Više od pola godine od podizanja kaznene prijave, Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru (ŽDO) podiglo je optužnicu protiv sedmorice mladića iz okolice Zadra zbog sumnje da su od kolovoza 2018. do srpnja 2019. godine u više navrata grupno silovali 16-godišnju djevojku iz njihovog mjesta.

Optužnicom ŽDO-a, petorica mladića, među kojima četvero sada ima 20, a jedan 19 godina, a dvojica 17 i 18 godina, optuženi su za počinjenje više teških kaznenih djela protiv spolne slobode.

- Okrivljenicima se stavlja na teret počinjenje jednog teškog kaznenog djela protiv spolne slobode, više teških kaznenih djela protiv spolne slobode, više kaznenih djela bludnih radnji i dva kaznena djela iskorištavanja djece za pornografiju, sve na štetu djeteta - navode u tužiteljstvu.

Djevojčica je postala žrtva masovnog seksualnog iživljavanja mladića kada joj je bilo 15 godina. Silovanja su ponekad snimali mobitelom, čime su ucjenjivali djevojku kako bi od nje iznudili nove seksualne odnose. Prijetili su joj da će filmove poslati njenim roditeljima i prijateljima ako ne pristane na seks.

Mladići su najprije bili pušteni pa vraćeni u istražni zatvor.

Na odluku suca istrage Ivana Markovića koji je tada osumnjičene za zlostavljanje 15-godišnjakinje pustio da se, uz mjere opreza, brane sa slobode, žalilo se Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru tražeći da se mjere zamijene istražnim zatvorom.

Sudac je tada zatražio policijsku zaštitu zbog prijetnji koje je dobivao, a širom Hrvatske zbog puštanja mladića buknuli su javni prosvjedi građana.

Više od pola godine od podizanja kaznene prijave, Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru (ŽDO) podiglo je optužnicu protiv sedmorice mladića iz okolice Zadra zbog sumnje da su od kolovoza 2018. do srpnja 2019. godine u više navrata grupno silovali 16-godišnju djevojku iz njihovog mjesta.

Optužnicom ŽDO-a, petorica mladića, među kojima četvero sada ima 20, a jedan 19 godina, a dvojica 17 i 18 godina, optuženi su za počinjenje više teških kaznenih djela protiv spolne slobode.

- Okrivljenicima se stavlja na teret počinjenje jednog teškog kaznenog djela protiv spolne slobode, više teških kaznenih djela protiv spolne slobode, više kaznenih djela bludnih radnji i dva kaznena djela iskorištavanja djece za pornografiju, sve na štetu djeteta - navode u tužiteljstvu.

Djevojčica je postala žrtva masovnog seksualnog iživljavanja mladića kada joj je bilo 15 godina. Silovanja su ponekad snimali mobitelom, čime su ucjenjivali djevojku kako bi od nje iznudili nove seksualne odnose. Prijetili su joj da će filmove poslati njenim roditeljima i prijateljima ako ne pristane na seks.

Mladići su najprije bili pušteni pa vraćeni u istražni zatvor.

Na odluku suca istrage Ivana Markovića koji je tada osumnjičene za zlostavljanje 15-godišnjakinje pustio da se, uz mjere opreza, brane sa slobode, žalilo se Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru tražeći da se mjere zamijene istražnim zatvorom.

Sudac je tada zatražio policijsku zaštitu zbog prijetnji koje je dobivao, a širom Hrvatske zbog puštanja mladića buknuli su javni prosvjedi građana.

Više od pola godine od podizanja kaznene prijave, Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru (ŽDO) podiglo je optužnicu protiv sedmorice mladića iz okolice Zadra zbog sumnje da su od kolovoza 2018. do srpnja 2019. godine u više navrata grupno silovali 16-godišnju djevojku iz njihovog mjesta.

Optužnicom ŽDO-a, petorica mladića, među kojima četvero sada ima 20, a jedan 19 godina, a dvojica 17 i 18 godina, optuženi su za počinjenje više teških kaznenih djela protiv spolne slobode.

- Okrivljenicima se stavlja na teret počinjenje jednog teškog kaznenog djela protiv spolne slobode, više teških kaznenih djela protiv spolne slobode, više kaznenih djela bludnih radnji i dva kaznena djela iskorištavanja djece za pornografiju, sve na štetu djeteta - navode u tužiteljstvu.

Djevojčica je postala žrtva masovnog seksualnog iživljavanja mladića kada joj je bilo 15 godina. Silovanja su ponekad snimali mobitelom, čime su ucjenjivali djevojku kako bi od nje iznudili nove seksualne odnose. Prijetili su joj da će filmove poslati njenim roditeljima i prijateljima ako ne pristane na seks.

Mladići su najprije bili pušteni pa vraćeni u istražni zatvor.

Na odluku suca istrage Ivana Markovića koji je tada osumnjičene za zlostavljanje 15-godišnjakinje pustio da se, uz mjere opreza, brane sa slobode, žalilo se Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru tražeći da se mjere zamijene istražnim zatvorom.

Sudac je tada zatražio policijsku zaštitu zbog prijetnji koje je dobivao, a širom Hrvatske zbog puštanja mladića buknuli su javni prosvjedi građana.
