Domaći poduzetnici i (bivši) političari stečeni kapital često ulažu u biznise koji su im daleko od matičnih, a sve češće uplovljavaju i u nekretninske vode.

Novi takav potez stiže iz Turnja kod Zadra gdje su u "papirnatoj" ili stvarnoj građevinskoj pripremi dva susjedna projekta iza kojih stoje osobe itekako poznate široj javnosti. Na dvjema postojećim parcelama, ukupne površine 5000 četvornih metara, koje će se uskoro razdijeliti u niz manjih, gradit će se osam zgrada i vila.

Budući da su tereni smješteni praktički u prvom redu do mora, objekti na samoj imat će po jedan troetažni stan, dok će oni višestambeni biti smješteni samo malo dalje, prema rubovima rijetkih preostalih "praznih" parcela koje sežu do Jadranske magistrale.

Vlasnik zapadnog zemljišta, na kojem će se graditi četiri vile i zgrade s po dva kata iznad prizemlja, zagrebačka je tvrtka "Turanj projekt". Njezini suvlasnici su Ivan Parać i Vinko Čilaš, dvojac koji je od osnutka 1992. godine pa sve do lani držao kompaniju "Pan-pek", poznatu po proizvodnji peciva i smrznitih pekarskih proizvoda, koji su u fazama prodavali poljskom kapitalnom fondu.

Istočni teren na turanjskom predjelu Ograde drži također zagrebačka "VMD Grupa", čiji je suvlasnik dr. Antun Mikec, koji se prošle godine dijelom povukao iz širokog obiteljskog posla u korist aktualnog direktora, njegova sina Nevena.

Mikec senior dobro je poznat u dalmatinskoj javnosti, jer je godinama "gurao" osporavani projekt izgradnje centra za golf u blizini Biograda na Moru. Na čak 250 tisuća kvadrata otkupljenog zemljišta, te još oko 900 tisuća četvornih metara državnih nekretnina planirao je urediti veliki projekt koji još uvijek nije realiziran.

Neven Mikec prije desetak godina bio je zamjenik šefa hrvatske misije pri Ujedinjenim narodima, a prije toga i tajnik kabineta ministra vanjskih poslova. Šef hrvatske diplomacije tada je bio Gordan Jandroković (HDZ), aktualni čelni čovjek Hrvatskog sabora, za kojeg se spominjalo da je kupio stan na elitnoj zagrebačkoj lokaciji od - Antuna Mikeca.

Domaći poduzetnici i (bivši) političari stečeni kapital često ulažu u biznise koji su im daleko od matičnih, a sve češće uplovljavaju i u nekretninske vode.

Novi takav potez stiže iz Turnja kod Zadra gdje su u "papirnatoj" ili stvarnoj građevinskoj pripremi dva susjedna projekta iza kojih stoje osobe itekako poznate široj javnosti. Na dvjema postojećim parcelama, ukupne površine 5000 četvornih metara, koje će se uskoro razdijeliti u niz manjih, gradit će se osam zgrada i vila.

Budući da su tereni smješteni praktički u prvom redu do mora, objekti na samoj imat će po jedan troetažni stan, dok će oni višestambeni biti smješteni samo malo dalje, prema rubovima rijetkih preostalih "praznih" parcela koje sežu do Jadranske magistrale.

Vlasnik zapadnog zemljišta, na kojem će se graditi četiri vile i zgrade s po dva kata iznad prizemlja, zagrebačka je tvrtka "Turanj projekt". Njezini suvlasnici su Ivan Parać i Vinko Čilaš, dvojac koji je od osnutka 1992. godine pa sve do lani držao kompaniju "Pan-pek", poznatu po proizvodnji peciva i smrznitih pekarskih proizvoda, koji su u fazama prodavali poljskom kapitalnom fondu.

Istočni teren na turanjskom predjelu Ograde drži također zagrebačka "VMD Grupa", čiji je suvlasnik dr. Antun Mikec, koji se prošle godine dijelom povukao iz širokog obiteljskog posla u korist aktualnog direktora, njegova sina Nevena.

Mikec senior dobro je poznat u dalmatinskoj javnosti, jer je godinama "gurao" osporavani projekt izgradnje centra za golf u blizini Biograda na Moru. Na čak 250 tisuća kvadrata otkupljenog zemljišta, te još oko 900 tisuća četvornih metara državnih nekretnina planirao je urediti veliki projekt koji još uvijek nije realiziran.

Neven Mikec prije desetak godina bio je zamjenik šefa hrvatske misije pri Ujedinjenim narodima, a prije toga i tajnik kabineta ministra vanjskih poslova. Šef hrvatske diplomacije tada je bio Gordan Jandroković (HDZ), aktualni čelni čovjek Hrvatskog sabora, za kojeg se spominjalo da je kupio stan na elitnoj zagrebačkoj lokaciji od - Antuna Mikeca.

Hrvatski ‘kraljevi peciva‘ u velikom projektu: u prvom redu do mora u Turnju grade vile s troetažnim stanovima, a ni Mikec ne miruje kod Biograda...

Domaći poduzetnici i (bivši) političari stečeni kapital često ulažu u biznise koji su im daleko od matičnih, a sve češće uplovljavaju i u nekretninske vode.

Novi takav potez stiže iz Turnja kod Zadra gdje su u "papirnatoj" ili stvarnoj građevinskoj pripremi dva susjedna projekta iza kojih stoje osobe itekako poznate široj javnosti. Na dvjema postojećim parcelama, ukupne površine 5000 četvornih metara, koje će se uskoro razdijeliti u niz manjih, gradit će se osam zgrada i vila.

Budući da su tereni smješteni praktički u prvom redu do mora, objekti na samoj imat će po jedan troetažni stan, dok će oni višestambeni biti smješteni samo malo dalje, prema rubovima rijetkih preostalih "praznih" parcela koje sežu do Jadranske magistrale.

Vlasnik zapadnog zemljišta, na kojem će se graditi četiri vile i zgrade s po dva kata iznad prizemlja, zagrebačka je tvrtka "Turanj projekt". Njezini suvlasnici su Ivan Parać i Vinko Čilaš, dvojac koji je od osnutka 1992. godine pa sve do lani držao kompaniju "Pan-pek", poznatu po proizvodnji peciva i smrznitih pekarskih proizvoda, koji su u fazama prodavali poljskom kapitalnom fondu.

Istočni teren na turanjskom predjelu Ograde drži također zagrebačka "VMD Grupa", čiji je suvlasnik dr. Antun Mikec, koji se prošle godine dijelom povukao iz širokog obiteljskog posla u korist aktualnog direktora, njegova sina Nevena.

Mikec senior dobro je poznat u dalmatinskoj javnosti, jer je godinama "gurao" osporavani projekt izgradnje centra za golf u blizini Biograda na Moru. Na čak 250 tisuća kvadrata otkupljenog zemljišta, te još oko 900 tisuća četvornih metara državnih nekretnina planirao je urediti veliki projekt koji još uvijek nije realiziran.

Neven Mikec prije desetak godina bio je zamjenik šefa hrvatske misije pri Ujedinjenim narodima, a prije toga i tajnik kabineta ministra vanjskih poslova. Šef hrvatske diplomacije tada je bio Gordan Jandroković (HDZ), aktualni čelni čovjek Hrvatskog sabora, za kojeg se spominjalo da je kupio stan na elitnoj zagrebačkoj lokaciji od - Antuna Mikeca.
