Nije pravo pitanje zašto Miroslav Škoro odlazi, nego zašto je u zadnju političku utakmicu uopće i ulazio?

Više je nego dobro materijalno situiran čovjek, a za prvobitnu akumulaciju bogatstva i uzlet svoga društvenoga statusa puno više može zahvaliti HDZ-u, nego svojoj tamburi. Zahvaljujući više režimskoj i političkoj milosti, nego glazbenom talentu, bio je i konzul u Mađarskoj, i direktor na HRT-u, i saborski zastupnik i dežurni zabavljač stožerne stranke; ubirao masne otpremine, ugovarao unosne poslove i nastupe, kupovao zemljišta i otvarao skupe parkinge u prvom susjedstvu državnih bolnica…

Kao ugledni bivši veteran kanadske bojne, naplatio je skoro sve domoljubne tantijeme koji su se zahvaljujući mahanju zastavama i patetičnom držanju za srce u ovoj zemlji uopće mogli naplatiti. No, kao što znamo iz brojnih primjera naše novije povijesti, pohlepa je voda duboka. Ne pušta te dok doslovno ne ostaneš bez zraka. I to se Miroslavu Škori nažalost dogodilo, pa su mu 2018. godine zahtjevnom operacijom srca ugradili čak četiri premosnice, no nije mu bilo dosta: i dalje ga je vukla opojna kob političke moći, građenja lobističkih mreža, ugrađivanja u sve društvene tokove i utjecaje na tuđe živote. Sve to, naravno, „u ime naroda“, jednako onako pitijski kako su i komunisti davno izricali presude.

Premda je na to imao jednako moralno pravo kao i Ljiljana Nikolovska ili Rade Šerbedžija, Škoro se predstavljao političkim glasnogovornikom i dežurnim zaštitnikom Domovinskoga rata. Manjak dana u blizini fronte nadoknađivao je viškovima radikalizma, branio "Za dom spremni" i anatemizirao Milorada Pupovca, premda mu je rođena supruga u mladosti pisala za četnički list "Amerikanski Srbobran". 

Pjevao je Milanu Bandiću u restoranu nedavno uhićenog kralja Adventa, kod kojeg je u povoljnim i očito namještenim aranžmanima uzimao adventske kućice, a izdavao se za zaštitnika siromašnih poštenjaka i Supermena koji će spasiti Hrvate od marčapije HDZ-a i SDP-a. Srebroljubne afinitete nastojao je pokrivati, kao i svi drugi iz iste političke škole, domoljubnim floskulama, puštanjem ideološkog crnila i masovnom prodajom kolektivno-emotivne magle.

Ništa mu, međutim, nije baš naročito polazilo za rukom: recepti su se već izlizali od upotrebe, jeftine parole odavno potrošile, a njihovi korisnici prometnuli u karikature čija su šuplja obećanja sve češće udarala o zid narodnoga prezira. Na svim izborima na kojima je pokušao doći do uloge novog političkog Mesije, Škoro je prilično bolno prizemljen. Ostavši bez žuđene moći, ostalo mu je jedino da pokuša sačuvati ono što već ima. I odavno nagriženo zdravlje.  

Hoće li se od ostataka njegove strančice, krajnje pretenciozno krštene pokretom, HDZ Andreja Plenkovića u dogledno vrijeme namiriti dopunskim žetonima? Hoće li sa Škorom napokon usahnuti politički prostor koji na desnici tradicionalno okuplja luzere i društvene marginalce uvjerene u brz i radikalan društveni prevrat, samo izaberu li adekvatnog „voljenog vođu“? Odgovori na ove dileme se zasad daju samo naslutiti: izgledno je tek da od Škorina odlaska dugoročno može profitirati konkurentski mu Most. Nadajmo se da se na stabilnijim egzistencijalnim temeljima ubuduće neće morati spuštati politički nisko, na razine dežurnih homofoba.

Nije pravo pitanje zašto Miroslav Škoro odlazi, nego zašto je u zadnju političku utakmicu uopće i ulazio?

Više je nego dobro materijalno situiran čovjek, a za prvobitnu akumulaciju bogatstva i uzlet svoga društvenoga statusa puno više može zahvaliti HDZ-u, nego svojoj tamburi. Zahvaljujući više režimskoj i političkoj milosti, nego glazbenom talentu, bio je i konzul u Mađarskoj, i direktor na HRT-u, i saborski zastupnik i dežurni zabavljač stožerne stranke; ubirao masne otpremine, ugovarao unosne poslove i nastupe, kupovao zemljišta i otvarao skupe parkinge u prvom susjedstvu državnih bolnica…

Kao ugledni bivši veteran kanadske bojne, naplatio je skoro sve domoljubne tantijeme koji su se zahvaljujući mahanju zastavama i patetičnom držanju za srce u ovoj zemlji uopće mogli naplatiti. No, kao što znamo iz brojnih primjera naše novije povijesti, pohlepa je voda duboka. Ne pušta te dok doslovno ne ostaneš bez zraka. I to se Miroslavu Škori nažalost dogodilo, pa su mu 2018. godine zahtjevnom operacijom srca ugradili čak četiri premosnice, no nije mu bilo dosta: i dalje ga je vukla opojna kob političke moći, građenja lobističkih mreža, ugrađivanja u sve društvene tokove i utjecaje na tuđe živote. Sve to, naravno, „u ime naroda“, jednako onako pitijski kako su i komunisti davno izricali presude.

Premda je na to imao jednako moralno pravo kao i Ljiljana Nikolovska ili Rade Šerbedžija, Škoro se predstavljao političkim glasnogovornikom i dežurnim zaštitnikom Domovinskoga rata. Manjak dana u blizini fronte nadoknađivao je viškovima radikalizma, branio "Za dom spremni" i anatemizirao Milorada Pupovca, premda mu je rođena supruga u mladosti pisala za četnički list "Amerikanski Srbobran". 

Pjevao je Milanu Bandiću u restoranu nedavno uhićenog kralja Adventa, kod kojeg je u povoljnim i očito namještenim aranžmanima uzimao adventske kućice, a izdavao se za zaštitnika siromašnih poštenjaka i Supermena koji će spasiti Hrvate od marčapije HDZ-a i SDP-a. Srebroljubne afinitete nastojao je pokrivati, kao i svi drugi iz iste političke škole, domoljubnim floskulama, puštanjem ideološkog crnila i masovnom prodajom kolektivno-emotivne magle.

Ništa mu, međutim, nije baš naročito polazilo za rukom: recepti su se već izlizali od upotrebe, jeftine parole odavno potrošile, a njihovi korisnici prometnuli u karikature čija su šuplja obećanja sve češće udarala o zid narodnoga prezira. Na svim izborima na kojima je pokušao doći do uloge novog političkog Mesije, Škoro je prilično bolno prizemljen. Ostavši bez žuđene moći, ostalo mu je jedino da pokuša sačuvati ono što već ima. I odavno nagriženo zdravlje.  

Hoće li se od ostataka njegove strančice, krajnje pretenciozno krštene pokretom, HDZ Andreja Plenkovića u dogledno vrijeme namiriti dopunskim žetonima? Hoće li sa Škorom napokon usahnuti politički prostor koji na desnici tradicionalno okuplja luzere i društvene marginalce uvjerene u brz i radikalan društveni prevrat, samo izaberu li adekvatnog „voljenog vođu“? Odgovori na ove dileme se zasad daju samo naslutiti: izgledno je tek da od Škorina odlaska dugoročno može profitirati konkurentski mu Most. Nadajmo se da se na stabilnijim egzistencijalnim temeljima ubuduće neće morati spuštati politički nisko, na razine dežurnih homofoba.

Nije pravo pitanje zašto Miroslav Škoro odlazi, nego zašto je u zadnju političku utakmicu uopće i ulazio?

Više je nego dobro materijalno situiran čovjek, a za prvobitnu akumulaciju bogatstva i uzlet svoga društvenoga statusa puno više može zahvaliti HDZ-u, nego svojoj tamburi. Zahvaljujući više režimskoj i političkoj milosti, nego glazbenom talentu, bio je i konzul u Mađarskoj, i direktor na HRT-u, i saborski zastupnik i dežurni zabavljač stožerne stranke; ubirao masne otpremine, ugovarao unosne poslove i nastupe, kupovao zemljišta i otvarao skupe parkinge u prvom susjedstvu državnih bolnica…

Kao ugledni bivši veteran kanadske bojne, naplatio je skoro sve domoljubne tantijeme koji su se zahvaljujući mahanju zastavama i patetičnom držanju za srce u ovoj zemlji uopće mogli naplatiti. No, kao što znamo iz brojnih primjera naše novije povijesti, pohlepa je voda duboka. Ne pušta te dok doslovno ne ostaneš bez zraka. I to se Miroslavu Škori nažalost dogodilo, pa su mu 2018. godine zahtjevnom operacijom srca ugradili čak četiri premosnice, no nije mu bilo dosta: i dalje ga je vukla opojna kob političke moći, građenja lobističkih mreža, ugrađivanja u sve društvene tokove i utjecaje na tuđe živote. Sve to, naravno, „u ime naroda“, jednako onako pitijski kako su i komunisti davno izricali presude.

Premda je na to imao jednako moralno pravo kao i Ljiljana Nikolovska ili Rade Šerbedžija, Škoro se predstavljao političkim glasnogovornikom i dežurnim zaštitnikom Domovinskoga rata. Manjak dana u blizini fronte nadoknađivao je viškovima radikalizma, branio "Za dom spremni" i anatemizirao Milorada Pupovca, premda mu je rođena supruga u mladosti pisala za četnički list "Amerikanski Srbobran". 

Pjevao je Milanu Bandiću u restoranu nedavno uhićenog kralja Adventa, kod kojeg je u povoljnim i očito namještenim aranžmanima uzimao adventske kućice, a izdavao se za zaštitnika siromašnih poštenjaka i Supermena koji će spasiti Hrvate od marčapije HDZ-a i SDP-a. Srebroljubne afinitete nastojao je pokrivati, kao i svi drugi iz iste političke škole, domoljubnim floskulama, puštanjem ideološkog crnila i masovnom prodajom kolektivno-emotivne magle.
