U Hrvatskoj je tijekom 2021. godine završena gradnja 12.514 stanova, što je 4,7 posto više nego prethodne godine, pokazuju podaci Državnog zavoda za statistiku (DZS).

Prosječna korisna površina stana iznosila je 94,9 četvornih metara.

Većina stanova, 92 posto, izgrađeno je kao novogradnja, 7,4 posto dogradnjom ili nadogradnjom postojećih zgrada, a 0,6 posto prenamjenom nestambenog prostora u stan.

Po županijama, najviše je stanova završeno u Gradu Zagrebu (koji ima status županije), njih 2.623, a slijedi Zadarska županija s 2.275 stanova i Splitsko-dalmatinska s 1.800 stanova.

Izgrađena 6.071 zgrada, 5,7 posto više nego 2021.

Lani je po podacima DZS-a izgrađeno i 6.071 zgrada, što je 5,7 posto više nego godinu prije.

Ukupna površina svih tih zgrada iznosila je 2,46 milijuna četvornih metara, što je 0,2 posto manje nego 2021. godini.

Od ukupnog broja zgrada završenih prošle godine 5.007 ili 82,5 posto su stambene, a 1.064 ili 17,5 posto nestambene, a ta potonja kategorija primjerice obuhvaća zgrade za poljoprivrednu djelatnost, za vjerske obrede, hotele, trgovine, zatim industrijske zgrade i skladišta, kao i zgrade za promet i komunikacije, poput javnih i privatnih garaža.

Po županijama, najviše zgrada, 856, dovršeno je u Zadarskoj županiji, slijedi Istarska županija sa 819 zgrada, Splitsko-dalmatinska s 573, itd.

U Hrvatskoj je tijekom 2021. godine završena gradnja 12.514 stanova, što je 4,7 posto više nego prethodne godine, pokazuju podaci Državnog zavoda za statistiku (DZS).

Prosječna korisna površina stana iznosila je 94,9 četvornih metara.

Većina stanova, 92 posto, izgrađeno je kao novogradnja, 7,4 posto dogradnjom ili nadogradnjom postojećih zgrada, a 0,6 posto prenamjenom nestambenog prostora u stan.

Po županijama, najviše je stanova završeno u Gradu Zagrebu (koji ima status županije), njih 2.623, a slijedi Zadarska županija s 2.275 stanova i Splitsko-dalmatinska s 1.800 stanova.

Izgrađena 6.071 zgrada, 5,7 posto više nego 2021.

Lani je po podacima DZS-a izgrađeno i 6.071 zgrada, što je 5,7 posto više nego godinu prije.

Ukupna površina svih tih zgrada iznosila je 2,46 milijuna četvornih metara, što je 0,2 posto manje nego 2021. godini.

Od ukupnog broja zgrada završenih prošle godine 5.007 ili 82,5 posto su stambene, a 1.064 ili 17,5 posto nestambene, a ta potonja kategorija primjerice obuhvaća zgrade za poljoprivrednu djelatnost, za vjerske obrede, hotele, trgovine, zatim industrijske zgrade i skladišta, kao i zgrade za promet i komunikacije, poput javnih i privatnih garaža.

Po županijama, najviše zgrada, 856, dovršeno je u Zadarskoj županiji, slijedi Istarska županija sa 819 zgrada, Splitsko-dalmatinska s 573, itd.

U Hrvatskoj je tijekom 2021. godine završena gradnja 12.514 stanova, što je 4,7 posto više nego prethodne godine, pokazuju podaci Državnog zavoda za statistiku (DZS).

Prosječna korisna površina stana iznosila je 94,9 četvornih metara.

Većina stanova, 92 posto, izgrađeno je kao novogradnja, 7,4 posto dogradnjom ili nadogradnjom postojećih zgrada, a 0,6 posto prenamjenom nestambenog prostora u stan.

Po županijama, najviše je stanova završeno u Gradu Zagrebu (koji ima status županije), njih 2.623, a slijedi Zadarska županija s 2.275 stanova i Splitsko-dalmatinska s 1.800 stanova.

Izgrađena 6.071 zgrada, 5,7 posto više nego 2021.

Lani je po podacima DZS-a izgrađeno i 6.071 zgrada, što je 5,7 posto više nego godinu prije.

Ukupna površina svih tih zgrada iznosila je 2,46 milijuna četvornih metara, što je 0,2 posto manje nego 2021. godini.

Od ukupnog broja zgrada završenih prošle godine 5.007 ili 82,5 posto su stambene, a 1.064 ili 17,5 posto nestambene, a ta potonja kategorija primjerice obuhvaća zgrade za poljoprivrednu djelatnost, za vjerske obrede, hotele, trgovine, zatim industrijske zgrade i skladišta, kao i zgrade za promet i komunikacije, poput javnih i privatnih garaža.

Po županijama, najviše zgrada, 856, dovršeno je u Zadarskoj županiji, slijedi Istarska županija sa 819 zgrada, Splitsko-dalmatinska s 573, itd.
