- U izmjene i dopune plana nabave Opće bolnice Zadar je 1. ožujka uvrštena jednostavna nabava usluge izrade tehnoloških podloga i izvedbenog projekta prilagodbe prostora za linearni akcelerator i CT simulator. Rok izvođenja radova na Dnevnoj bolnici je travanj 2023., dakle ističe za nešto više od mjesec dana. Jasno je da će on biti probijen, no to nije vijest. Vijest bi bila da neće. Činjenica je da je oko Dnevne bolnice i linearnog akceleratora do sada bilo toliko iznevjerenih obećanja i očitih laži za dnevno političke potrebe da novo kašnjenje radova više nikoga ne može iznenaditi - kazala je vijećnica Vedrana Mišković (SDP) u četvrtak na sjednici zadarske Županijske skupštine.

- Svašta se tu događalo, povrede postupka javne nabave, zbrka s armaturom, mijenjanje gustoće betona sa 3200 kg po metru kubičnom na 2950 kg u prostoru u koji će biti smješten akcelerator i još puno toga, no raspisivanje ove nabave ipak me je iznenadilo. Dakle, četiri godine nakon početka izvođenja radova, sedam mjeseci otkako je novi izvođač započeo izvođenje radova i samo 40 dana prije aktualnog roka završetka radova, sad je odjednom, niotkuda, izronio izvedbeni projekt prilagodbe prostora za linearni akcelerator! Kako to da se za to nije znalo makar nakon što je novi izvođač preuzeo izvođenje radova i zna li itko kada će radovi biti gotovi? Može li mi netko dati suvisao odgovor na ova pitanja, a da pri tom ne spominje uobičajene floskule i opravdanja? - pitala je Mišković.

Župan Božidar Longin je vijećnici rekao da će odgovore na ova pitanja dobiti u pismenom obliku.

- U izmjene i dopune plana nabave Opće bolnice Zadar je 1. ožujka uvrštena jednostavna nabava usluge izrade tehnoloških podloga i izvedbenog projekta prilagodbe prostora za linearni akcelerator i CT simulator. Rok izvođenja radova na Dnevnoj bolnici je travanj 2023., dakle ističe za nešto više od mjesec dana. Jasno je da će on biti probijen, no to nije vijest. Vijest bi bila da neće. Činjenica je da je oko Dnevne bolnice i linearnog akceleratora do sada bilo toliko iznevjerenih obećanja i očitih laži za dnevno političke potrebe da novo kašnjenje radova više nikoga ne može iznenaditi - kazala je vijećnica Vedrana Mišković (SDP) u četvrtak na sjednici zadarske Županijske skupštine.

- Svašta se tu događalo, povrede postupka javne nabave, zbrka s armaturom, mijenjanje gustoće betona sa 3200 kg po metru kubičnom na 2950 kg u prostoru u koji će biti smješten akcelerator i još puno toga, no raspisivanje ove nabave ipak me je iznenadilo. Dakle, četiri godine nakon početka izvođenja radova, sedam mjeseci otkako je novi izvođač započeo izvođenje radova i samo 40 dana prije aktualnog roka završetka radova, sad je odjednom, niotkuda, izronio izvedbeni projekt prilagodbe prostora za linearni akcelerator! Kako to da se za to nije znalo makar nakon što je novi izvođač preuzeo izvođenje radova i zna li itko kada će radovi biti gotovi? Može li mi netko dati suvisao odgovor na ova pitanja, a da pri tom ne spominje uobičajene floskule i opravdanja? - pitala je Mišković.

Župan Božidar Longin je vijećnici rekao da će odgovore na ova pitanja dobiti u pismenom obliku.

Kako je moguće da izvedbeni projekt prilagodbe prostora za linearni akcelerator ‘izroni‘ 40 dana prije roka završetka radova na Dnevnoj bolnici?

- U izmjene i dopune plana nabave Opće bolnice Zadar je 1. ožujka uvrštena jednostavna nabava usluge izrade tehnoloških podloga i izvedbenog projekta prilagodbe prostora za linearni akcelerator i CT simulator. Rok izvođenja radova na Dnevnoj bolnici je travanj 2023., dakle ističe za nešto više od mjesec dana. Jasno je da će on biti probijen, no to nije vijest. Vijest bi bila da neće. Činjenica je da je oko Dnevne bolnice i linearnog akceleratora do sada bilo toliko iznevjerenih obećanja i očitih laži za dnevno političke potrebe da novo kašnjenje radova više nikoga ne može iznenaditi - kazala je vijećnica Vedrana Mišković (SDP) u četvrtak na sjednici zadarske Županijske skupštine.

- Svašta se tu događalo, povrede postupka javne nabave, zbrka s armaturom, mijenjanje gustoće betona sa 3200 kg po metru kubičnom na 2950 kg u prostoru u koji će biti smješten akcelerator i još puno toga, no raspisivanje ove nabave ipak me je iznenadilo. Dakle, četiri godine nakon početka izvođenja radova, sedam mjeseci otkako je novi izvođač započeo izvođenje radova i samo 40 dana prije aktualnog roka završetka radova, sad je odjednom, niotkuda, izronio izvedbeni projekt prilagodbe prostora za linearni akcelerator! Kako to da se za to nije znalo makar nakon što je novi izvođač preuzeo izvođenje radova i zna li itko kada će radovi biti gotovi? Može li mi netko dati suvisao odgovor na ova pitanja, a da pri tom ne spominje uobičajene floskule i opravdanja? - pitala je Mišković.

Župan Božidar Longin je vijećnici rekao da će odgovore na ova pitanja dobiti u pismenom obliku.
