Ministarstvo zdravstva upućuje zdravstveno-inspekcijski nadzor u zdravstvene ustanove koje su sudjelovale u pružanju zdravstvene skrbi pacijentice Ruže Krklec iz Varaždina koja je umrla početkom godine, potvrdila je Hini glasnogovornica Ministarstva Martina Lukačević.
Drago Makaj, muž pokojne Krklec za Provjereno Nove TV ispričao je da je njegova supruga, unatoč tome što je, tvrdi, dežurnoj dispečerki pokušao ukazati na teške simptome i objasniti da je nedavno operirala kralježnicu, šest sati u bolovima čekala hitnu pomoć, a idući je dan umrla u bolnici.
O događaju su informirani i u Ministarstvu zdravstva koje će uputiti zdravstveno-inspekcijski nadzor u zdravstvene ustanove koje su sudjelovale u pružanju zdravstvene skrbi pacijentici, rekla je Hini glasnogovornica Lukačević.
Muž umrle 3. je siječnja dva puta zvao hitnu pomoć, u 3.01 i u 4.17 sati, rekao je Hini ravnatelj Nastavnog zavoda za hitnu medicinu Varaždinske županije Mladen Smoljanec izrazivši duboku sućut obitelji pacijentice.
- Nastavni zavod za hitnu medicinu Varaždinske županije godišnje zaprimi više od 32500 poziva u našoj medicinsko prijavno-dojavnoj jedinici (MPDJ), izvrši preko 9250 intervencija na terenu, te još preko 8950 pregleda u našim ambulantama. Sve to izvrši 10 djelatnika u medicinsko prijavno-dojavnoj jedinici, raspoređenih u pet smjena i 25 timova T1 raspoređenih u četiri ispostave - opisao je Smoljanec.
Dodao je kako je po jedan tim u svakom trenutku u ispostavama Ludbreg, Novi Marof i Ivanec, a dva su u Varaždinu. Naglašava kako je prema tim brojkama vidljivo koliko je to naporan, stresan i odgovoran posao u kojem se putem telefona u trenu mora donijeti odluka.
- Djelatnice na MPDJ-u su medicinske sestre sa svim potrebnim edukacijama i certifikatima potrebnim za taj posao i samostalno donose odluke o vrsti intervencije. Pozivi na telefon 194 od supruga preminule gospođe bili su 3. siječnja u 03,01 i u 04,17. Prilikom opsežnog uzimanja anamneze izdvojile su se dvije indicije prema kojima je donesena odluka, prema kojoj je postupljeno - rekao je Smoljanec.
Istaknuo je i kako je nakon smrti pacijentice, kao ravnatelj Nastavnog zavoda za hitnu medicinu primio njezinog supruga i njihovog sina, izrazio im sućut i odgovorio na njihova pitanja i tvrdi da su oni otišli bez dodatnih pitanja.

Ministarstvo zdravstva upućuje zdravstveno-inspekcijski nadzor u zdravstvene ustanove koje su sudjelovale u pružanju zdravstvene skrbi pacijentice Ruže Krklec iz Varaždina koja je umrla početkom godine, potvrdila je Hini glasnogovornica Ministarstva Martina Lukačević.
Drago Makaj, muž pokojne Krklec za Provjereno Nove TV ispričao je da je njegova supruga, unatoč tome što je, tvrdi, dežurnoj dispečerki pokušao ukazati na teške simptome i objasniti da je nedavno operirala kralježnicu, šest sati u bolovima čekala hitnu pomoć, a idući je dan umrla u bolnici.
O događaju su informirani i u Ministarstvu zdravstva koje će uputiti zdravstveno-inspekcijski nadzor u zdravstvene ustanove koje su sudjelovale u pružanju zdravstvene skrbi pacijentici, rekla je Hini glasnogovornica Lukačević.
Muž umrle 3. je siječnja dva puta zvao hitnu pomoć, u 3.01 i u 4.17 sati, rekao je Hini ravnatelj Nastavnog zavoda za hitnu medicinu Varaždinske županije Mladen Smoljanec izrazivši duboku sućut obitelji pacijentice.
- Nastavni zavod za hitnu medicinu Varaždinske županije godišnje zaprimi više od 32500 poziva u našoj medicinsko prijavno-dojavnoj jedinici (MPDJ), izvrši preko 9250 intervencija na terenu, te još preko 8950 pregleda u našim ambulantama. Sve to izvrši 10 djelatnika u medicinsko prijavno-dojavnoj jedinici, raspoređenih u pet smjena i 25 timova T1 raspoređenih u četiri ispostave - opisao je Smoljanec.
Dodao je kako je po jedan tim u svakom trenutku u ispostavama Ludbreg, Novi Marof i Ivanec, a dva su u Varaždinu. Naglašava kako je prema tim brojkama vidljivo koliko je to naporan, stresan i odgovoran posao u kojem se putem telefona u trenu mora donijeti odluka.
- Djelatnice na MPDJ-u su medicinske sestre sa svim potrebnim edukacijama i certifikatima potrebnim za taj posao i samostalno donose odluke o vrsti intervencije. Pozivi na telefon 194 od supruga preminule gospođe bili su 3. siječnja u 03,01 i u 04,17. Prilikom opsežnog uzimanja anamneze izdvojile su se dvije indicije prema kojima je donesena odluka, prema kojoj je postupljeno - rekao je Smoljanec.
Istaknuo je i kako je nakon smrti pacijentice, kao ravnatelj Nastavnog zavoda za hitnu medicinu primio njezinog supruga i njihovog sina, izrazio im sućut i odgovorio na njihova pitanja i tvrdi da su oni otišli bez dodatnih pitanja.
