Općina Sveti Filip i Jakov je početkom svibnja objavila javni natječaj za prodaju krškog, šumskog zemljišta u Turnju od 4.201 kvadratni metar koji je pažnju privukao početnom cijenom od 95 eura po kvadratu. Ishod natječaja je pokazao da je negdje nešto „pošlo po zlu” pa je općinski načelnik Zoran Pelicarić morao poništiti natječaj.

-Na taj natječaj nije stigla ni jedna jedina ponuda. Svjestan sam da je cijena bila naizgled visoka. Imali smo procjenu sudskog vještaka koju smo podigli za 30-40 eura po kvadratu, jer smo tako procijenili budući smo mislili da bi to zemljište u budućnosti moglo vrijediti puno više. Pokazalo se da smo pogriješili, kaže načelnik Pelicarić pojašnjavajući da se radi o zemljištu u sklopu filipjanske poduzetničke zone.

-Naša je namjera bila prodati teren na kojemu će netko od zainteresiranih investitora izgraditi benzinsku crpku jer je zemljište uz samu Jadransku magistralu. Imali smo četiri, pet potencijalnih ulagača koji su iskazivali interes, ali, eto, nitko od njih se nije javio, objašnjava Pelicarić zaključujući da Općina neće žuriti s novim natječajem sve dok ne bude imala izglednijeg investitora.

Općina Sveti Filip i Jakov je početkom svibnja objavila javni natječaj za prodaju krškog, šumskog zemljišta u Turnju od 4.201 kvadratni metar koji je pažnju privukao početnom cijenom od 95 eura po kvadratu. Ishod natječaja je pokazao da je negdje nešto „pošlo po zlu” pa je općinski načelnik Zoran Pelicarić morao poništiti natječaj.

-Na taj natječaj nije stigla ni jedna jedina ponuda. Svjestan sam da je cijena bila naizgled visoka. Imali smo procjenu sudskog vještaka koju smo podigli za 30-40 eura po kvadratu, jer smo tako procijenili budući smo mislili da bi to zemljište u budućnosti moglo vrijediti puno više. Pokazalo se da smo pogriješili, kaže načelnik Pelicarić pojašnjavajući da se radi o zemljištu u sklopu filipjanske poduzetničke zone.

-Naša je namjera bila prodati teren na kojemu će netko od zainteresiranih investitora izgraditi benzinsku crpku jer je zemljište uz samu Jadransku magistralu. Imali smo četiri, pet potencijalnih ulagača koji su iskazivali interes, ali, eto, nitko od njih se nije javio, objašnjava Pelicarić zaključujući da Općina neće žuriti s novim natječajem sve dok ne bude imala izglednijeg investitora.

Općina Sveti Filip i Jakov prodavala "krš i šumu” za 95 eura po kvadratu i na kraju – poništili natječaj!

Općina Sveti Filip i Jakov je početkom svibnja objavila javni natječaj za prodaju krškog, šumskog zemljišta u Turnju od 4.201 kvadratni metar koji je pažnju privukao početnom cijenom od 95 eura po kvadratu. Ishod natječaja je pokazao da je negdje nešto „pošlo po zlu” pa je općinski načelnik Zoran Pelicarić morao poništiti natječaj.

-Na taj natječaj nije stigla ni jedna jedina ponuda. Svjestan sam da je cijena bila naizgled visoka. Imali smo procjenu sudskog vještaka koju smo podigli za 30-40 eura po kvadratu, jer smo tako procijenili budući smo mislili da bi to zemljište u budućnosti moglo vrijediti puno više. Pokazalo se da smo pogriješili, kaže načelnik Pelicarić pojašnjavajući da se radi o zemljištu u sklopu filipjanske poduzetničke zone.

-Naša je namjera bila prodati teren na kojemu će netko od zainteresiranih investitora izgraditi benzinsku crpku jer je zemljište uz samu Jadransku magistralu. Imali smo četiri, pet potencijalnih ulagača koji su iskazivali interes, ali, eto, nitko od njih se nije javio, objašnjava Pelicarić zaključujući da Općina neće žuriti s novim natječajem sve dok ne bude imala izglednijeg investitora.
