemo, na zemljištu čija je površina nešto veća od 77 tisuća četvornih metara, inozemna kompanija u vlasništvu 71-godišnjeg Ludovita Černaka, bivšeg slovačkog dopremijera i ministra gospodarstva u dva mandata tijekom 90-ih godina prošlog stoljeća, ali i svojedobnog predsjednika nogometnog kluba Slovan iz Bratislave, planira veliki turistički kompleks.

Na nešto više od 77.000 četvornih metara Slovaci će, pretpostavlja se na proljeće sljedeće godine, početi gradnju 40 luksuznih vila s bazenima, recepcije i ugostiteljskih i sportsko-rekreativnih sadržaja budućeg turističkog naselja, te infrastrukture potrebne turističkom naselju. Između Općine Preko i Elene Segečove, članice Uprave Sitno Holding Real Estate iz Bratislave, u veljači 2020. godine potpisan je ugovor kojim je okončana kupoprodaja ovog zemljišta unutar ugostiteljsko-turističke zone ”Mačjak – Šumljak” u Lukoranu, na predjelu Prtljug,

Općinski načelnik Jure Brižić se veseli dovršetku projekta započetog prije 20-ak godina, a uvjeren je da se radi o „turističkom, gospodarskom razvitku i otvaranju novih radnih mjesta. Radujemo se realizaciji još jednog u nizu turističkih projekta na području naše općine”, izjavio je Jure Brižić.

Lukoran resort d.o.o. slovačkog Sitno Holdinga predao je zahtjev Zadarskoj županiji za izdavanje građevinske dozvole za gradnju turističkog naselja s 40 vila i pratećih objekata ugostiteljsko-turističkog sadržaja. Upravni odjel za prostorno uređenje, zaštitu okoliša i komunalne poslove zakazao je uvid u spis predmeta za 13. prosinca.

Kako doznajemo, na zemljištu čija je površina nešto veća od 77 tisuća četvornih metara, inozemna kompanija u vlasništvu 71-godišnjeg Ludovita Černaka, bivšeg slovačkog dopremijera i ministra gospodarstva u dva mandata tijekom 90-ih godina prošlog stoljeća, ali i svojedobnog predsjednika nogometnog kluba Slovan iz Bratislave, planira veliki turistički kompleks.

Na nešto više od 77.000 četvornih metara Slovaci će, pretpostavlja se na proljeće sljedeće godine, početi gradnju 40 luksuznih vila s bazenima, recepcije i ugostiteljskih i sportsko-rekreativnih sadržaja budućeg turističkog naselja, te infrastrukture potrebne turističkom naselju. Između Općine Preko i Elene Segečove, članice Uprave Sitno Holding Real Estate iz Bratislave, u veljači 2020. godine potpisan je ugovor kojim je okončana kupoprodaja ovog zemljišta unutar ugostiteljsko-turističke zone ”Mačjak – Šumljak” u Lukoranu, na predjelu Prtljug,

Općinski načelnik Jure Brižić se veseli dovršetku projekta započetog prije 20-ak godina, a uvjeren je da se radi o „turističkom, gospodarskom razvitku i otvaranju novih radnih mjesta. Radujemo se realizaciji još jednog u nizu turističkih projekta na području naše općine”, izjavio je Jure Brižić.

Lukoran resort d.o.o. slovačkog Sitno Holdinga predao je zahtjev Zadarskoj županiji za izdavanje građevinske dozvole za gradnju turističkog naselja s 40 vila i pratećih objekata ugostiteljsko-turističkog sadržaja. Upravni odjel za prostorno uređenje, zaštitu okoliša i komunalne poslove zakazao je uvid u spis predmeta za 13. prosinca.

Kako doznajemo, na zemljištu čija je površina nešto veća od 77 tisuća četvornih metara, inozemna kompanija u vlasništvu 71-godišnjeg Ludovita Černaka, bivšeg slovačkog dopremijera i ministra gospodarstva u dva mandata tijekom 90-ih godina prošlog stoljeća, ali i svojedobnog predsjednika nogometnog kluba Slovan iz Bratislave, planira veliki turistički kompleks.

Na nešto više od 77.000 četvornih metara Slovaci će, pretpostavlja se na proljeće sljedeće godine, početi gradnju 40 luksuznih vila s bazenima, recepcije i ugostiteljskih i sportsko-rekreativnih sadržaja budućeg turističkog naselja, te infrastrukture potrebne turističkom naselju. Između Općine Preko i Elene Segečove, članice Uprave Sitno Holding Real Estate iz Bratislave, u veljači 2020. godine potpisan je ugovor kojim je okončana kupoprodaja ovog zemljišta unutar ugostiteljsko-turističke zone ”Mačjak – Šumljak” u Lukoranu, na predjelu Prtljug,

Općinski načelnik Jure Brižić se veseli dovršetku projekta započetog prije 20-ak godina, a uvjeren je da se radi o „turističkom, gospodarskom razvitku i otvaranju novih radnih mjesta. Radujemo se realizaciji još jednog u nizu turističkih projekta na području naše općine”, izjavio je Jure Brižić.
