Šuma u neposrednoj blizini zadarskog azila na Žmirićima, koja je jučer nestala pod teškom mašinerijom, prema izvidima Šumarske inspekcije Državnog inspektorata, posječena je prema zakonu. 

Naime, nakon naše prijave, Državni je inspektorat obavio inspekcijski nadzor na lokaciji neposredno uz azil te njihovo priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:

- Uvidom u sustav zemljišnih knjiga i katastra k.č.br. 766/44, k.o. Diklo po načinu uporabe vodi se dijelom kao šuma, a u Prostornom planu uređenja Grada Zadra ista se vodi kao neizgrađeni dio građevinskog područja. Predmetna katastarska čestica u vlasništvu je privatne osobe.

S obzirom na navedeno tj. sukladno članku 39. stavak 4. Zakona o šumama gdje je propisano da se dozvola za krčenje šuma ne izdaje ako je šuma i šumsko zemljište privatnih šumoposjednika obuhvatom prostornog plana u građevinskom području, šumarska inspekcija Državnog inspektorata nije utvrdila povrede Zakona - stoji u priopćenju koje je nam je poslao Državni inspektorat.

Šuma u neposrednoj blizini zadarskog azila na Žmirićima, koja je jučer nestala pod teškom mašinerijom, prema izvidima Šumarske inspekcije Državnog inspektorata, posječena je prema zakonu. 

Naime, nakon naše prijave, Državni je inspektorat obavio inspekcijski nadzor na lokaciji neposredno uz azil te njihovo priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:

- Uvidom u sustav zemljišnih knjiga i katastra k.č.br. 766/44, k.o. Diklo po načinu uporabe vodi se dijelom kao šuma, a u Prostornom planu uređenja Grada Zadra ista se vodi kao neizgrađeni dio građevinskog područja. Predmetna katastarska čestica u vlasništvu je privatne osobe.

S obzirom na navedeno tj. sukladno članku 39. stavak 4. Zakona o šumama gdje je propisano da se dozvola za krčenje šuma ne izdaje ako je šuma i šumsko zemljište privatnih šumoposjednika obuhvatom prostornog plana u građevinskom području, šumarska inspekcija Državnog inspektorata nije utvrdila povrede Zakona - stoji u priopćenju koje je nam je poslao Državni inspektorat.

Inspekcijski nadzor pokazao: stabla u blizini azila posječena su po zakonu

Šuma u neposrednoj blizini zadarskog azila na Žmirićima, koja je jučer nestala pod teškom mašinerijom, prema izvidima Šumarske inspekcije Državnog inspektorata, posječena je prema zakonu. 

Naime, nakon naše prijave, Državni je inspektorat obavio inspekcijski nadzor na lokaciji neposredno uz azil te njihovo priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:

- Uvidom u sustav zemljišnih knjiga i katastra k.č.br. 766/44, k.o. Diklo po načinu uporabe vodi se dijelom kao šuma, a u Prostornom planu uređenja Grada Zadra ista se vodi kao neizgrađeni dio građevinskog područja. Predmetna katastarska čestica u vlasništvu je privatne osobe.

S obzirom na navedeno tj. sukladno članku 39. stavak 4. Zakona o šumama gdje je propisano da se dozvola za krčenje šuma ne izdaje ako je šuma i šumsko zemljište privatnih šumoposjednika obuhvatom prostornog plana u građevinskom području, šumarska inspekcija Državnog inspektorata nije utvrdila povrede Zakona - stoji u priopćenju koje je nam je poslao Državni inspektorat.
