Dosad najveće istraživanje o porijeklu pandemije koronavirusa konačno bi moglo donijeti odgovor na pitanje kako je sve počelo. Dok se medijima provlačila mogućnost da je mutirani virus rezultat laboratorijskog incidenta u Wuhanu, otvarao se prostor teoretičarima zavjera, pa je i samo ishodište ostalo puno nepoznanica.
Nakon iscrpnog proučavanja kojemu je jedina svrha otkrivanje uzroka pandemije Covid-19, stručnjaci tvrde kako je "ekstremno nevjerojatno da je koronavirus krenuo nakon incidenta u laboratoriju u Kini", prenosi Sky News.

Tim znanstvenika koji je radio na istraživanju vjeruje da je najvjerojatniji uzrok prvotnog izbijanja zaraze virus koji je "skočio" sa životinje (posredničke vrste) na čovjeka.
To znači da se buduće istrage neće fokusirati na laboratorijski incident kao mogući uzrok izbijanja zaraze koronavirusom.
Međunarodni tim znanstvenika Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije, koji rade s kineskim stručnjacima, već neko vrijeme pokušava otkriti kako je krenula pandemija koronavirusa, a ovi rezultati predstavljaju značajan korak u ravjetljivanju cijele situacije.
Tim je posjetio ključna mjesta u Wuhanu, gdje su zabilježeni prvi slučajevi koronavirusa, i razgovarao s pacijentima, zdravstvenim djelatnicima te kineskim znanstvenicima. Dokazi su dosad sugerirali da je koronavirus "skočio" sa životinja na ljude, a tim istražitelja na čelu s Peterom Benom Embarekom, WHO-ovim stručnjakom za sigurnost hrane i životinjske bolesti, danas je na press konferenciji poručio da još uvijek nisu sigurni o kojoj vrsti životinja se radilo i gdje se to točno dogodilo.

Ono što je također zanimljivo, a zabilježeno je u istraživanju, otkriće je da je koronavirus vjerojatno cirkulirao u regijama oko Wuhana prije prvog prijavljenog slučaja zaraze.
Podaci koji nisu objavljeni sugeriraju da je virus SARS-CoV-2 nađen nekoliko tjedana prije nego što su u Wuhanu prijavljeni prvi slučajevi, rekao je šef stručnog panela kineskog Nacionalnog zdravstvenog povjerenstva za Covid-19, prenosi Sky News.
No još uvijek nema izričitog dokaza koji bi potvrdio da se Covid-19 širio u Wuhanu prije prosinca 2019., kad su prijavljeni prvi slučajevi zaraze. Glasnogovornik Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije potvrdio je da nema dokaza o "velikim žarištima" prije prosinca 2019. u Wuhanu ili bilo gdje drugdje u svijetu.

Laboratorij u Wuhanu
Stručnjaci Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije posjetili su prije šest dana, u sklopu spomenutog istraživanja, istraživački centar u kineskom gradu Wuhanu. Posjet WHO-a Institutu za virologiju u Wuhanu smatra se vrhuncem istraživanja o podrijetlu koronavirusa, barem kad je riječ o dosadašnjim studijama.
Radi se o vodećoj instituciji pod Kineskom akademijom znanosti i provodi istraživanje s koronavirusima šišmiša za koje se sumnja da su izvor pandemije.
Osnovan 1956. godine, WIV je dom prvog kineskog laboratorija za biološku sigurnost u kojem znanstvenici proučavaju patogene - bakterije, viruse i druge mikroorganizme koji mogu uzrokovati razne bolesti. Laboratorij slijedi stroge međunarodne standarde.

Dosad najveće istraživanje o porijeklu pandemije koronavirusa konačno bi moglo donijeti odgovor na pitanje kako je sve počelo. Dok se medijima provlačila mogućnost da je mutirani virus rezultat laboratorijskog incidenta u Wuhanu, otvarao se prostor teoretičarima zavjera, pa je i samo ishodište ostalo puno nepoznanica.
Nakon iscrpnog proučavanja kojemu je jedina svrha otkrivanje uzroka pandemije Covid-19, stručnjaci tvrde kako je "ekstremno nevjerojatno da je koronavirus krenuo nakon incidenta u laboratoriju u Kini", prenosi Sky News.

Tim znanstvenika koji je radio na istraživanju vjeruje da je najvjerojatniji uzrok prvotnog izbijanja zaraze virus koji je "skočio" sa životinje (posredničke vrste) na čovjeka.
To znači da se buduće istrage neće fokusirati na laboratorijski incident kao mogući uzrok izbijanja zaraze koronavirusom.
Međunarodni tim znanstvenika Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije, koji rade s kineskim stručnjacima, već neko vrijeme pokušava otkriti kako je krenula pandemija koronavirusa, a ovi rezultati predstavljaju značajan korak u ravjetljivanju cijele situacije.
Tim je posjetio ključna mjesta u Wuhanu, gdje su zabilježeni prvi slučajevi koronavirusa, i razgovarao s pacijentima, zdravstvenim djelatnicima te kineskim znanstvenicima. Dokazi su dosad sugerirali da je koronavirus "skočio" sa životinja na ljude, a tim istražitelja na čelu s Peterom Benom Embarekom, WHO-ovim stručnjakom za sigurnost hrane i životinjske bolesti, danas je na press konferenciji poručio da još uvijek nisu sigurni o kojoj vrsti životinja se radilo i gdje se to točno dogodilo.

Ono što je također zanimljivo, a zabilježeno je u istraživanju, otkriće je da je koronavirus vjerojatno cirkulirao u regijama oko Wuhana prije prvog prijavljenog slučaja zaraze.
Podaci koji nisu objavljeni sugeriraju da je virus SARS-CoV-2 nađen nekoliko tjedana prije nego što su u Wuhanu prijavljeni prvi slučajevi, rekao je šef stručnog panela kineskog Nacionalnog zdravstvenog povjerenstva za Covid-19, prenosi Sky News.
No još uvijek nema izričitog dokaza koji bi potvrdio da se Covid-19 širio u Wuhanu prije prosinca 2019., kad su prijavljeni prvi slučajevi zaraze. Glasnogovornik Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije potvrdio je da nema dokaza o "velikim žarištima" prije prosinca 2019. u Wuhanu ili bilo gdje drugdje u svijetu.

Laboratorij u Wuhanu
Stručnjaci Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije posjetili su prije šest dana, u sklopu spomenutog istraživanja, istraživački centar u kineskom gradu Wuhanu. Posjet WHO-a Institutu za virologiju u Wuhanu smatra se vrhuncem istraživanja o podrijetlu koronavirusa, barem kad je riječ o dosadašnjim studijama.
Radi se o vodećoj instituciji pod Kineskom akademijom znanosti i provodi istraživanje s koronavirusima šišmiša za koje se sumnja da su izvor pandemije.
Osnovan 1956. godine, WIV je dom prvog kineskog laboratorija za biološku sigurnost u kojem znanstvenici proučavaju patogene - bakterije, viruse i druge mikroorganizme koji mogu uzrokovati razne bolesti. Laboratorij slijedi stroge međunarodne standarde.
