Gradonačelnik Branko Dukić u društvu državnog tajnika Šime Erlića, svog zamjenika Ante Babića i gradskih pročelnika Ante Ćurkovića, Darka Kasapa i Ivice Katića, te direktora tvrtke Inovativni Zadar Alana Kocipera obišao je gradilišta strateških gradskih projekata- Zone Crno i novog poduzetničkog inkubatora. 

- Okupili smo se ovdje da pogledamo što je budućnost grada Zadra jer ovo smatram jednim od mojih najbitnijih projekata u ovom mandatu. Sa dovršenjem ova dva projekta nadam se da ćemo povećati broj zaposlenih i razvoj srednjeg i malog poduzetništva, što će gradu dati definitivan poticaj za razvoj. Aktiviranjem ovih 25 hektara najavljujemo, čim se završi iduće godine, investitore i radnike koji će ovdje raditi. Sav novac koji se ovdje zaradi ulagati ćemo dalje u Zonu jer je s 400 hektara to jedna od najvećih zona u Hrvatskoj. Nadam se da ćemo u idućih 10 godina realizirati bar 70% te površine - rekao je gradonačelnik Dukić.

- Ovo je dugogodišnji vizionarski projekt koji je obilježio posljednje desetljeće u razvoju projekta. Sada je poduprt EU sredstvima sa 35 milijuna kuna i napokon svjedočimo tome da se Zona Crno stavlja u funkciju. Dio je to sveopćeg plana razvoja grada i županije, kazao je Šime Erlić, državni tajnik.  

Pročelnik za EU fondove Ante Ćurković istaknuo je kako je izgradnja infrastrukture za Zonu Crno najvažniji korak za veliku gospodarsku afirmaciju Zadra. 

Nakon Zone Crno, obišli su i radove na izgradnji novog poduzetničkog inkubatora na Bilom brigu. 

- Ovo je drugi projekt koji je jako bitan za poduzetništvo u Zadru. U planiranju se vodimo ravnomjernom raspoređenošću projekata prema gradskim četvrtima, pa mislim da će i ovaj kvart izgradnjom inkubatora dobiti zamah za novi razvoj - riječi su gradonačelnika Dukića.

Direktor Inovativnog Zadra, Alan Kociper rekao je kako mu je drago da je projekt došao u fazu u kojoj se može nešto konkretno pokazati. Grubi građevinski radovi su gotovi, projekt je vrijedan 25 milijuna kuna, od čega je 21 milijun iz EU fondova. Zgrada će imati oko 2000 kvadrata korisne površine i predviđa se da će moći osigurati prostor za 100 radnih mjesta, pretežno iz IT sektora i kreativnih industrija, odnosno malog i mikro poduzetništva. U tijeku je ispitivanje interesa te pozivamo poduzetnike da preuzmu obrazac na stranici InZad-a ukoliko imaju interesa za prostor. 

- Ovakvim priojektima stvaramo bolje okruženje, bolji eko sustav za poduzetnike, to je pokazatelj kako se provodi integrirana strategija razvoja grada uz pomoć EU fondova - naglasio je i Erlić.

Gradonačelnik Branko Dukić u društvu državnog tajnika Šime Erlića, svog zamjenika Ante Babića i gradskih pročelnika Ante Ćurkovića, Darka Kasapa i Ivice Katića, te direktora tvrtke Inovativni Zadar Alana Kocipera obišao je gradilišta strateških gradskih projekata- Zone Crno i novog poduzetničkog inkubatora. 

- Okupili smo se ovdje da pogledamo što je budućnost grada Zadra jer ovo smatram jednim od mojih najbitnijih projekata u ovom mandatu. Sa dovršenjem ova dva projekta nadam se da ćemo povećati broj zaposlenih i razvoj srednjeg i malog poduzetništva, što će gradu dati definitivan poticaj za razvoj. Aktiviranjem ovih 25 hektara najavljujemo, čim se završi iduće godine, investitore i radnike koji će ovdje raditi. Sav novac koji se ovdje zaradi ulagati ćemo dalje u Zonu jer je s 400 hektara to jedna od najvećih zona u Hrvatskoj. Nadam se da ćemo u idućih 10 godina realizirati bar 70% te površine - rekao je gradonačelnik Dukić.

- Ovo je dugogodišnji vizionarski projekt koji je obilježio posljednje desetljeće u razvoju projekta. Sada je poduprt EU sredstvima sa 35 milijuna kuna i napokon svjedočimo tome da se Zona Crno stavlja u funkciju. Dio je to sveopćeg plana razvoja grada i županije, kazao je Šime Erlić, državni tajnik.  

Pročelnik za EU fondove Ante Ćurković istaknuo je kako je izgradnja infrastrukture za Zonu Crno najvažniji korak za veliku gospodarsku afirmaciju Zadra. 

Nakon Zone Crno, obišli su i radove na izgradnji novog poduzetničkog inkubatora na Bilom brigu. 

- Ovo je drugi projekt koji je jako bitan za poduzetništvo u Zadru. U planiranju se vodimo ravnomjernom raspoređenošću projekata prema gradskim četvrtima, pa mislim da će i ovaj kvart izgradnjom inkubatora dobiti zamah za novi razvoj - riječi su gradonačelnika Dukića.

Direktor Inovativnog Zadra, Alan Kociper rekao je kako mu je drago da je projekt došao u fazu u kojoj se može nešto konkretno pokazati. Grubi građevinski radovi su gotovi, projekt je vrijedan 25 milijuna kuna, od čega je 21 milijun iz EU fondova. Zgrada će imati oko 2000 kvadrata korisne površine i predviđa se da će moći osigurati prostor za 100 radnih mjesta, pretežno iz IT sektora i kreativnih industrija, odnosno malog i mikro poduzetništva. U tijeku je ispitivanje interesa te pozivamo poduzetnike da preuzmu obrazac na stranici InZad-a ukoliko imaju interesa za prostor. 

- Ovakvim priojektima stvaramo bolje okruženje, bolji eko sustav za poduzetnike, to je pokazatelj kako se provodi integrirana strategija razvoja grada uz pomoć EU fondova - naglasio je i Erlić.

Gradonačelnik Dukić i suradnici u društvu državnog tajnika Erlića posjetili gradilište poduzetničke zone u Crnom, ali i ono na Bilom brigu

Gradonačelnik Branko Dukić u društvu državnog tajnika Šime Erlića, svog zamjenika Ante Babića i gradskih pročelnika Ante Ćurkovića, Darka Kasapa i Ivice Katića, te direktora tvrtke Inovativni Zadar Alana Kocipera obišao je gradilišta strateških gradskih projekata- Zone Crno i novog poduzetničkog inkubatora. 

- Okupili smo se ovdje da pogledamo što je budućnost grada Zadra jer ovo smatram jednim od mojih najbitnijih projekata u ovom mandatu. Sa dovršenjem ova dva projekta nadam se da ćemo povećati broj zaposlenih i razvoj srednjeg i malog poduzetništva, što će gradu dati definitivan poticaj za razvoj. Aktiviranjem ovih 25 hektara najavljujemo, čim se završi iduće godine, investitore i radnike koji će ovdje raditi. Sav novac koji se ovdje zaradi ulagati ćemo dalje u Zonu jer je s 400 hektara to jedna od najvećih zona u Hrvatskoj. Nadam se da ćemo u idućih 10 godina realizirati bar 70% te površine - rekao je gradonačelnik Dukić.

- Ovo je dugogodišnji vizionarski projekt koji je obilježio posljednje desetljeće u razvoju projekta. Sada je poduprt EU sredstvima sa 35 milijuna kuna i napokon svjedočimo tome da se Zona Crno stavlja u funkciju. Dio je to sveopćeg plana razvoja grada i županije, kazao je Šime Erlić, državni tajnik.  

Pročelnik za EU fondove Ante Ćurković istaknuo je kako je izgradnja infrastrukture za Zonu Crno najvažniji korak za veliku gospodarsku afirmaciju Zadra. 

Nakon Zone Crno, obišli su i radove na izgradnji novog poduzetničkog inkubatora na Bilom brigu. 

- Ovo je drugi projekt koji je jako bitan za poduzetništvo u Zadru. U planiranju se vodimo ravnomjernom raspoređenošću projekata prema gradskim četvrtima, pa mislim da će i ovaj kvart izgradnjom inkubatora dobiti zamah za novi razvoj - riječi su gradonačelnika Dukića.

Direktor Inovativnog Zadra, Alan Kociper rekao je kako mu je drago da je projekt došao u fazu u kojoj se može nešto konkretno pokazati. Grubi građevinski radovi su gotovi, projekt je vrijedan 25 milijuna kuna, od čega je 21 milijun iz EU fondova. Zgrada će imati oko 2000 kvadrata korisne površine i predviđa se da će moći osigurati prostor za 100 radnih mjesta, pretežno iz IT sektora i kreativnih industrija, odnosno malog i mikro poduzetništva. U tijeku je ispitivanje interesa te pozivamo poduzetnike da preuzmu obrazac na stranici InZad-a ukoliko imaju interesa za prostor. 

- Ovakvim priojektima stvaramo bolje okruženje, bolji eko sustav za poduzetnike, to je pokazatelj kako se provodi integrirana strategija razvoja grada uz pomoć EU fondova - naglasio je i Erlić.
