Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je 10. lipnja  2021., nakon provedene istrage, podiglo optužnicu protiv državljanina Republike Hrvatske (1980.) zbog počinjenja kaznenih djela protiv osobne slobode protupravnim oduzimanjem slobode iz čl. 136. st. 1. Kaznenog zakona, te dva kaznena djela protiv javnog reda prisilom prema službenoj osobi u pokušaju iz čl. 314. st. 2. u vezi sa st. 1. i u vezi sa čl. 34. KZ-a, sve u vezi sa čl. 51. KZ-a. (11. 6. 2021.)

Okrivljenom 41-godišnjaku se stavlja na teret da je 10. svibnja 2021. u Zadru i u jednom mjestu pored Zadra, pod utjecajem alkohola; nezadovoljan što je oštećenica prekinula s njim ljubavnu vezu, a znajući da se ona nalazi u jednom mjestu pored Zadra; iako svjestan da oštećenica ne želi ići s njim, kako bi savladao njezin otpor fizički ju je napao, te ju protivno njenoj volji ugurao u vozilo, a tijekom vožnje ju je udarao dlanom po licu. Tereti ga se da je oštećenicu odvezao u svoju obiteljsku kuću gdje ju je, unatoč njezinom protivljenju, zadržao sve dok nije saznao da za njim traga policija.

Okrivljenika se tereti da je u jednom mjestu pored Zadra, dok se nalazio u vozilu zajedno sa oštećenicom, u trenutku kada je ugledao službena policijska vozila povećao brzinu kretanja svojim vozilom kako bi pobjegao. Tereti ga se da je tijekom bijega, u cilju da spriječi policijske službenike u obavljanju njihovih službenih radnji te pristajući na mogućnost da ugrozi njihovu sigurnost i tjelesni integritet, svojim vozilom udario u službeno policijsko vozilo koje je bilo zaustavljeno preko obje prometne trake kako bi mu se onemogućio bijeg. Policijski službenici tom su prilikom zadobili lake tjelesne ozljede.

U optužnici je predloženo da se protiv okrivljenika produlji istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja djela (čl. 123. st. 1. toč. 3. ZKP-a).

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je 10. lipnja  2021., nakon provedene istrage, podiglo optužnicu protiv državljanina Republike Hrvatske (1980.) zbog počinjenja kaznenih djela protiv osobne slobode protupravnim oduzimanjem slobode iz čl. 136. st. 1. Kaznenog zakona, te dva kaznena djela protiv javnog reda prisilom prema službenoj osobi u pokušaju iz čl. 314. st. 2. u vezi sa st. 1. i u vezi sa čl. 34. KZ-a, sve u vezi sa čl. 51. KZ-a. (11. 6. 2021.)

Okrivljenom 41-godišnjaku se stavlja na teret da je 10. svibnja 2021. u Zadru i u jednom mjestu pored Zadra, pod utjecajem alkohola; nezadovoljan što je oštećenica prekinula s njim ljubavnu vezu, a znajući da se ona nalazi u jednom mjestu pored Zadra; iako svjestan da oštećenica ne želi ići s njim, kako bi savladao njezin otpor fizički ju je napao, te ju protivno njenoj volji ugurao u vozilo, a tijekom vožnje ju je udarao dlanom po licu. Tereti ga se da je oštećenicu odvezao u svoju obiteljsku kuću gdje ju je, unatoč njezinom protivljenju, zadržao sve dok nije saznao da za njim traga policija.

Okrivljenika se tereti da je u jednom mjestu pored Zadra, dok se nalazio u vozilu zajedno sa oštećenicom, u trenutku kada je ugledao službena policijska vozila povećao brzinu kretanja svojim vozilom kako bi pobjegao. Tereti ga se da je tijekom bijega, u cilju da spriječi policijske službenike u obavljanju njihovih službenih radnji te pristajući na mogućnost da ugrozi njihovu sigurnost i tjelesni integritet, svojim vozilom udario u službeno policijsko vozilo koje je bilo zaustavljeno preko obje prometne trake kako bi mu se onemogućio bijeg. Policijski službenici tom su prilikom zadobili lake tjelesne ozljede.

U optužnici je predloženo da se protiv okrivljenika produlji istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja djela (čl. 123. st. 1. toč. 3. ZKP-a).

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je 10. lipnja  2021., nakon provedene istrage, podiglo optužnicu protiv državljanina Republike Hrvatske (1980.) zbog počinjenja kaznenih djela protiv osobne slobode protupravnim oduzimanjem slobode iz čl. 136. st. 1. Kaznenog zakona, te dva kaznena djela protiv javnog reda prisilom prema službenoj osobi u pokušaju iz čl. 314. st. 2. u vezi sa st. 1. i u vezi sa čl. 34. KZ-a, sve u vezi sa čl. 51. KZ-a. (11. 6. 2021.)

Okrivljenom 41-godišnjaku se stavlja na teret da je 10. svibnja 2021. u Zadru i u jednom mjestu pored Zadra, pod utjecajem alkohola; nezadovoljan što je oštećenica prekinula s njim ljubavnu vezu, a znajući da se ona nalazi u jednom mjestu pored Zadra; iako svjestan da oštećenica ne želi ići s njim, kako bi savladao njezin otpor fizički ju je napao, te ju protivno njenoj volji ugurao u vozilo, a tijekom vožnje ju je udarao dlanom po licu. Tereti ga se da je oštećenicu odvezao u svoju obiteljsku kuću gdje ju je, unatoč njezinom protivljenju, zadržao sve dok nije saznao da za njim traga policija.

Okrivljenika se tereti da je u jednom mjestu pored Zadra, dok se nalazio u vozilu zajedno sa oštećenicom, u trenutku kada je ugledao službena policijska vozila povećao brzinu kretanja svojim vozilom kako bi pobjegao. Tereti ga se da je tijekom bijega, u cilju da spriječi policijske službenike u obavljanju njihovih službenih radnji te pristajući na mogućnost da ugrozi njihovu sigurnost i tjelesni integritet, svojim vozilom udario u službeno policijsko vozilo koje je bilo zaustavljeno preko obje prometne trake kako bi mu se onemogućio bijeg. Policijski službenici tom su prilikom zadobili lake tjelesne ozljede.

U optužnici je predloženo da se protiv okrivljenika produlji istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja djela (čl. 123. st. 1. toč. 3. ZKP-a).
