Policija je podnijela kaznenu prijavu protiv Branimira Markova, suvlasnika tvrtke Rive Liburna, u čijem se vlasništvu nalazi Ledana, zbog krivotovrenja poslovne dokumentacije.

"Policijski službenici Policijske uprave zadarske dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 54-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela krivotvorenja službene ili poslovne isprave i prijevara u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Sumnjiči ga se da je kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva sa sjedištem u Zadra, u sklopu kojeg posluje ugostiteljski objekt na području grada Zadra, u svibnju 2012. godine tijekom postupka utvrđivanja odgovarajućih minimalnih uvjeta za obavljanje ugostiteljske djelatnosti noćnog bara, iako svjestan da prostor ne udovoljava potrebnim uvjetima, sastavio i ovjerio dvije neistinite poslovne isprave koje je u postupku ishodovanja minimalnih uvjeta priložio nadležnom tijelu koje je po okončanju postupka, navedenom trgovačkom društvu izdalo rješenje za obavljanje tražene djelatnost.

Također ga se sumnjiči da je u vremenu od svibnja 2012. do srpnja 2022. godine, znajući da je površina poslovnog prostora u kojem posluje ugostiteljski objekt na području Poluotoka u Zadru, temeljem zaključenog ugovora o zakupu sa trgovačkim društvom, u stvarnosti znatno veća od ugovorene, s unaprijed stvorenom namjerom da svom društvu pribavi nepripadnu imovinsku korist u vidu neplaćanja stvarne površine poslovnog prostora od ugovorene, prikrio tu činjenicu najmodavcu poslovnog prostora na koji način je za svoje društvo ostvario nepripadnu imovinsku korist u iznosu od preko 120.000 kuna.

Protiv osumnjičenog, zbog navedenih kaznenih djela podnijeta je kaznena prijava Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru", navodi se u priopćenju PU zadarske.

Podsjetimo, Zadarski.hr je otkrio da je Ledana godinama radila bez minimalnih uvjeta za ugostiteljsku djelatnost na većini zakupljene javne površine te da je dobila mininalne uvjete za 102,85 kvadrata zatvorenog poslovnog prostora, iako je u zakupu od Nasada imala 35 kvadrata manje, odnosno 67 kvadrata.

Policija je podnijela kaznenu prijavu protiv Branimira Markova, suvlasnika tvrtke Rive Liburna, u čijem se vlasništvu nalazi Ledana, zbog krivotovrenja poslovne dokumentacije.

"Policijski službenici Policijske uprave zadarske dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 54-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela krivotvorenja službene ili poslovne isprave i prijevara u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Sumnjiči ga se da je kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva sa sjedištem u Zadra, u sklopu kojeg posluje ugostiteljski objekt na području grada Zadra, u svibnju 2012. godine tijekom postupka utvrđivanja odgovarajućih minimalnih uvjeta za obavljanje ugostiteljske djelatnosti noćnog bara, iako svjestan da prostor ne udovoljava potrebnim uvjetima, sastavio i ovjerio dvije neistinite poslovne isprave koje je u postupku ishodovanja minimalnih uvjeta priložio nadležnom tijelu koje je po okončanju postupka, navedenom trgovačkom društvu izdalo rješenje za obavljanje tražene djelatnost.

Također ga se sumnjiči da je u vremenu od svibnja 2012. do srpnja 2022. godine, znajući da je površina poslovnog prostora u kojem posluje ugostiteljski objekt na području Poluotoka u Zadru, temeljem zaključenog ugovora o zakupu sa trgovačkim društvom, u stvarnosti znatno veća od ugovorene, s unaprijed stvorenom namjerom da svom društvu pribavi nepripadnu imovinsku korist u vidu neplaćanja stvarne površine poslovnog prostora od ugovorene, prikrio tu činjenicu najmodavcu poslovnog prostora na koji način je za svoje društvo ostvario nepripadnu imovinsku korist u iznosu od preko 120.000 kuna.

Protiv osumnjičenog, zbog navedenih kaznenih djela podnijeta je kaznena prijava Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru", navodi se u priopćenju PU zadarske.

Podsjetimo, Zadarski.hr je otkrio da je Ledana godinama radila bez minimalnih uvjeta za ugostiteljsku djelatnost na većini zakupljene javne površine te da je dobila mininalne uvjete za 102,85 kvadrata zatvorenog poslovnog prostora, iako je u zakupu od Nasada imala 35 kvadrata manje, odnosno 67 kvadrata.

Nakon otkrića Zadarskog.hr policija prijavila Branimira Markova za prijevaru i krivotvorenje dokumentacije kako bi dobio minimalne uvjete za Ledanu!

Policija je podnijela kaznenu prijavu protiv Branimira Markova, suvlasnika tvrtke Rive Liburna, u čijem se vlasništvu nalazi Ledana, zbog krivotovrenja poslovne dokumentacije.

"Policijski službenici Policijske uprave zadarske dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 54-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela krivotvorenja službene ili poslovne isprave i prijevara u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Sumnjiči ga se da je kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva sa sjedištem u Zadra, u sklopu kojeg posluje ugostiteljski objekt na području grada Zadra, u svibnju 2012. godine tijekom postupka utvrđivanja odgovarajućih minimalnih uvjeta za obavljanje ugostiteljske djelatnosti noćnog bara, iako svjestan da prostor ne udovoljava potrebnim uvjetima, sastavio i ovjerio dvije neistinite poslovne isprave koje je u postupku ishodovanja minimalnih uvjeta priložio nadležnom tijelu koje je po okončanju postupka, navedenom trgovačkom društvu izdalo rješenje za obavljanje tražene djelatnost.

Također ga se sumnjiči da je u vremenu od svibnja 2012. do srpnja 2022. godine, znajući da je površina poslovnog prostora u kojem posluje ugostiteljski objekt na području Poluotoka u Zadru, temeljem zaključenog ugovora o zakupu sa trgovačkim društvom, u stvarnosti znatno veća od ugovorene, s unaprijed stvorenom namjerom da svom društvu pribavi nepripadnu imovinsku korist u vidu neplaćanja stvarne površine poslovnog prostora od ugovorene, prikrio tu činjenicu najmodavcu poslovnog prostora na koji način je za svoje društvo ostvario nepripadnu imovinsku korist u iznosu od preko 120.000 kuna.

Protiv osumnjičenog, zbog navedenih kaznenih djela podnijeta je kaznena prijava Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru", navodi se u priopćenju PU zadarske.

Podsjetimo, Zadarski.hr je otkrio da je Ledana godinama radila bez minimalnih uvjeta za ugostiteljsku djelatnost na većini zakupljene javne površine te da je dobila mininalne uvjete za 102,85 kvadrata zatvorenog poslovnog prostora, iako je u zakupu od Nasada imala 35 kvadrata manje, odnosno 67 kvadrata.
