Opet je nestašica lijeka za dijabetes. Za debljinu, kažu u ljekarničkoj komori, počeli su ga prepisivati - čak i stomatolozi.

Nastupile su i redukcije, ali Ozempica opet nema, proizvodnja se povećava, potrošnja još više.

"Hrvatska ljekarnička komora je urgirala da se izdaju i propisuje samo po jedna kutijica lijeka kako bi se umanjile te nestašice", kaže magistra farmacije Emilija Horvat.

U dobroj ga vjeri na privatni recept prepisuju svi dobronamjerni specijalisti, od dermatologa do stomatologa.

‘Stomatolog nije educiran‘

Moraju se uvesti odluke. Stomatolog nije educiran za pisanje toga lijeka. Magistra ne može izdati lijek na temelju stomatologa ja znam da ona živi od prometa, ali mi bi u tom slučaju trebali odbiti i uputiti ga njegovom liječniku da vidi je li indiciran ili ne za njega", kaže liječnica obiteljske medicine Gordana Štajminger.

"Ozempic je samaglutid u dozi od 1 miligram registriran samo za liječenje bolesnika sa tipom dva šećerne bolesti, nije registriran za liječenje debljine, isti taj semiglutid u dozi od 4 mg registriran je za liječenje debljine ali ga trenutačno nema na hrvatskom tržištu", rekao je endokrinolog Miro Bakula.

"Ja preporučujem da se pacijenti barem na početku obrate endokrinologu jer je pretilost bolest koja je povezana sa 230 različitih komplikacija", dodao je.

Zakompliciralo se i onima koje nemaju problem s pretilošću.

"Nastala je pomama. Dolaze mlade djevojke koje imaju dvije tri, kile više", kaže doktorica Štajminger i dodaje kako riskiraju ozbiljne poremećaje u metabolizmu. "Akutni pankreatitis, mučnine, može ostaviti posljedice koje će se za 5 godina vidjeti", kazala je liječnica reporterki Dnevnika Nove TV.

Opet je nestašica lijeka za dijabetes. Za debljinu, kažu u ljekarničkoj komori, počeli su ga prepisivati - čak i stomatolozi.

Nastupile su i redukcije, ali Ozempica opet nema, proizvodnja se povećava, potrošnja još više.

"Hrvatska ljekarnička komora je urgirala da se izdaju i propisuje samo po jedna kutijica lijeka kako bi se umanjile te nestašice", kaže magistra farmacije Emilija Horvat.

U dobroj ga vjeri na privatni recept prepisuju svi dobronamjerni specijalisti, od dermatologa do stomatologa.

‘Stomatolog nije educiran‘

Moraju se uvesti odluke. Stomatolog nije educiran za pisanje toga lijeka. Magistra ne može izdati lijek na temelju stomatologa ja znam da ona živi od prometa, ali mi bi u tom slučaju trebali odbiti i uputiti ga njegovom liječniku da vidi je li indiciran ili ne za njega", kaže liječnica obiteljske medicine Gordana Štajminger.

"Ozempic je samaglutid u dozi od 1 miligram registriran samo za liječenje bolesnika sa tipom dva šećerne bolesti, nije registriran za liječenje debljine, isti taj semiglutid u dozi od 4 mg registriran je za liječenje debljine ali ga trenutačno nema na hrvatskom tržištu", rekao je endokrinolog Miro Bakula.

"Ja preporučujem da se pacijenti barem na početku obrate endokrinologu jer je pretilost bolest koja je povezana sa 230 različitih komplikacija", dodao je.

Zakompliciralo se i onima koje nemaju problem s pretilošću.

"Nastala je pomama. Dolaze mlade djevojke koje imaju dvije tri, kile više", kaže doktorica Štajminger i dodaje kako riskiraju ozbiljne poremećaje u metabolizmu. "Akutni pankreatitis, mučnine, može ostaviti posljedice koje će se za 5 godina vidjeti", kazala je liječnica reporterki Dnevnika Nove TV.

Nestašica lijeka za kojim vlada nezapamćena pomama, prepisuju ga čak i stomatolozi: ‘Riskiraju ozbiljne poremećaje!‘

Opet je nestašica lijeka za dijabetes. Za debljinu, kažu u ljekarničkoj komori, počeli su ga prepisivati - čak i stomatolozi.

Nastupile su i redukcije, ali Ozempica opet nema, proizvodnja se povećava, potrošnja još više.

"Hrvatska ljekarnička komora je urgirala da se izdaju i propisuje samo po jedna kutijica lijeka kako bi se umanjile te nestašice", kaže magistra farmacije Emilija Horvat.

U dobroj ga vjeri na privatni recept prepisuju svi dobronamjerni specijalisti, od dermatologa do stomatologa.

‘Stomatolog nije educiran‘

Moraju se uvesti odluke. Stomatolog nije educiran za pisanje toga lijeka. Magistra ne može izdati lijek na temelju stomatologa ja znam da ona živi od prometa, ali mi bi u tom slučaju trebali odbiti i uputiti ga njegovom liječniku da vidi je li indiciran ili ne za njega", kaže liječnica obiteljske medicine Gordana Štajminger.

"Ozempic je samaglutid u dozi od 1 miligram registriran samo za liječenje bolesnika sa tipom dva šećerne bolesti, nije registriran za liječenje debljine, isti taj semiglutid u dozi od 4 mg registriran je za liječenje debljine ali ga trenutačno nema na hrvatskom tržištu", rekao je endokrinolog Miro Bakula.

"Ja preporučujem da se pacijenti barem na početku obrate endokrinologu jer je pretilost bolest koja je povezana sa 230 različitih komplikacija", dodao je.

Zakompliciralo se i onima koje nemaju problem s pretilošću.

"Nastala je pomama. Dolaze mlade djevojke koje imaju dvije tri, kile više", kaže doktorica Štajminger i dodaje kako riskiraju ozbiljne poremećaje u metabolizmu. "Akutni pankreatitis, mučnine, može ostaviti posljedice koje će se za 5 godina vidjeti", kazala je liječnica reporterki Dnevnika Nove TV.
