Policijski službenici Postaje pomorske i aerodromske policije Zadar dovršili su jučer kriminalističko istraživanje nad hrvatskim državljaninom u dobi od 18 godina, kojeg se sumnjiči za neovlaštenu uporabu tuđe pokretne stvari.

Naime, provodeći nadzor prometa 6. svibnja u kasnovečernjim satima na Pašmanu, policijski službenici su uočili osobno vozilo zadarskih registarskih oznaka, koje su pokušali zaustaviti međutim vozač se oglušio na izdane naredbe te se udaljio osobnim vozilom zadarskih registarskih oznaka, koje je kasnije ostavio na makadamskom putu i pobjegao.

Nadalje, tijekom kriminalističkog istraživanja utvrđeno je kako je osumnjičeni prethodno, u vremenu od 4. do 6. svibnja u Dobropoljani otuđio osobni automobil u vlasništvu 36-godišnjaka, kojeg je neovlašteno koristio pri počinjenu prometnih prekršaja.

Protiv njega se podnosi kaznena prijava te je prekršajno sankcioniran poradi počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti na cestama.

Policijski službenici Postaje pomorske i aerodromske policije Zadar dovršili su jučer kriminalističko istraživanje nad hrvatskim državljaninom u dobi od 18 godina, kojeg se sumnjiči za neovlaštenu uporabu tuđe pokretne stvari.

Naime, provodeći nadzor prometa 6. svibnja u kasnovečernjim satima na Pašmanu, policijski službenici su uočili osobno vozilo zadarskih registarskih oznaka, koje su pokušali zaustaviti međutim vozač se oglušio na izdane naredbe te se udaljio osobnim vozilom zadarskih registarskih oznaka, koje je kasnije ostavio na makadamskom putu i pobjegao.

Nadalje, tijekom kriminalističkog istraživanja utvrđeno je kako je osumnjičeni prethodno, u vremenu od 4. do 6. svibnja u Dobropoljani otuđio osobni automobil u vlasništvu 36-godišnjaka, kojeg je neovlašteno koristio pri počinjenu prometnih prekršaja.

Protiv njega se podnosi kaznena prijava te je prekršajno sankcioniran poradi počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti na cestama.

Policijski službenici Postaje pomorske i aerodromske policije Zadar dovršili su jučer kriminalističko istraživanje nad hrvatskim državljaninom u dobi od 18 godina, kojeg se sumnjiči za neovlaštenu uporabu tuđe pokretne stvari.

Naime, provodeći nadzor prometa 6. svibnja u kasnovečernjim satima na Pašmanu, policijski službenici su uočili osobno vozilo zadarskih registarskih oznaka, koje su pokušali zaustaviti međutim vozač se oglušio na izdane naredbe te se udaljio osobnim vozilom zadarskih registarskih oznaka, koje je kasnije ostavio na makadamskom putu i pobjegao.

Nadalje, tijekom kriminalističkog istraživanja utvrđeno je kako je osumnjičeni prethodno, u vremenu od 4. do 6. svibnja u Dobropoljani otuđio osobni automobil u vlasništvu 36-godišnjaka, kojeg je neovlašteno koristio pri počinjenu prometnih prekršaja.

Protiv njega se podnosi kaznena prijava te je prekršajno sankcioniran poradi počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti na cestama.
